My husband and I recently purchased a new home and we were referred to Jodi and her team by our realtors. I can't say enough great things about Jodi and Ashley! Our transaction was particularly complex with a lot of moving parts, and they made the whole process so much easier. They were always available to answer my (sometimes ridiculous) questions, and had the best attitude about the whole thing. They guided us through with ease and we closed with no issues! You will not be disappointed working with them. read more

Ryder Mortgage Group has done a superb job. My girlfriend (Jennifer) and I worked with Jodi and Ashley the first week of May 2024. I contacted Jodi Ryder, I told her my girlfriend situation, within one day she gave us options regarding a second loan on my girlfriend house. Jodi was honest and she explain the process. Than, Ashely Gollick took over the process, and she walked me thru the process of what we needed to submit. At that time, my girlfriend credit was jumping from 690 to 715. After getting the second loan, paying all debts her credit scored jumped to 755 within one month (June 2024). Ashley set up everything to make the process smooth, painless, and always ready to answer questions. Loan closed May 28, 2024 and my girls had her loan money in the bank within 3 days. (See credit score screenshot) Jodi and Ashley have always told me that they do their best to close loans in one month, and they have been correct. Jodi and Ashley helped me back in 2012 to reduced my VA loan from a 5 or 6 % to 3.5% and everything was completed in one month. 2014, Jodi and Ashley helped me refinance cash out on my house and lower my interest rate to 3.25% and processed completed in one month. Additionally, back in 2022 my girlfriend lower her interest and did a cash out refinance on her house and she has a 2.5%, all in one month. Jodi and Ashley, and the entire team go beyond their work, honest personnel, and ready to answer any questions. My girlfriend has been very pleased with their work, and helping her relieve stress from making financial decisions. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars to Ryder Mortgage Group. They have done excellent job and as always, alway helping people. I recommend Ryder Mortgage Group in murrieta. (858) 735-8503. Thank you for helping my girlfriend all three times, and myself as well. Sincerely, Raul read more

Jodi and her team are simply the best. She helped us refinance to an amazing rate at literally no cost to us. She made it seem easy on our end because she handled so much for us. She kept us updated through the process and even the notary who she chose to help us sign our closing documents was really knowledgeable and nice to work with. I highly recommend the Ryder group. The whole experience was just phenomenal. read more

I've always wanted to use this word and now seems like a better time than ever to do it!... Working with Ryder Mortgage Group was Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Our experience was everything we could have ever wanted. Our goals of lowering the rate while not extending the term for another 30 years and avoiding extra points were met. We were offered a selection of various terms and options which allowed us to make a decision that best fit our needs. The follow-up and explanation from beginning to end was spot on... even during COVID, Ryder Mortgage was FAST and FLAWLESS. The support team at Ryder Mortgage was outstanding from the start of processing through to the COVID conscious notarization services. We have used Ryder Mortgage in the past and will continue to do so in the future. You should, too!!! You won't be sorry! Jason & Tracy Plowy read more

The team at Ryder mortgage group are simply phenomenal and the most professional team that I've had the pleasure to work with while meeting my home and financial needs with a heloc for this 2022 year. While interest rates continue to climb in this unprecedented period, Jodi and Ashely protected my current and very very low home interest rate with an awesome rate by way of a heloc. I have worked with Ashley in the past and she continues to be in front of all my financial needs when it comes to matters like this. The process was so fast, I mean less than a month quick. I was pleased with the heloc rate and the cash to me once the process was all done. If I had any questions (and I didn't) Jodi and Ashely stayed on top of things. I never had a concern; in fact I continue to recommend the team at Ryder mortgage group to a lot of my colleagues with a 100% approval rating. Please take it from this proud and retired Marine this is team to go with for all your current and future mortgage needs. I look forward to working with Jodi and Ashley in the future and would add them in your favorites. Tommy & Tracey H. read more

