Best milk tea I have ever had- and I get boba almost every week (both in Phoenix and Tucson) I got the Jade Rabbit Oolong Tea (Milk tea style at 75% sweetness, which Salted Cream Mousse) and it tasted AMAZING! The house pearls were even better, the boba pearls were still warm in the tea. My sister recommended it to me after saying it tasted like the White Rabbit candies we grew up eating and it exceeded my expectations. The staff asked me to give it a taste first and said they could remake it if it wasn't too my liking which was very nice! My biggest con: the price. I ordered a mango green spring tea with boba and it was amazing! The boba is so soft and not too sweet. The drink was a lot sweeter than I thought even though I ordered 75% so I would probably get 50% next time. The people working there were so kind and the service was quick. Overall a great place! Although I usually prefer coffee, this place might just change my mind! I noticed online that they offer Mochi Taiyaki in a three-piece set, so I sampled all the flavors: Nutella, Adzuki red bean, and cheddar. I was initially hesitant about the cheddar, but it turned out to be a delightful mix of sweet and savory. The café had a lovely atmosphere with plenty of cozy seating. I also appreciated that the WiFi and bathroom codes were conveniently printed at the bottom of my receipt. Brucha is minimalist and modern. They greet you as you come in. I wish there were photos of the drinks on the walls, but there are laminated menus by the order counter. The tea is good quality and brewed well and the boba was amazing. If you want gelato or bubble waffle, then you have to order at the side kiosk. I LOVE the matcha, and have put many of my friends onto this place. Trust it is a little overwhelming at first but the lovely workers give the best suggestions. Not only is the matcha good but also their selection of deserts !! First timer! Definitely enjoyed what we ordered. Only set back was when I asked for 50% less sweetness, it still tasted very sweet. 6.49-6.99 with no add on was comparable to other places. I ordered the ube vietnamese coffee, coffee part was on point. Ube part not so much. There was a lot of ice in it. The kumquat green tea was very good. But again very sweet at 50%less sweet level. The grapefruit green tea, very good. It was also very sweet. The jade rabbit, we didn't care for that one. I didnt understand the purpose of a piece of paper covering and then the lid. The lid didn't stand on too well for us. Why not just plastic seal it? We also ordered the Japan fish dessert. The mochi was perfect. The filling however was ok. Didn't get too much filling. Upon entering the space, Brucha showed extreme promise. The environment was calming and professionally decorated to create a luxurious cafe atmosphere. The cleanliness stood out from any other bubble tea spots, even the restroom was spotless. The care showed by the workers when brewing their tea was impressive as well as their dedication to great customer service. The worker called Luke took our order and helped us find the most suitable drink amongst their selection. I'm not someone who typically writes reviews but the quality of their drinks really stood out to me; We ordered the matcha latte, the Brucha milk tea, the honey-lemon spring tea and the strawberry Hojicha. What I can say is that as a person who generally does not order matcha for its overly grassy/bitter/syrup-y taste, their matcha was very refreshing; an extremely vibrant green, slightly sweet with minimal bitterness. Overall very enjoyable. The three other teas were equally, if not more amazing. It's typically pretty difficult nowadays to find a bubble tea store where you can taste the flavours of tea, and Brucha really nailed down the harmonization of sweetness/fruitiness/creaminess. They make the boba in house and it's the best I've ever had. The matcha is high quality without any fillers and the most beautiful and brightest green color, which points back to its quality. It's a very light refreshing taste. The fish shaped mochi is filled with Nutella and are a real treat. They are served warm and melt in your mouth. Im a matcha connoisseur and I have to say their matcha is some of the best in Tucson. Cute spot, but I'm extremely frustrated with their lack of ability to accommodate to customer requests. I simply wanted a double serving of matcha (completely willing to pay for) and they outright refused and insisted that I had to buy a completely separate drink, because they were scared I would post a photo and someone would be upset that their single matcha wasn't as green?? I even offered to not post a picture, but they were stern about it. I recently checked out this place in Tucson and I am very satisfied. It is a truly a hidden gem. The mango matcha is so GOOD. They use "ceremonial grade" matcha which is a higher quality matcha that gives that matcha that deep green color that it should be. I loved how they made my matcha in front of me, you could clearly see the ceremonial grade powder they were using when they were mixing the powder. If you want a good matcha drink you should definitely come here. If you've never had a matcha drink, I definitely recommend this place for your first time because you will not regret it. Do not go to starbucks for trying a matcha for the first time because they do not use "ceremonial grade powder" if you don't want to be disappointed you must come here. I had to also try one of their teas since they brew their tea freshly and make their boba handmade so it's fresh everyday. I was pleased to know that since I haven't seen any other place make their boba fresh like brucha does. What I can tell about this place is that they really do care about their customers. They want you to feel satisfied with the quality you are receiving for how much you are paying. I would say that this place is not the cheapest, it's more on the expensive side but it's because they use high quality tea and high quality matcha. You are paying for the quality of the drink. It's nice to come to brucha an afternoon, to enjoy a drink with friends and just chill. They have the most aesthetic ambiance, it feels relaxing. Most of time it's college students on their computers. They have these really unique machines that they use to brew their tea. The "House Style Milk Tea" was so good and tasted not too seeet and not too bitter. However, I am someone that usually tends to go on the sweeter side so I had picked 75% sweet and it was just perfect. One of the baristas had mentioned that their sweetness levels tend to run lower than usual, for example if you are used to 50% sweetness you would go for 75% sweetness. What's also nice about brucha is the menu is completely customizable, you are able to (step 1) choose your tea, (step 2) choose your style, which could be (house style), (fresh milk), (cream mousse), and (fruit tea) that is for drinks with green spring etc. (step 3) you can choose if you would like boba, or lychee and etc. (step 4) you choose your sweetness level. There is also plenty of brucha drinks that they have on the menu if you don't want to customize your own. The service is really fast even with 2 baristas working. What's also really nice about this place is they offer desserts! They offer gelato, waffles, and taiyaki. There is one side where you order your drinks, and another side where you order the desserts. Some people may think this is "unconvenient" since you have to order the desserts separately from the drinks, however I find it to be more organized. The desserts are ordered on the kiosk screen and after ordering you will recieve a receipt with a number and you wait for your number to be called when it's ready. The one downside is that if you order 3 taiyaki, you are only able to pick one filling. That means if you picked nutella as a filling it would be for all 3. It would be better if you could pick different fillings if you wanted to try something new. For example one a nutella filling, and the other an oreo filling. That's something they could improve on the kiosk. Overall, this place is such a vibe and I recommend it to anyone wanting to try a new place for teas, boba, matcha, and desserts! read more

The ambiance is great and the workers are super nice. Besides the long wait and price, overall pretty decent taste and they have a generous amount of boba (maybe that why it cost $1.25 when most other places).
