He was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. On top of that, the team provided a free oil change and car wash, and they even checked a few other items, including my battery to make sure everything was in great shape. I waited a long time to write this review about Brickell Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram, hoping these issues would be resolved. Unfortunately, this has been the worst car-buying experience I've ever had--and it is still ongoing. From the beginning, the process was plagued with misinformation. The original salesman repeatedly provided inaccurate details about both the vehicle and my trade-in, which ultimately required us to switch salesmen due to the false information. Because this was an out-of-state purchase, we hired a transportation carrier to pick up the vehicle. On the morning of pickup, the dealership canceled with the carrier, claiming no payment had been received--despite payment having been completed and documented. As a result, we were charged a cancellation and rescheduling fee. The sales representative confirmed (with documentation) that the dealership would reimburse this cost. That refund was never issued. I was later told directly by the salesman that a check had been mailed--another false statement. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was in non-working condition. The car would not turn on, and all fuses were broken. This was a 2025 vehicle with only 50 miles on it. The dealership refused to take any accountability, and the vehicle had to be towed to the nearest dealership for service. Now, over two months later, we still have not received our registration or permanent plates. Temporary plates were issued, but once they expired, no one from the dealership would respond or return calls to issue updated ones. As a result, we have been unable to legally drive our vehicle for days. I have extensive documentation, including call logs, emails, and confirmations, all showing repeated attempts to contact the dealership with zero response. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare--from dishonesty and poor communication to a complete lack of accountability. Prior reviews should have been a good warning! In the market for a used car for my son and saw a vehicle online that we were interested in. Several actually! Inquired online and nice to get immediate calls and text to set up an appointment by 3 different people. Seems a bit overly aggressive and confusing from 3 different people who seem not to be on the same page. Day before the appointment, everything was confirmed and the vehicle was told it's still available. Showed up only to find out that it's in Orlando and the system updates weekly so they didn't know where the car was but apparently they know it's in Orlando. Sounds like a devious Bait and Switch tactic that's unprofessional. Time is money and time is valuable as a buyer as well and it's not appreciable that a vehicle is not available after a customer arrives. Not only the vehicle was not available but other vehicles listed on the website was also not available. Also be warned that the dealer does tend to add hefty fees and cost to the out the door pricing such as reconditioning fees and preparation fees etc! I am in the car buying process. I went to get more info on Jeep product. First of all, I could not find the guest parking so had to pay for street parking (annoying bad customer experience). After walking by a homeless person asleep next to the Jeep showroom main door, I walked in - nicely dress as everyday - I was not greeted by the receptionist...no salesperson came out to see me. Was looking for a car online and I found this dealer that has a good price. However, I contacted them. I was working with a sales person. They did hard check on my credit the furnished the price for the car and I was shocked how they added so many extra stuff on the bill, which was originally in the $15K now after their adding all these unnecessary fees ( reconditioned, clear code, 2 months warranty for $2k, dealer fees, doc) the prices become $24k before even your finance charges. They are shady they put price online and they give a double that on paper. If you wanna shop here please ask them ahead of time to give price quote before proceeding further. I bought a new Durango Hellcat cash. Traded a 23 in on the 25. The process was painful and I was shorted a FOB, I was told to buy it and send in the receipt for reimbursement. This is where the $hit show started. 3 months numumores calls, emails and texts and I could not get my reimbursement from them. I finally drove from Ft Myers to Miami, not paid for my time, gas or tolls. I asked for the GM to explain to me why I would not get my other expenses and he could not even be bothered to come from the third floor to meet a paying customer. Total $hit show and I would not recommend them or do any business with them. Move on. read more

