I was visiting my sister in Brooklyn and while she was working, I walked over to this spot which was just a few blocks away. Loved it. I was visiting for just the weekend but I went there 3 times! I got the salmon burger each time except for the third time and I definitely regret NOT getting it. The salmon was seasoned super well and not overcooked. Overall great flavors in the sandwich but the bread was what really stood out to me. So. Damn. Good. I also got an iced latte with oat milk and it was perfect each time. Don't miss out, check out this spot. read more

Amazing experience, the prospect park power shake was very good and the salmon sandwich tasted great!

Love this place! So cozy and the coffee & service are great. I would definitely make the trip to stop in again.

So that Saratoga Shrimp Sandwich changed my life! If I come back tomorrow will that be too soon? Lol I came here around 6:30 ish for a business meeting and I loved every bit of this Black-owned space! The employees are nice! The food is delicious! Like I really kept talking about how good my sandwich was during the meeting! I couldn't help it. My friend ordered the salad version of the sandwich, and she loved it. Very calm and chill vibes here and good background music. I will DEFINITELY return to this cafe! I am going to make this one of my regular spots. So employees/owner if you are reading this... say hello to your new favorite customer. I recommend you to come here! read more

Brooklyn Blend is definitely true to the name. It offers a wide variety of food and beverages for various dietary types. I have been meaning to stop by since a colleague of mine mentioned how great the place was. I picked up the Eastern Parkway Express to represent and it was amazing! I can't wait to stop by again, this place is a real gem. read more

Great neighborhood sandwich spot. Patties are really good. Service can take a bit but that's because it can get packed, which is good. A lot of attention to detail has been put into into the cozy interior. I love the outdoor seating too, it's such a nice spot to walk by and enlivens the street. Lots of vegan patty options, good veg sandwiches. Coffee is good here. read more

The salmon burger and Brownsville nut smoothie remains my favorite items to order here. My friend ordered the salmon salad and a fruit smoothie. There's currently no inside seating and there are a few tables outside. Waited about 10 mins from the time we placed the order to when it came out. Parking in the area is a bit tight. The food is still as delicious as it was 3 years ago and I'll make this place a staple to stop by whenever I'm in Brooklyn. read more

Okay best smoothie shop ive ever been to! Tried the Smorgasbord (cashews, agave, sea moss!!), and a carrot smoothie! My friend, who's from NY born and raised, added mint and lemon to the carrot mango ginger smoothie and it felt like i was levitating after the first sip! My homegirl got a cute green juice as well...i didnt try it but it was literally gone in 30 seconds. I take that as it was bomb like the rest of the order. So yall this salmon sandwich...it has a sweet sauce on it and my homegirl added the scotch bonnet pepper sauce...the roll was so soft, the greens were crisp and delicious... i honestly am so impressed at how BK takes the simplest things and levels them up with freshness and vibes. What a gem of a spot that will forever be on my BK dining list after a night of drinking and walking these CRAZY New York city blocks which are way different than Orlando city blocks lol this was the rejuvenation we needed. I am revived! read more

Love love love their juices. I went on a busy Saturday morning and it was pretty packed. This review is based on my visit I'm Oct 2019. I honestly can't remember what I ordered but I remember the juice being one of the best I've had. I believe it was the Bed-Stuy Beet. Their prices are reasonable $7 for a reg, $9 for a large juice. Happy to support a Black owned business. read more

I ordered from this place via Urber Eats. It took my meal an hour to arrive to me and once I received it my food still remained hot ! I ordered the salmon burger. I was a bit skeptical at 1st because it came on a turmeric bread and I know turmeric itself has an acquired taste, but this place really blew my mind with the baked turmeric bread ! I was impressed how good it tasted. I'm giving this place 4 stars because 1. I asked for my salmon to be medium and it tasted well done & 2. I wouldn't recommend the roasted potatoes because it tasted as if it was air fried. This place definitely have my vote and I would reorder from them again (minus the potatoes) read more

My experience at this location was disappointing. The area by the smoothie bar was so dirty, which turned me off from getting a smoothie or juice. It was odd to see five employees behind the counter, with only one person preparing the smoothies despite having a large number of orders(which explains was the bar was so dirty)...The other employees seemed to be occupied with preparing cups - which seemed inefficient at that moment. I am unlikely to return here, especially since I traveled a considerable distance to visit. read more

