Recently we sold and bought our home. We shopped around for the best interest rates for a va loan and Brian Decker and his team beat every rate we got including navy federal's rate. Him & his team kept us in the loop and worked quickly. We had a way better experience using Brian Decker and his team than our last lender for our first house. Highly recommend. Quick, easy, & smooth process. read more

I am glad Brian personally responded to my message and pretty much validated exactly what I argued regarding his ability to take responsibility for his and his firm's actions. I am glad I know someone so in touch with MY feelings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyBcHUe4WeQ You may also want to note his reading comprehension skills as I pointed out that my loan was SOLD to Freddie Mac. Well played! In all seriousness, Yelpers, do some research before going to any mortgage broker. Choose someone who cares enough about your business to be sincere. Brian Decker - Such a good, honest family man too!! - Mortgage Brokers Near Me

We worked with Brian when we originally bought our house a few years ago. With lower interest rates available now, we decided to refinance. We worked with James and Kelly. They were both fantastic! James walked me though all of the details and Kelly communicated each step, what was needed, and what was next. It's clear that Modern Lending has taken the time to develop a system of communication though emails, calls, and short explainer videos. It's a great way to feel involved and aware of the process. I was also able to easily and quickly upload all of the necessary documents through their secure website. Thanks to everyone at Modern Lending for taking great care of us and making everything seamless and easy! read more

Absolutely the best!!! The home my wife and I sold went into escrow two weeks before we found our new home. I let Brian and his team know that we would be homeless for a couple of weeks and if they could help by closing our new home ASAP. Not only did they speed up the process we actually were ready to close on the new home before the home we sold was ready. We ended up having to wait a few days for them to catch up. Great rates and great team!! I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Brian!!! We love the new home Vic and Laura read more

The whole lending process was easy and convenient. The team members were all patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. For us it felt like a good balance of being moved along through well oiled system (including the online portal), with a personal touch and individualized care from the team. We also appreciated the many choices we were given along the way, especially concerning interest rates and lender credits. read more

Admittedly I am a difficult client but Decker and his team were up for the challenge. We worked with a different agent and lender prior to workin with decker and he showed us everything that was being done wrong. There were a couple hiccups on the sellers side which was frustrating but decker and his crew did everything they could to smooth it out and keep us assured that it was getting done properly. We got our keys and are already keeping an eye out for our next home in which we will be contacting this team and agent again! read more

We have nothing but praise for Brian Decker, Team Decker most notably; Connie Burton and Stefanie Urias at LoanDepot. We have purchased homes prior to this recent purchase and amazed---none of them were as smooth and flawless as this transaction. Everything moved so quickly as he kept the momentum going. We were consistently apprised of our progress via emails containing his informative, personable videos. He is a consummate professional! He presented different loan plans then offered guidance every step of the way. Initially, we didn't think it possible but Brian and his team made it happen. They made our dreams come true and we now live on a beautiful 2.48 acre property in Temecula wine country. It is easy to see why Brian Decker is one of the top producers in his field! We highly recommend him since he has earned our trust, respect, and admiration! Heartfelt thanks to you from the Crain and Burchett families! read more

Brian's Team had our loan ready to close in 10 days from the date we opened escrow! Awesome job Brian and Team!

Brian Decker and his team at loanDepot were AMAZING! Brian was extremely helpful and very efficient in getting our loan closed on time! He provided e-mails with videos explaining each step of the process, as we were first-time home buyers and didn't have a clue what the process was going to be like. But with Brian we never had issues or were confused about the process! His team was amazing as well! They have great customer service and were extremely knowledgable. We even were moving from Ohio, so communication was key-and they didn't disappoint! I would highly recommend seeing Brian for any of your lender needs! read more

Brian's team has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout this process. They are very tech-savvy, with a user-friendly document signing process, videos that explain all the steps and thorough, helpful emails. It's clearly a well-run operation and they did an amazing job getting our loan through on time. We're very happy with the service and would definitely use them again. read more

In my mid-50's and self-employed with less than good credit, I thought I had no chance to ever buy a house, especially in Southern California. Brian and the rest of his team looked at me differently...as a hard-working husband and father who was more than capable of paying a reasonable mortgage. They put a plan in action to get us pre-approved at a realistic purchase price and then followed through to guide us on selecting the right property and getting us through underwriting. 20 days was all it took for them to complete funding and close escrow. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Team Decker !! read more

Brian Deckers office was a great way to get a loan for our house. They were very communicative and always a phone call/email away if I had any questions. I constantly received emails updating me with were we were in the process. Brian even had cool little video updates that I could watch. A bonus is that he even covers the appraisal fee! The loan process went smooth and when it came time for packing our realtor showed up with some extra boxes from Brian's office that came in at the perfect time! Overall I would recommend Brian as a loan officer to anyone who is looking for a loan for their home. read more

Brian Decker and the Decker Team did such an outstanding job for us. We were very sceptical about using a mortgage broker but we needed a loan approval quickly and were looking for a better deal than what we had been quoted. There was no hard sale with Brian. He provided us with the available options and helped us lock in a great rate. We are an older couple who have had a very bad experience with a dishonest and unethical mortgage broker in the past and swore we would never participate in the home buying process again, but Brian changed our minds. He did exactly what he said he would do which is rare in this day and age. Give him a try, you want be sorry read more

Brian was great in explaining the process and providing guidance every step of the way. We ran into one issue, which he was able to explain and help resolve immediately. This was not the cheapest option, but it was the best value option for what we needed to get done. read more
