Pure Quality Meat Grass Fed Beef Brisket burger from Ireland
    Dr. K.

At 65 years old living in America's big cities...I'm a burger critic. The only fast food burger for me would be shake shack which I rate a 6/10. This my second Choice burger in 2 years(I live in L.A but my son lives down the block on Lafayette. First time I tried one last year I was surprised but, yesterday truly impressed I rate it 8.5/10 -like the Polo Bar Burger for me. This burger meat is imported from Ireland. I really don't care where it comes from as long as each bite is clean and consistently flavorful. The bun perhaps could be tweaked they provide a slightly spicy dressing on the side. I tried it with, without and mixed with ketchup. The blend works best for me. 19.95 comes with fries or greens. Laura the waitress in the back is reliably consistent respectful and a very pleasant smile.

It's a cute cozy open kitchen cafe restaurant vibe. Some people were sitting studying . This place has everything including smoothies. I have a cold and I wanted either a tea fresh juice or soup I decided on chicken vegetable soup. I didn't care for it so much because it lacked seasoning . It had lots of celery and carrots. It didn't seem worth the $6.50 price I almost got a spinach croissant but decided to purchase a bottled juice I got a pure green in soul kick

Danish got tasted... old, like it had been sitting there for days. You can see some of the berries discolored from being near rotten. Jack, if you're reading this (and the other reviews) some improvement is to be made

Steak and eggs: 5/5 very good. Nice simple plate. Delicious and savory. Sweet potato fries were fire as well. They have a to go side and a sit down spot with outdoor seating. We sat down and we enjoyed all our food. Service was great.

This place is nice. Come in.

This is a good breakfast spot. It's a good vibe. The staff is cool... Everything I have purchased was freshly made. Banana Walnut Bread was good pick with my coffee. Nice day to be great. Live, love and laugh -Sha

Patiently waiting for our delicious quiche!

I really like this place and come frequently for their quiche and coffee but they really have a ton of options to get from just a BLT to getting premade food by the 1/4 pound from their "deli" area with things like glazed carrots and salads etc. The vibe is like coffee house since they do that too as well as like a little bakery? Its a nice place to take a seat inside or out and they have a takeout window on the side of the building so you can just order a sammy and coffee to-go. Please see the picture of my dog waiting for his dog treat (yes they have homemade dog treats) They also recently opened up a real sit down restaurant right next door thats just a great space too with great quick service and a great spot for brunch. So they have a lot of options but even better their prices are so reasonable it's a breath of fresh air getting food and a drink there. Anyway upvote "cool" if you think my dog is cute

I absolutely luuuuuurve Choice Market!!! I got into them while that franchised coffee shop opposite was closed due to the pandemic. I apologize Choice. I didn't know any better. Will fix this with more visits. I've been to them about five six times during the height of covid and was afraid to contaminate my phone by taking pics. Must rectify this. The staff is amazing!!!! During the pandemic management and staff thanked each customer individually. Not just with the regular old "thanks youssss" but with so much apprecilove! Like the Grammies and shxt! I in return thanked her one day for her essential service but she threw it back at me "no, thank, YOU for taking the time to support us during this difficult period." Man I wanted to cry. What an emotional time we've been (are) in. This "mum and pop" absolutely have my vote! Their store is always immaculate and their food is yummy coffee so delicious! Please support them. The End.

I waited for Mac and cheese for over 30 minutes to only get it and literally have a cockroach in my food. I'm pissed.

We ordered one strawberry and one strawberry banana crêpe. They were filled with strawberries and bananas, and the outside was drizzled with glorious Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate sauce . The texture of the crêpes were absolutely perfect and that was the part I was most craving. I also loved the Nutella part. The banana and strawberry not so much as to me that didn't really have much of a taste, but maybe that was because the rest of it was super flavorful and over powered the fruit. All good and definitely satisfied my crêpe craving, but next time I would stop by to enjoy their desserts in person. The Kunafa looks particularly wonderful and has definitely peaked my curiosity.

Having a dessert spot in the neighborhood that is open late night and is serving flavors of our culture is nothing short of a dream come true. Not so great for my weight loss goals, though haha. Thank you, Moose. I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

He's always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He greets customers with a smile, takes the time to say hello, and creates an atmosphere that feels both personal and inviting. Anyway, I was in Brooklyn with my brother to see a concert and had just finished dinner. We had some time before doors opened so we decided to grab a little ice cream before heading over to the venue. Farmacy was steps away - it all seemed like it was meant to be, so off we went. Farmacy aims to capture the nostalgia of an old fashioned soda shop and ice cream parlor. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by aesthetics - the tile, fixtures, and decor totally give off that vibe. There are a few tables to sit as well as a large bar area with stools; I also noticed a few tables set up outside as well. The traffic flow is set up so that you order first and then have it served to you after sitting. Browsing the menu, I noticed they have a selection of ice cream scoops, shakes, egg creams, specialty sodas, hot chocolates, and a large variety of sundae creations. Since we were there for ice cream, we decided to split a sundae -specifically the Sir Twix-a-Lot. This was chunks for shortcake tossed in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream that was coated in a chocolate shell. Overall I thought the sundae was solid - but the combinations of textures weren't my favorite to be honest, mostly with how the shortcake played with the ice cream. It wasn't bad though - the flavors definitely gave the Twix aesthetic. My only other issue with the dish was that because chocolate shell was used, any residue at the bottom was hard so you have to chisel it if you want to savor any last spoonfuls; I guess that comes with the territory. Service was good - everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there so we had our selection of seats and our ice cream was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried Brooklyn Farmacy out - they have a large selection so I would definitely return when I'm in the area again.

At one point I'm pretty sure the pita basket respawned automatically like a video game. We also ordered the halloumi which was delicious, but absolutely unnecessary. That cheese showed up like an uninvited cousin to Thanksgiving dinner. Nobody needed it, but somehow we were still happy it came. The drinks at the bar were the real MVPs. Fruity, dangerous, and exactly what you want while staring dramatically out a rainy window pretending you're in an A24 film. The trout was excellent. Seating space (not a lot of it, so I imagine it can get packed on busy times) and bathrooms on premises. Hot chocolate was delicious. We got the spiced dark chocolate and the spices were overwhelming. Get dark chocolate without spices. The extra dollar for marshmallow made the chocolate even sweeter, so it was overwhelming and I wouldn't recommend. But. The extra dollar for whipped cream would be nice because the their homemade whipped cream isn't sweet, so it will just thicken up the drink and give you that extra texture oooomph that you'll appreciate. Torino cafe is basically coffee added to any hot chocolate of your choice. That was tasty with dark chocolate. You definitely tasted the coffee and it was less thick than regular hot chocolate (which was on a thinner, sippier side). You can sample ice cream to make your selection. It's all very sweet, so if you're looking for a less sweet option go with Belgian dark chocolate flavor. For a $18 banana split you get three scoops of ice cream and a caramelized banana.
