The food was not nearly as good as at the other location I tried in Palm Springs--I loved it there, but unfortunately, I didn't like the food here at all. The entire plate was covered in sauce (which was hot, so it overcooked the smoked salmon), and you couldn't even tell what the dish was supposed to be. The hash browns were old and dried out. A little overpriced for what you get. But, overall everything on the menu is pretty good. I usually get the skillets, the avocado on toast or anything they have with eggs. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. I was honestly surprised by how good the vegan bowl was! The just egg was cooked perfectly (at one point I even questioned whether it was vegan). Great service, caffe latte was delicious. Only complaint I really have is my smoked salmon Benedict. The poached eggs were overcooked and basically a hard boiled egg. My friend ordered the huevos rancheros with an extra egg and instead they brought him a chorizo plate. So they had to put in an order but when they brought it out there was no extra egg. It does start getting busy after 9am. I suggest you use the waitlist through Yelp. Once we did get our bill our hostess was amazing and rectified all the errors.
