Meat lovers Omelette sub pancakes for French toast

Waitress was fantastic!! I've been here for lunch and loved the tuna melt and chicken tender melt. Breakfast was okay, a little too heavy/greasy for my liking. Omelet had a mountain of meat, too much for my liking. Extremely affordable. Meat lovers omelet $12, sub toast for French toast for $2 more. Will be back for lunch.

    The aftermath. None survived.

"Where do you want to go for breakfast, love? It's your birthday, you pick." You think about it. Your sleepy little cow town has no good prospects. You think of conceding to good ol' Perkins, and think again. You google a few things. Something cute comes up. The drive is short enough, and facilitates the mandatory stop through Savers to peruse the electronics for that thing you had when you were 12. "Brigette's Cafe looks good, let's try it." Best decision of the day. The chicken fried steak special was delicious, nay, straight bussin. I still have no idea how it's actually made, and I don't care. The hash browns were perfect, and dare I say, picturesque. Eat your heart out, Norman Rockwell. The rye toast was delectable, with only butter to complement. I will be back. I will try the pancake platters. The best part? I'm a whole-ass adult... and nobody can stop me.

So the waitress was attentive and nice and kept my coffee cup full but if you're looking for a delicious bread baking something that's really good Bridget has Long left the franchise the gravy was terrible. The sausage was small and my eggs sent out right dirty as well as the hashbrowns were quite grease I wouldn't go back no sense but this restaurant pretty much just serves hole filler. It'll fill hole And believe me, I know good food I have been all over the country I am also a chef. I've worked under some 2 star chef's an some time restaurants forget why they open an put profit before quality an start buying canned products an frozen biscuits they comprise taste for convenience Country Fried Steak tasted like cardboard and they said hand, battered some sort of factory machine hand I guess made it

I stopped here for lunch and was seated right away. This is a small place and my server came over and I ordered the hot beef sandwich and soup. She came right back with my soup and it was good. After a short wait, she brought my food and it looked good. The beef was tender and moist, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were good. This was a good meal for the money, I will stop here again.

Classic Diner!  We were there on a weekday morning.  Walking in, the first thing I noticed was the delicious pastries and couldn't miss the touching memorial portrait of Bridgette hanging behind the counter.  The dining area had groups of locals enjoying their breakfast, giving us the sense that this spot is a beloved community hub where friends gather to catch up.  We were quickly sat and offered something to drink.  Service was excellent throughout our visit.  I ordered David's Omelette, swapping sausage for the ham, and paired it with two pancakes and a side of hashbrowns. My wife opted for two eggs, sausage links, and pancakes. Our meals arrived quickly and were served hot. The omelette was delicious, packed with ingredients and just the right amount of cheese. The pancakes were light and perfectly complemented the eggs, without being overly fluffy. If you find yourself in the St. Cloud area around breakfast time, I highly recommend stopping by Bridgette's Café. It's a charming spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Been here a couple times with my sister and her family. Service is prompt and the food is what you would expect at a Ma and Pa place . I had the three eggs vegetable omelette with cheese on top and opted for two pancakes instead of toast. I had requested to have my pancakes upgraded to the so apple pancakes instead and she said it'll be cheaper to just have the pie filling on the side. So that's what I had. The pancakes were light with a little fluff. I added a little butter in the middle of the two pancakes and put the apple filling on top as a syrup was satisfying. I had to add a little Tabasco sauce to the omelette to give it a little kick since there wasn't much taste with minimal veggies inside the omelette. The coffee was good. Overall, a good alternative to Perkins in town.

It is a small town family diner. Good food, good service. Nothing fancy, just the basics, we both had the Brigitte special, eggs, sausage, bacon, pan cakes with a side of hash browns. Pretty good. No biscuits and gravy therefore no sausage gravy side. Toast options are white and wheat only.

TLDR; Make a reservation or be prepared to wait a while. Good booze, great food and equally good…read moreservice. Try sitting outside, it's gorgeous. First impression: BUSY! Very pretty establishment and plenty of parking. Service: They offered reservations, which is always nice. Wait time was higher for indoor seating, but outdoor was tolerable, so we sat outside. Hostess was polite and swift. Waitress was interactive and tolerable to our indecisiveness, despite being so busy. They have a huge pond for outdoor eaters to admire, and it provide a beautiful sense of nature to our outdoor experience. Food: Everything we ordered was fantastically prepared/cooked. Everything was seasoned well, objectively. Seasoning was applied JUST enough to taste it, so as to avoid being over bearing to the more sensitive eaters. It was not so light that I felt like I needed to add anything though. The order/timing our food came out was reasonable and expected, based on population at the time. Drinks: Tea and water were both good. I order a regular margarita every time I try a new place, as part of my initial review process, for consistency. Their margarita was 10/10 and arguably the best I've ever had. I'm a red wine drinker, so I tried the "purple cowboy", since purple is my favorite color. This is my new favorite wine. I'll never not order it when I visit this place. We ordered a flight to try their local beers. Their award winning beer was fantastic. I can see why it won an award. I personally am not a fan of that type of beer, but objectively, and from trying dozens of this type over the years, it was good. Final impression: We've since been back to this Brewery multiple times, and will make it a regular option on our date nights. Highly recommend get reservations first, during "busy" hours though.

This is my opinion on the day we went in and do with it as you want…read more When we first arrived, they were busy. There was a Sunday brunch going on. No problem, we ended up waiting, maybe 15 minutes to get a table. There were 4 of us. That wasn't an issue and the staff was great. We got seated at our table and our waiter, I believe his name was Benjamin, was awesome. Great guy, didn't pressure us to order right away. Gave us time to look and would check in on us. All around great service. He was a 5 star! Even the atmosphere, with it being busy, was what you would expect. A lot of people talking and having a good time, no problems, no issues. We were kind of set back in the corner, which I'm thankful for, because we didn't have the noise from the Brunch area. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the food. With 4 people being served, you would think they would get the fries right? They were over seasoned on everyone's plate, horribly over seasoned. You might as well have been dipping them straight into the container of whatever seasoning was on them. Of the 4 orders of French fries, we left 2 orders on the table. I ordered the Gastro Pub Bison Burger, medium. Benjamin even started it was going to have some pink in the middle, and I said yes. The ticket even stated it. I don't know why they even put it on the ticket if they're going to cook it done. The burger ended up being over cooked and dry. It was a Bison burger, so there's plenty of moisture in those burgers when cooked to medium. This thing comes out as a little nothing sized burger. I wasn't impressed with it at all. My wife's order, Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Sandwich, came out good and she ate it all and really enjoyed it. One daughter had ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. She's had them before at other places and was excited to try their's. Came out ok except for the, what she stated as being too spicy. And again, the fries were over seasoned. My other daughter order a Spicy Dill Flatbread, which turned out really good. She was the only one of us who did like the over seasoned fries. Now when it comes to food, I never send anything back and i don't say anything because we might not be done with ordering. I have the biggest fear about retaliation. You hear the stories from someone you know, of possibly something being a little sketchy when food is reordered or it comes back out, so I just don't do it. I have been here before and it is pretty much the same as I remember it. The staff being great, but the food just being not worth it. The funny thing is it's the Chef's name is on the door when you come in the building. If I was him, I'd be a little embarrassed that his cooking staff can't do a medium burger and do some retraining. At least watch what the cooking staff is doing while preparing food that his name is associated with. I don't need to go back there and eat.
