I saw a vehicle I liked, from a very good inventory & came back following day to wrap up purchase. Worked out good, reasonable price without lots of fuss and took care of some minor issues requiring oil change, popping out 2 barely visible dings and locating additional set of keys. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend purchasing a vehicle here as they seem to be, all around STEPS ABOVE & BEYOND most car dealerships. Additionally, while waiting on oil change I was offered a ride service to and from nearby restaurant. IT's ALL IN THE DETAILS. As a tough customer, I truly appreciated Ashley's METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL and having the mountains of paperwork organized to secure insurance++. NOT A SMALL DETAIL, they arranged ideal financing with a Credit Union that offered an extremely competitive rate. Also referred a window tinting service that did great job. ADDITIONALLY, as this was CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED by PORSCHE (2022 Model Year) I received remaining 26 months warranty from new vehicle purchase AS WELL AS an extended 24 mos. from CERTIFICATION by Porsche for a total of 50 months (as confirmed by Porsche directly). LASTLY, when I questioned some of the very odd HATING REVIEWS here on YELP, they pointed out it was some so called 'influencer' incident that 'sicced his Yelp dogs' on them. I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership, especially dealing with Harvey Proveyer, was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a vehicle here with Harvey Proveyer, and within minutes of driving off the lot, the check engine light turned on. When I contacted them immediately, I was met with shrugs, excuses, and zero accountability. They sold me a car that clearly wasn't inspected properly or honestly. Despite raising concerns, nobody has lifted a finger to help or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they sold me the car without the wheel lock key. That's a critical tool that should always come with the vehicle. Now, thanks to their carelessness, I have to pay out of pocket to have every wheel bolt cut just to replace or rotate my tires. The added costs are already in the thousands, and still, not a single person at the dealership is willing to own up to their mistakes or offer any sort of support. This dealership is the epitome of negligence and poor customer service. If your finance manager is Joshua G, get a new one! Or don't buy a car from here at all. Joshua preached that he "had my back and is doing things for my best interest." Mind you I saw Joshua after only being with the sales guy for 2 minutes. I have no idea what salesman profited off my car sale because he barely introduced himself or made himself known. Purchasing the car was fairly easy, I was actually willing to recommend them to anyone, but later I found out that easy was too good to be true. I was given a temporary tag and then Joshua said the tag agency would mail me my real tag. I live in Hollywood which is a good 20 mi from Brickell. About 5 days before my temporary tag expired I tried reaching Joshua to ask where it might be. Not a possibility. Then I kid you not, two days later I get a little card in the mail that says "your tag is ready to be picked up at the front desk of Brickell luxury motors." (1) I wouldn't be that upset if he didn't tell me it was going to come in the mail and (2) the note came three days before it was going to expire, luckily I had time to go down there which was a hassle and a waste of gas. so even after that I wasn't gonna write the review because it's not a big deal. BUT THEN. I went to go pay my car loan, luckily 2 weeks in advance, and he literally got MY NAME WRONG ON THE LOAN. So I couldn't make my first payment until that was fixed. I call Joshua around 7-8am and he gives me a little bit of an attitude and he says oh that's a "simple fix." A simple fix that takes 5 to 7 business days. I call him hours later at about 2pm for an update, no response. I call his supervisor for a response and get nothing. So I try calling Joshua back again at 4-5pm and he informs me that he's with a customer he'll take care of it right after. WHAT. So this "simple fix" is going to take you all day long to do/take care of when it takes 5 to 7 business days to actually get fixed. Meaning he basically told me that my issue was not as important as him making the sale in front of him. Joshua later finds out that I called his supervisor and he calls me back to let me know that he knows that I called his supervisor. I didn't want you to call me back to state the obvious honey I wanted you to call me back so you can tell me whether you fixed the problem you created. so today I walked into a PNC Bank to ask them if my loan was fixed and guess what they told me IT WASN'T FIXED OR ATTEMPTED TO BE FIXED. Joshua's "simple fix" turned into my headache of an issue. There is no way I will ever ever recommend Brickell Luxury Motors. EVER. read more

This place is amazing - they have a great selection of luxury cars and I was able to find a beautiful 2020 Porsche Cayenne at a great price! I went to several other dealerships but their cars were overpriced and not in the best condition. We have taken both of our vehicles back for regular maintenance and those experiences have been flawless and effortless. They have an incredible system and communication between all of the departments and the customer most definitely always comes first. I left my truck with Carlos Leal at the Service Department to get a new battery earlier this week and it was ready in no time, my truck was waiting right out in front once I'd returned. I purchased an 2011 Audi R8 from Brickell a few months ago. Requested a PPI from them, which they provided. No issues with car until fast forward to the end of November 2017 when I get the car wrapped and install a new exhaust system. 2 different shops. Both shops tell me the car has been in an accident and the frame is damaged causing spacings in the bumper. Apparently the bumper was being held on by masking tape and multiple screws were missing. Gil, from Brickell, reached out to me on December 21 2017 and I let him know what I had found. The car fax didn't show any accident. Brickell didn't let me know the car was in an accident. And they claim they never knew the car was damaged. To sum it up, they either lie about the cars they sell or they don't fully inspect the cars that they buy/sell. I'm not sure which one is worse. But BEWARE of these guys. I would highly recommend you never buy from them! read more
