Ordered the butter cream latte for $8 and watched the employee pour a glass full of milk, squirt some flavoring in it and hand it to me. I asked to get espresso on top and he grumpily poured a half shot on top. Not happy Edit to respond to owner- it may be espresso flavored syrup, but- 1- That's still not a latte - a standard latte is approx 2 espresso shots to 8oz milk ratio, so calling it a latte is dishonest. 2- Your employees need to be able to explain the details. Separate to both of those facts , it still tasted like sugar milk. Just my honest review. Thanks for taking the time to respond, I want others to know what they are getting as it is very misleading and an expensive. I'll eventually come back to try the croiwaffle, they did look good, but I skipped it this trip.

Definitely a new favorite spot! They have such a fun and welcoming shop that displays very appealing treats. The service was fast and they were very kind. I tried the green grape croiffle and it was absolutely amazing. It was crispy, fresh and sweet. I will definitely be back to try more of the croiffle and the rest of the menu!

The employees were extra friendly and very knowledgeable of the different products that they offer. I was really wanting a strawberry Matcha, which they did highly recommend and said it was probably be one of the best that I've ever had. It really didn't taste like Matcha. It tasted more like a strawberry shake than anything. It wasn't bad but it definitely was not what I was expecting. Although I will return to try one of their bubble waffles, those did look delicious although they do look super sweet read more

This was a new and delicious treat for me. I had the crofle, which is like a croissant waffle, with the grapes and the cream. It was delicious. I did try the strawberry one the next time but the grape one was my favorite for sure. I look forward to trying more of their treats. It's in the mall and the second time I went the person who works there recognized me and was super friendly. read more

One word. Amazing! If you love croissants and waffles, you'll love a croiffle. Theirs is very very good. I tried a few before and theirs has the perfect texture. Came all the way from Phoenix for a soccer tournament and decided to stop by one hour before they closed. SWEETEST WORKER EVER. She offered us samples as we walked into the food court trying to find the place as if she had been waiting for us!! The sample was the "French" and was very good, but I had to try this one, and guess what? AMAZING. I recommended this place! Great customer service, and amazing croissant+waffle read more

I had my first croffle in Phoenix and this was definitely comparable and more affordable. Very helpful staff as I was asking how to keep one fresh for my daughter after school was out 6 hours later and it came out perfectly in my oven later for her. I went here on a whim Saturday bc the line at Starbucks was too long as per usual. I got the classic French croissant waffle and it was amazing. Texture and sweetness amazing. I decided to try a small of their specialty roflerofle coffee. It was like drinking coffee ice cream and I say that in a good way. It's over ice but it's smooth and creamy. They add a special foam to it. I will definitely go here in the future for a delicious coffee treat over Starbucks while at the Tucson Mall. read more

The customer service is wonderful and let me tell you the croissant waffles are to DIE FOR! Not to mention they used actual whipped cream none of that air can stuff! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! The croissant waffle was a wonderland of cinnamon and maybe nutmeg taste? I will be coming back here as much as I can before I move state! Unfortunately, the service felt a bit cold, no one acknowledged me, and the staff didn't seem very welcoming or engaged. I ordered an iced matcha latte, which came unsweetened. No one mentioned that ahead of time or pointed out where the sweeteners were, so I had to look around for them myself. The matcha had a nice flavor, but the texture was a bit grainy, suggesting it might not be the highest quality. Also, the bathrooms are located all the way in the back, and there isn't enough signage to guide you there easily. Overall, it has a lot of charm and a great location, but the customer experience could definitely be improved.

Yes I know it's probably just something I could buy and make myself, but the point is that I don't have to do that -- I can just go to Time Market and have them do it for me! It is very small so keep that in mind. Their outside area is great. If there's an event at the University you might not be able to get a seat, so just have a plan b for that. I also love the grocery area. They have some items here that you can't find anywhere else in town, such as specialty chocolates and certain brands and flavors of ice cream. They also have some basics like produce and meat. It's worth a visit and you can walk to it from both the 4th avenue area as well as the main gate area.

This cute little dessert spot in Tucson Mall is serving them up with thick whipped cream and a bunch of topping combos. I tried the Biscoff croffle and it was perfectly balanced -- the whipped cream kept it from being too sweet, and the texture was next level. If you're into bingsu (Korean shaved ice), they've got that too! Fluffy, icy, topped with red bean, condensed milk, and other goodies -- super refreshing and light. And for the savory girlies, they've got Korean street food too. Think tteokbokki, kimbap, ramen -- all the comforting faves. It's kind of a hidden gem for a quick meal or dessert stop. I walked to Tucson Mall from the Ford dealership to get lunch & found this place. I am a trained French Sous Chef who lives most of the year in Japan & I have never heard of a Croiffles? I ordered one with ice cream & it was one of the best deserts I have ever eaten. It was like a waffle but chewy & the ice cream was wonderful like a French vanilla gelato. Together the Croiffles & the ice cream was fantastic! I went back the next day & had another one it was that good! BEST DESSERT IN TUCSON!! My sister and I went for the first time today and got the Oreo and Dirty banana craffles, as well as the banana pudding and let me tell you... it did NOT disappoint. Easily top 3 deserts that have ever entered my mouth. There was only one employee on shift but she was very kind and speedy.
