The neon signs in the window grabbed my attention, Fresh cut fries and Vienna Beef hot dogs!! I pulled in to their parking lot and went inside. The first thing I noticed, was how clean this place was. They guy behind the counter was really nice. I order the #1 which includes a hot dog, fresh cut fries and a fountain drink. The fresh cut fries are a thing of beauty. Crisp on the outside with a fluffy interior. The hot was good, but was missing celery salt for the Chicago Style dog. But everything was super fresh and the peppers had a nice kick without blowing your head off. They have an ice cream case inside the place as well. As I was walking out, I saw the burger on someone's plate and I really wanted one. I will have to go back to check out the burgers. read more

Best fries in town. Old school paper bag fries! Too many places have switched to cheap processed fries. Broilers Flip still uses hand cut fries and fry them to a perfect brown. Everything else they make is delicious. Classic gyro, polish sausage, and flame grilled burgers. Awesome chicken, ribs, and soup too. They even have ice cream and shakes. I'm lucky this place is within walking distance. I wish I could stop here more often. The kids loved stopping here after school. read more

I'm always looking for that great gyros place in the area, and I'm unfortunately usually disappointed. Flips isn't not special or fancy but has a very good gyros, and pretty damn good fresh cut fries too. They also have the standard Greek fast food staples and decent burgers and hotdogs, but I go there for the gyros. The portions are big and the fries are always crisp and never greasy. It's not best one I've ever had, but it is one of the best in the area for my money. And my kids will eat there too so it's a plus. They also have a small ice cream shop inside, if the kids eat all of their meal. read more

I just paid 14 dollars for a crappy salad and a soup. The man at the counter, who I believe is the owner is a big jerk. First, my order was wrong and then he gets upset because he had to remake it. No apology. In fact he told me I was going to have to wait longer now. Caught him yelling at the cook twice and I was only there 15 minutes. He then got upset again because he gave me ranch dressing when I hadn't even told him what dressing I wanted. To be honest, I don't even want to eat his crappy food. I've lived by this place for nearly 10 years & just recently discovered they have the best chicken wraps I've ever had.. no really. Do yourself a favor & go try any of their wraps. I was passing by the other day and saw this place had a 10% off coupon on yelp so decided to give it a try. Unfortunately I never got to try the food because the man behind the counter refused the coupon and acted rude about it like I was trying to swindle the restaurant out of money or something. The gyros is good, but sometimes they cut the meat a little too chunky. The mozzarella sticks are battered instead of breaded like most, and they were quite tasty, but you only get 5. I've had the polish sausage before, and it tasted like good quality beef. I would advise yelpers to stay away from the corned beef melt and the vanilla shake. The corned beef melt was dry and skimpy, and the meat had a strange smell. The milkshake was the worst I've ever had in my life. My shake was very icy and severely lacking in sugar and good flavor. read more

My wife and I stopped here last nite to pick up a quick bite after our camping trip. I got the chicken souflaki pita. It was the tiniest thing ever! 3 nuggets of chicken, one was 80% gristle too. 2 slices of grilled red onion the size of a nickel, and a few thin tomato slices. Luckily I got the large fries to fill me up. Not worth it otherwise! My wife had the patty melt. The bread was barely buttered when grilled, more akin to eating a cheeseburger on wonder bread! When Tom and Jerrys raised their prices ($13.95 for a chicken salad), made smaller portions and lowered their standards. We decided to give Broilers a chance. The food didn't disappoint. We ordered spinach pie with fries perfectly good. The chicken salad was incredible. Chunks of feta, well cooked and tasty wholr breast of chicken, tomato and cucumber wedges, sweet peppers and a little surprise tucked under the bed of lettuce... stuffed grape vine leaves. I've been driving past this place for a couple of years and am glad to have finally decided t stop in. The chicken special is a good deal. Gross!!!!! I had a pork kabob and the pork was still red on the inside not pink but red! It was not cooked all the way. They put the meat right on the pita and the pita bread gets nasty. This place is a joke. read more

Rude service. Not recommended if you are trying to stay healthy. When I asked if they could please prepare an order of chicken without adding salt, I was refused. I asked, but can't you just cook it without adding salt? The order taker said he could not and would not. The rude response I received next was, "This isn't a hospital. We cook with salt." There was no explanation given as to the reason. I wasn't told that the chicken had been previously salted, which is something I could have understood. Many questions come to mind regarding freshness and quality of product that salt is often used to cover up. read more
