Ca My daughter got the country fried steak and I wish I took a picture. Was seriously the best country fried steak I've had in the area. My veggie omelet took up half my plate, the potatoes were on point, and I wished my stomach was bigger because I was absolutely stuffed.

My health-nut hubby was thrilled that the home-style potatoes are cooked in beef tallow (he avoids seed oils) -- and honestly, they were incredible. Best breakfast potatoes we've had. I had the "Scarecrow" latte with house-made pumpkin sauce and the Maple Sausage Sweet Potato Benedict -- perfect for a rainy morning. The maple sausage was the star, and the sweet-potato-hash-meets-stuffing with hollandaise really worked. Can't wait to go back and try more.

Also don't even get me started on the ambiance, the string lights, the fire place, this place was honestly amazing. We went here twice for breakfast some of the things we got were biscuits and gravy, which was a 10/10, s'mores cinnamon roll 10/10, mimosa flight 10/10, breakfast burrito 10/10. The hashbrowns were also the perfect amount of crispy every time and lastly their pumpkin spice lattes were amazing! The service was amazing and honestly people that complained about the wait, atleast it was worth the wait. Thank you so much for the awesome experience i hope to come back soon!!

Brisket Burnt End Scramble -- 9/10…read more This was a seriously loaded breakfast. The plate had tender, smoky brisket burnt ends mixed with scrambled eggs, melted cheddar, BBQ sauce and crispy onions, all over a generous portion of hash browns, with toast on the side. The combination of the smoky brisket, creamy eggs, melted cheese and crunchy fried onions gave every bite something different. The burnt ends were definitely the star of the plate, and the portion was large enough that you won't leave hungry. The Pumpkin Spice Latte was a great match for the breakfast. It had espresso, pumpkin spice and milk, topped with pumpkin cold foam and whipped cream. The cold foam really made this one stand out. Instead of being just another overly sweet pumpkin drink, you get that creamy pumpkin flavor

I normally don't like sweets in the morning but I LOVED the Norwegian waffle ('vaffle')--it had a great texture and came with delicious fruit jam (as well as butter and syrup)! It was one of the tastiest waffles I've ever had. The Norwegian pancake ('Sveler') with fruit was also so fluffy and light. The strawberries and blueberries on it were so flavorful and fresh, just yum!! An excellent pairing. We also got the three cheese quiche which was served with greens. I liked the crust and the vinaigrette that accompanied the leafy side salad. Lastly, we got the green machine smoothie which grew on me (I feel like it would be really popular in a big city). Whipped ricotta 10/10 Yummy ricotta, the basil pistou and olive oil added a really good additional flavor. The fritta toast was buttery and toasted perfectly. Really good and refreshing appetizer! The "baby greens" had both chopped up romaine and a spring mix. Again, smaller pieces would have been good. Or even just an arugula and spinach mixture. The romaine wasn't my favorite to pair with this. Alsatian Flatbread 7/10 Bacon was super crispy. Caramelized onions were cooked great. I thought the goat cheese was going to be the main cheese of this, but it was really like mozzarella with goat cheese sprinkled on top. The flavor of this as a whole was mostly caramelized onion flavor. I think I would have preferred a different flatbread. You can also ask your server for a specialty omelette of your choosing or eggs made a certain way. Or choose to eat from a breakfast lunch or dinner menu. We ate in the morning twice and in the evening twice as well and always loved our meals. The buffet for kids is about $20 and for adults about $10 more.
