Went here at 2:30pm. Place was clean and the staff very friendly and quick. Ordered two 7" steak sandwiches plain with just pickles. Both were prepared correctly, served hot and tasted good. Prices very reasonable. Saw some other orders and they looked good as well. Well eat here again. read more

Delivery service is awful. Today is the 2nd time they have failed to deliver my food during my lunch hour even though it was ordered way in advance. When I called to let them know my food had not arrived, no apologies, not that they were on their way, just said they would credit back my credit card. So disappointed in this place and will NEVER order from them again!!!! When you have only 45 minutes for lunch and it never arrives, you go hungry, NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS PLACE GET A DOLLAR OF MY MONEY!!!!! read more

Very disappointed. Made my order for a bowl of clam chowder. Got my order delivered and I only had half a bowl. Attempted to call and it just rang and rang until it rolled to the phone company recording about call not being answered. After redialing and ringing 10 straight times, finally got the store to answer. I explained my problem, not angrily or upset, the young person who answered the phone panicked and had to set the phone down to find out what to do. I heard in the back ground - tell her we will bring her another cup soon. It's been almost 2 hours. No soup. I had given a 2.00 tip even - they are downstairs, in my same building - it's an elevator ride for 2 floors. Will never order from them again. They do not know what customer service is. read more

Move over Philadelphia, this place has the best cheese steak sandwich we've ever had! We came to Spokane for a long weekend from Atlanta and were delighted to get an oustanding cheesesteak sandwich and a chicken walnut cranberry salad that was just as good. I placed an online order for Cesar salad. it got here in perfect time for my lunch. But the salad was missing croutons. I called to let them know and the person I spoke with was unsure as to what to do. they said "we can deliver you a new one, but you have to give us the old one that was wrong" I asked if I could just keep it because I needed to eat something for lunch, but that I did want what i paid for. they kept putting me on hold and coming back. I could not hear due to the background noise being so loud. finally, I said I will just give the old one back. they asked if I wanted croutons on the side? I said yes, because I cant eat it due to my lunch being over. The very nice delivery guy brought my new salad in great time. BUT once again the croutons were placed on the salad. (I don't want them soggy) and he said I could of just kept the salad. So communication gets a 0!! I know it sounds like such a small thing but communication and getting an order correct is important. so maybe this will help with how to make customers experience better. To start off this review is only regarding this location! There was an online code for free delivery so my and a coworker ordered sandwiches. She had issues with her code working and had to call the store and they helped her through the process. We scheduled our sandwiches to arrive at 11:45am. after 12:00pm we got a call and the delivery guy was lost. after 12:15pm he arrived to our office. He started off by saying we needed to put the notes in specificly on the location so he does not get lost next time. (this was my first Bruchi's delivery). I said Okay and he continued how inconvient it was and that he got lost...... He gave me my sandwich and I signed for it. I looked at the recipt I signed and said "did you leave a tip on your card?". I said no. He said "oh okay just asking". He tossed a free cookie at me and said "here you go" and left. My coworkers order had not come with mine.... odd but okay. after 12:45pm she decided they were not coming and called the store. The man told her the delivery guy got lost and called "several" times before turning around and going back to the store. She looked at her cell phone and saw one missed call but no message. She informed the store that she had ONE missed call but no messages. The man said he would REMAKE the sandwich and have it redelivered to our office. It's now 1pm and still no sandwich after ordering at 1100am. I called regarding the delivery man asking about his tip and asked for the manager. I was told she is on the girll and I would need to call back after 2pm..... Overall terrible customer service and we will not be going back!!!!! No refunds were given for the shitty service and we will now be going to subway from know on. You have been warned. read more
