One with more attention to detail, fluffy crust, more 'Italian' style, more homey. This is the place if you're craving that more authentic Italian style experience! They've got actual margarita pizza (that's not just a cheese pizza with tomato slices thrown on it like other places..) and really unique style pizzas if you're feeling adventurous. We had one unique pizza that had sausage, honey, and pistachios. I usually dislike sweet and salty and my partner hates nuts, but they did this pizza so well it was one of the best pizzas we tried there. I believe they mix up their menus cause when I tried looking it up online for the exact name of the pizza I couldn't find the pizza. But I'll post a picture of the pizza. They also have a great appetizers and the slice their prosciutto to order. What I love about this place is you can sit at the pizza bar and watch pizzas being made and meat being sliced and arranged beautifully. I loved their limoncello drinks which is perfect for spring/summer day out on their patio. The servers are kind and hard working. This definitely is one of my favorite places to hang, date night, girls night, business dinner, etc.

We went with the Lottie's Salsiccia, which had sausage, vodka sauce, and sweet and sour peppers. It had an interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors. Our waitress also recommended us the Trapanese, which was super creamy as it had pesto sauce and burrata cheese chunks on top. We added anchovies to half of the pizza and that definitely added some saltiness to it. For drinks we had the aperol spritz and frose, which were refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seats, though outdoor is limited so you may have to wait. The flavors of the pizza really came through well, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking. Service was fast though and super friendly! It's right on Pearl Street too so you can check it out as you're shopping!

After leaving an event nearby, it was time for me to get acquainted with Pizza Colore! Slice shops are a dime a dozen nowadays. This place has a long counter with pizzas by the slice for your eyes to wonder upon. Very few seats near the front window and outside, but I believe there was more seating towards the back of the restaurant. I ordered an "East Coast" slice (their version of a supreme) and a cheese slice. After a few minutes, my order was ready. I loaded them up with grated cheese, red pepper flakes, and oregano. These were served piping hot, as any respectable slice shop should do. These slices were good! Practically no flop other than the first bite, crust was crispy and bready, and I felt like the toppings/cheese and sauce were balanced well. My main qualm was that it was missing salt in the dough and sauce. If it was seasoned throughout this would've been a great slice! However, the spicy ranch for dipping was clutch! Service was quick and friendly. Many people were popping in for a quick bite. I loved standing outside in the moderately cold weather scarfing down my hot slices, while watching the Saturday night crowd cruise by on Pearl Street. As close to an east coast experience as you can get in Colorado! I came in with little to low expectations, and left full and satisfied. Glad I finally gave them a shot. Prices were right and the product was respectable!

It's clean and efficient inside. Just a single counter by the front window if you wanted to eat there but everyone was getting to go and a substantial number were drivers like the ones who regularly come to our house. The staff was friendly and efficient at both the counter and the uniquely separated cooking and baking area. We are not too likely to get back in person as it is far from our house but we will continue to order delivery on a regular basis. Here are some pictures in case you are a customer who also have never been in person.

With most 8 square pizzas starting around $15-20, and each additional topping starting at $2.99 (for this size), we were a bit shocked at the prices. They did have some coupons, but we still were a bit disappointed in how high the prices were. We would definitely consider coming back again if in the area!

We were rushed into ordering and it was a real bummer-being rushed to order is something you never want to experience when you are eating Italian of all things! The server was the manager and he was wonderful-but the urgency from the kitchen was not enjoyable.