Their new "Break the Bank" mailer is super slimy... Apparently everyone is a winner, everyone gets the three money bags. They want you to come in so they can grab all your info to try and gain new clients. No matter what number you give over the phone when you call them they will say you are a winner. With the exception of like 5 actual winners for the expensive prizes, most will "win" a five dollar POS smart watch. But you won't know if that's you till you give them all of your info. The mailer is worded in such a way and designed to make it look like you won the $50,000 or the new Jeep. I actually have a Jeep and I won't be coming here for anything! The check engine light came on my Wrangler so I made an appointment and dropped it off here to get diagnostic tests/quote to fix. A few hours after dropping it off, I received a call from them stating that they wanted to buy my car. I said that I was not interested, but asked if they could tell me what was wrong with it and how much it would be to fix. The person on the other end of the phone said that he didn't know what was wrong with it but proceeded to grill me on why I was not interested in selling. I explained that I just wanted to get my car fixed and wasn't planning on dropping $40k+ on a new vehicle. This felt very scammy to me - not sure how they would want to purchase the vehicle if they don't even know what's wrong with it? It felt as though they were either withholding information from me in order to gauge the possibility of getting more money out of me or to increase the quote based on my response. Later in the day, I finally received a quote with a list of "urgent" and "cautionary" items that needed repair. The list of urgent items alone totaled almost $8,000 - this included an oil pump replacement, rear main seal replacement, and one axle seal replacement. After doing some research, the dealers quote was 50-100% higher than everything I was seeing online. Of course, taking it to a dealer, I would expect to pay on the higher end, but in this case, the dealers quote was not even close to the range I was seeing. I made the decision to pick up my car as I had a bad feeling about this place. I let them know that I was on the way to pick up the car - when I got there, I was told that they had just sent my car to be washed and that it would be about 10-15 minutes longer. They told me to wait in the waiting area and they would come get me when it was done. I waited for 45 minutes until I finally got up to ask them what was going on. My car came out about 5 minutes later. Overall negative experience. Would never recommend purchasing or doing repairs with this scammy dealer. They also charge a large $350 diagnostic fee that will "go towards the repairs" but you still pay if you choose not to do the work with them read more

Try to do a deal over the phone and spoke to two salespeople first was a girl she was cool but then it was male in getting numbers finalized for monthly payment the dude in finance name Michael something like that needed it a $500 deposit for the car and he said he would get us good monthly number so waited about a day or two numbers were too high so I told them thank you never mind numbers are too high I told them what I wanted my monthly payment to be me and my wife we have A1 credit he said no it's unreal to get a number that low so I was like ok well let me get my deposit Micheal said yes the next morning he will handle the refund in deposit never did my wife had to dispute it almost a month later they're still texting my wife about a car but we already got a Tesla in Tampa but shady staff they start sweet in the beginning then sour in the end read more

This changes the out the door price by about $5000. The pre delivery service fee which is illegal and part of the msrp. I recently purchase an used BMW X1, and after two days of driving the car my son realized something was wrong with the brakes. Well, happened that the brakes went bad on the car and after calling the service department at the dealer in order to claim a supposed extended warranty on the car the service department just stated that it did not have appointments available at the time and for me to call next week to see if the could accommodate us. Since; it was a safety issue I took the car to a local shop and fixed the break system. I did save the bill as to place the claim at the dealer trough the warranty. Long story short my husband went to the dealer and they just made fun of him for being so naive as to believe in the word of an used car salesman. The told him that the warranty activates 30 days after the purchase and that it was not active yet. Moral of the story don't buy any car from this dealer new or used. Drove 3.5 hours to Brickell Chrysler planning to purchase the truck. After letting someone know I was there to see Manny, was told he would meet me. After waiting about 15 minutes, Manny never showed. Anthony finally assisted me after noticing me standing around. The truck was not at or ever at the dealership and not even available, since it was somewhere getting a box configuration. I had to go in person so he can print me my law 553 fl form where they added a $7000 of extra stuff I did not ask for nor they explain or told me they where adding it. I would never do business again at these dealership. 17+ years of me doing business with them out the door. I hope Mario Murgado reads this and sees his employed are scamming loyal customers .