Brooklyn Blend is the perfect place to be when I'm writing. The food is always excellent. The DeKalb breakfast sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich anywhere. The patties are all amazing (salmon and lentil sell out early, but the others are just as good). The salads are serious. My go to smoothies are the "Smorgasburg" year-round and the "Fort Greene Park" in the summer. The staff are cool, they take pride in all aspects of the operation. To a writer, the atmosphere created by the management and staff is important. The music is good. I'd go here to sit with coffee even if the food and drinks weren't as excellent as they are. Grateful to have this place as my thought laboratory. -Ben read more

I love a friendly smoothie spot. This is like the Starbucks of smoothie spots. Customers are comfortable and inclined to bring laptops and work while enjoying their smoothie in a comfy ambiance. Food and drinks are fantastic! Also the ingredients are clean and natural, makes us feel less guilty. We come here a ton for breakfast / lunch. Staff is very pleasant, solid music, and fun decor. Loads of sunlight too! Our go-to items: Fulton St shake - our all-time favorite, It comes with agave but we ask to leave that out bec it's just as delicious without it. Smoked salmon salad also really tasty, great value and unique flavors. Chicken gyro sandwich also a classic. Egg sandwich also really good. The turmeric bread is such a unique twist and it's super filling! French toast and/or waffles - I haven't tried these, but I know my fiancé really likes them Lattes are also great. Don't sleep on this place! This is arguably the best food in the neighborhood. This isn't even the closest option to our apartment but we rather do the longer walk since it's so worth it. read more

One of my favorite brunch spots in Brooklyn. The sweet potato fries are phenomenal! They also have great smoothie options.

Brooklyn Blend - Amazing staff - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

A very solid and comfortable space to relax, do work, and, of course, eat. The space is small, ideal for groups of two or takeout, but they make it work. The staff is really friendly too, hand delivering each meal with a smile. In terms of price, it's very reasonable for the quality you receive; the ingredients tasted really fresh. I would definitely come back here for another lunch. I ordered the Saratoga Shrimp Sandwich and the Canarsie Cranberry Smoothie. Saratoga Shrimp Sandwich: Large shrimp, grilled pineapple slices, and avocado slides on fluffy turmeric bread, coated in sweet BBQ sauce. This sandwich was delicious. I thought every element of it was really tasty. Usually, when I order shrimp, I worry that they won't give me enough, but the amount of shrimp in this sandwich was just enough. The sweet, grilled pineapple slices went perfectly with everything too. I would try the salmon or swai next time, but this sandwich was a sure winner. Canarsie Cranberry Smoothie: Tasty, sweet, and tart--this smoothie was really good. I would definitely get it again, but I would be remiss if I did not try their other great options. So my first taste of Brooklyn Blend was through Uber Eats, when they were showcased as having a $0 delivery fee for a certain period of time. I order the salmon burger and one of their fresh juices and I was hooked. However those Uber eats fees add up and once I saw I was out of the grub hub delivery zone, I knew that there was no way I'd end the relationship, I just had to order for pick up. Thus I have. Again and again. That Park Slope Salmon Sandwich is so good and you can also do no wrong with their fresh juices and shakes. read more

I want to eat all of these foods and drink all of these drinks every day of the week. The food and drink offerings are really great and the seating provided (both indoor and out) are all really nice. Tables are made from reclaimed wood, booth seating available, and they have stools against the bar, too. It's a great place to work during the day (free WiFi!) and the employees are super friendly. Drinks I've had: -Marine Park (not crazy sweet. Perfect when you just want something tasty and cold) -Broadway Junction (this is my go to. So sweet and perfect! Try subbing out the agave for honey. Perffff) -Church Av Special (Perfect for a morning treat. Not overly sweet and, with the banana, oats, and spices, it's just a great addition to your morning bagel.) -Fulton Street (good but basically tastes like peanut butter. The flavor takes over the entire drinks. And let's be real, I've never scoffed at PB, but it's a good thing to be aware of!) -Marcy Mango (the smoothie counterpart to the Broadway Junction. Sweet flavor, very fruity, delicious!) The food is also good. I've tried a couple of salads, the BedStuy bagel, and the roasted fingerlings. All was yummy! They are very happy to customize items and allow you the freedom to swap or drop the things you like or dislike. Def check this spot out. Wow. Brooklyn Blend may be my new to go spot for a tasty smoothie (outside of my home, that is). I ordered the "Brownsville Nut" smoothie, which was a delicious blend of peanut butter, oats, vanilla, and agave. It costs $7 for regular size. The smoothies are creatively named after different neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Staff was very friendly and personable. They wore masks, provided hand sanitizer to guests, and had visible social distance markets placed throughout the restaurant. Service was fast.
