Fernando not only addressed the issue with the warning light, but he also confirmed my concern about some paint decay that was still covered under my warranty. On top of that, the team provided a free oil change and car wash, and they even checked a few other items, including my battery to make sure everything was in great shape. Fernando truly went above and beyond to help me and made sure I got my Jeep back feeling like new again. I would absolutely recommend buying and servicing your vehicle here. This was the worst car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I clearly and repeatedly stated that I did NOT want any warranties or add-ons. While signing the paperwork, I pointed out extra charges, was told they were being removed, and even watched documents get reprinted. Despite this, I was talked over, rushed, and ended up with warranties I explicitly declined. This is misrepresentation and a complete disregard for my consent. When I returned the next day, I was told multiple times that the charges would be refunded and applied back to my loan. That never happened. Additionally, my trade-in was paid off two months later and not for the payoff amount we agreed on. It felt as though, because I was purchasing a $200,000 vehicle and im a women , there was an assumption that extra charges would go unnoticed or unquestioned. That is unacceptable. The salesperson name is FRANK. He made a comment to me after I came back next day "" I also need some bread". 4 month passed by- did not get back any money back into my loan, never got a follow up . Just been ignored. I am never coming back, and I am warning anyone reading this to review every document carefully!!!!!!

I gave John a handshake and left. I received a call from Jennifer saying what are my numbers and she will possibly speak with the GM (general manager) and see what can be done. I told her she could have kept me there while she spoke with him she kept telling me over and over he's not here on site and I repeated she could have kept me there while she did that I'm not coming back. She hung up in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and rude. If I was ever to get a call from her GM or John for the SALE I would only do it if she doesn't get the commission. I would have rated my experience better if the phone call ended better and a simple apology won't mean anything.

And the rest of their "online inventory" of the specific make and model I was looking for was all fake as well.
