Great small hometown cafe with phenomenal food. I ordered the texas toast eggs benedict and OMG, delicious, I always wish I could have a little more sauce and sometimes I even ask for it upon ordering, well I didn't ask for more but woozier!nLook ate the amount of yummy sauce they automatically put on. The has browns were done to perfection also. Now their pie I would give 15 stars to, such unique pies too, ever had a special K pie? Nummy. All there cream pies are so big, almost too much for even 2 people, and they are all homemade in house and are get this $4.50 a slice. I would drive all the way up to Richmond just for a slice of pie.

Jill's Cafe is a family owned restaurant where their food is made with love and great flavor. Parking lot is huge and great for semi-drivers too! * Affordable Prices * Friendly Staff * Family owned * Great flavor and p * INCREDIBLE pie * Clean & brand new building * Cute rocking chairs outside on the entry porch * Outdoors seating (when available)

Jill's cafe is the definition of good hometown cooking. The food was very good here and served quickly. Our waitress was also friendly and the price was very reasonable.

Jill's cafe was a pleasant surprise for my family. We've been coming to Richmond for 30+ years, and even though Jill's has not been opened that long, we just now tried them. Great small town restaurant. Friendly staff and accommodating chef. My sister has diabetes and the chef happily made her a chicken cordon bleu that was grilled and not fried. I ordered the grilled ham and cheese and it was a solid sandwich. Plenty of meat! Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will definitely be coming back next time we're in Richmond!

    Pantoast!

Clean place, nice staff. The food is mediocre and the coffee is weak. We stopped for breakfast.

Reviews I've seen on here are from the old location. The new building on highway 23 is great and the food is terrific.

It took 70 minutes to get our food, with no warning or explanation for when it would come…read more The hamburger was so over cooked and dry that it was hard to eat, coming from a butcher that is claiming such high quality of meat this was a surprise. I'm trying to think of any place at any time where a hamburger was so bad, but can't come up with anything. It wasn't burnt, it just tasted like it was cooked from frozen and sat on the grill for the entire 70 minutes we waited and slowly heated the life out of the meat. It was almost like they wanted it to be horrible. I've never been to a place that charged for fried onions on the burger. French fries were clearly from frozen and the freezer burn taste was strong. And due to the wait, arrived cold. We did have wings that were pretty good, sauces were nicely done. As far as ambiance, there were tons of televisions but all were showing the game show network, really? The NBA playoffs were on and we're showing Family Feud on every single TV, weird. This was the only food place in town that was open, in the future we'll go to another town. And I will not be visiting the butcher either, if you can't cook a burger I have doubts you'd know how to butcher the meat. I'm surprised the people who live in Kimball would ever go to this place.
