    Don't WASTE YOUR TIME with these SCAM ARTISTS. I am a returning customer (leased a 2022 Mazda CX-30 2 years ago -- that was a whole other nightmare). I received calls and letters recently from this dealership to buy back my car / trade it in for a 2024 Mazda CX-30 at $199/month (see photo). I pay $405/mo for my 2022 Mazda, which feels like a rip off. I made an appointment and went in today. Everyone looks at you like you have ten heads when you walk in-what's the point of making an appointment? Then they made me wait 30 minutes while they "assessed" my current 2022 Mazda, which is in mint condition and has less than 15k miles. After 30 min, they told me to wait longer-I said I have another appointment, at which time he promptly produced an offer of 7000 DOLLARS DOWN (WHAT? WITH A TRADE IN???) AT 279/Month (see photo). What happened to $199???? I showed him several other websites of Mazda dealers offering $199/month with a $3k to $4k down payment. He shrugged at me. I am a returning customer with a mint condition vehicle, and instead of offering me the $199 deal they sent, they gave me this garbage. Unbelievable. Wasted so much time driving there and back, then making me wait. I will be trading my care in elsewhere just so I don't have to deal with them again. Don't go there - they will try to scam you and treat their customers like garbage.

    If you're like me, you LOATHE the process of buying a car. No not the Carvana way where they deliver the car to you that might not even be owned by them, that's a whole different headache entirely lol. I'm talking about the old school way, the going to the dealership, looking at the different models, test driving and then the endless 10 hour process of negotiations and paper work.... It really makes you reconsider the whole thing a couple of times before deciding to endure it. I gotta say though. My-Ling at Brickell Mazda made this experience extremely easy and so pleasant. She was professional why still remaining personable and is just an amazing person overall. She fights for what's right for you and doesn't really give up when something the customer wants isn't being given. She goes out of her way to ensure you leave this dealership with exactly what you came for and also ensure you either fed, hydrated or well caffeinated during the process lol. Not many dealerships have specialists like My-Ling and it's really shows nowadays. This dealership will always have my business because of her. A shout out to Joaquin who linked us up. He was the representative who took care of me previously that got a promotion and works with management now and he definitely made sure that I would be taken care of this time around. Did I mention I walked out with two cars?! That's how good she is. My deal was the simple one but she also ensured that my moms boyfriend was able to get the car he wanted as well with his unique circumstance. It was truly an phenomenal experience. If you happen to be in the market for a new car, consider Brickell Mazda and see no one else except My-Ling! She is the best I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, PERIOD!

So I walk away to another employee and I ask him if he can help me. He ignored me as he slouches on the counter looking through the computer and says absolutely nothing to me. I wait about 15 seconds and out loudly say, this is ridiculous and I start to head out to the exit door. He then starts screaming across the room. "Hey you don't have to leave come back I'll help you!!!" I was furious. I completely ignored them and right before I walked right out, I turned back and said. It's ok if you don't want my money the advanced auto Patty across the street surely will. Good bye and he yelled byeee!! I have never seen such lack of professionalism and it's just incredible that having a competitor across the street they would still treat a customer like that. I went across the street and spent $150 on everything I needed to give my car a tuneup. Money and client list to this particular store. Simply unacceptable. This is why I mostly shop online and don't have to deal with rude and unprofessional people. These people looked like they did not care and did not want to help or work for that matter. Truly disgusted.

It's actually tucked in along a side street that runs between 7th and 8th. I came here as I needed both a cabin and an engine air filter for my vehicle. I'd been to the dealer earlier that day to get an oil change and service, and they recommended I change both these filters immediately and quoted $80 each to do it. I was able to come here to Advance Auto Parts and get the exact filters I needed, and paid less than $20 for both. I used online ordering where I was offered a code for 20% off since this was my first online order, was given a confirmation number and told it'd be ready for in-store pickup in 30 minutes. I arrived about 40 minutes later and my order wasn't actually bagged and ready for me, but the guy behind the counter jotted down the part numbers of the items I'd ordered and quickly gathered them while I waited. Since I'd already paid at the time of order, he printed out a receipt for me to sign, bagged my items and gave me a receipt to take, and I was on my way. In less than 10 minutes, both filters were replaced.

I also got an email that said: "The status of your order #XXXX has changed to Manual Verification Required." Which I did not understand the meaning of. I emailed USA Tools on Nov 16th asking about the status of the order. Since I had not received any shipping information. I got no reply. I called them on the phone on Nov 24th, and they conformed that my order existed, but did not give me any information, he sort of hemmed and hawed, but non real information, I feel he knew what was up, but did not want to tell me. . He knew my name from the order, he then asked my phone number, and told me he would call me back. I sent another email on Nov 25th, no reply. I also called them on Nov 25th, and they acknowledged my order, said he would check on it, and put me on hold. Finally, he came back on the line, and said the product had been discontinued. The guy was polite on the phone, but I had to request the refund. If the product was discontinued, why did they sell it to me, and why did they leave the order outstanding? The place looks good, but in my opinion, it is not, save a headache.