I recently bought a new home, and one of my closest friends recommended Ryder Mortgage Group. She used them in her previous refinance, and she said they were amazing to work with. So, I gave Jodi a call, and my friend was totally right (she always is). Jodi was amazing to work with. She walked me through the whole process, took time to explain the financing options, and walked me through the whole estimated settlement statement before the notary arrived so I knew what I was signing. It was definitely a breeze especially since this was my first time buying a home. I would highly recommend Ryder Mortgage Group and Jodi any time! Jodi even got my a housewarming gift to thank me. Thank you Jodi, Bridget, and Jennifer! read more

We just bought a home and their was no time during the process where we had a question that wasn't answered. Ryan and his team were always accessible and made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we were making. Would definitely recommend. The Aggers Family read more

It's imperative that you use Ryder Group! Stop searching and shopping and just call Jodi. They have helped me with four house purchases over two decades and are always available in between for investment questions. Jodi and Team are family now. I only recommend them and will never use anyone else. Starting in 2009, my cousin referred me to Jodi before she was the Ryder Group (I believe..??) when I was in a precarious situation and need to buy my house FAST. She's helped me in ALL the ways: buying my first house; when I had no cash for a down payment; separating assets with my ex; recasting my loan for a lower monthly payment when cash was tight; HELOCS, Re-Fi's, the whole bit! There is not a SINGLE QUESTION I have asked Jodi and her Team that was not addressed expeditiously and with compassionate professionalism. Why are you still reading this?! Just call them already! read more

We recently purchased our home in Arizona. This was a process that started a year ago. As soon as we started the process one of my first calls was to Jodi Simantel Ryder at #RyderMortgageGroup. Jodi and her team have done our last 2 mortgages and several refinances. I needed to make sure Jodi was licensed to do business in AZ as she is a Southern Cali company. Over the past year Jodi has consistently kept in touch weekly as we waited out the year long process. We will be forever grateful for all the hard work and dedication Jodi and her team gave us. Jodi always finds us the best deal and saves us tons of money. We are forever clients of Jodi and The Ryder Mortgage Group. If you are in California or Arizona and need to refinance or buy a home I HIGHLY recommend using Jodi. Thank you again!!! read more

We were referred to Jodi and Ryan by realtor Karla Noble. This team came very highly recommended and they have been nothing short of amazing. Ryan has been so helpful, up front, and never pressuring. We knew what was happening and what was coming next every step of the way. He worked to get us the best rate out there and even managed to save us some extra money. I would definitely use them again and will be passing their information on to anyone looking in the future. Overall, great company, great team, and great results! read more

I recently worked with Eric and Jodi on a refinance and I have never been this impressed. They are smart, quick and do not waste your time. I had one quick conversation with Eric and next day he gave me the rate options. I was really worried that I go through the process and do not get the rate that was promised as I heard from my friends' experiences. But to my suprise at the end they managed to give me a lower rate than what was promised . The process was super smooth. Upfront they gave me a list of needed documents and I provided them and that was it! No more back and forth asking for more documents ( like my other experiences). They really made a big financial process fun and easy. I have referred my friends to them and highly recommend them. read more

Ryan was a referral after I had already went with a primary broker. While I'm the type of person who tries to stick to people I am already working with, Ryan provided options for me and my wife that were too compelling to pass up. He is very easy to work with and as we were going through escrow, he and Jennifer were always available to run things by and made themselves available without asking. A great rate, terrific above-and-beyond customer service and knowledgeable staff...you can't ask for anything more. Congrats Jodi on a solid team. read more

I've worked with Eric professionally as well as personally (on my own home loan) and he is fantastic. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and most important of all for me - super responsive. Eric is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Eric to my friends and family. read more

We were referred to Jodi through my husband's grandma. She has facilitated the purchase of all three of our homes and simply can't be beat. She saved us on our first purchase as nervous first time buyers when we had a bad loan officer, and even though we've shopped around multiple times with each successive purchase, RYDER Mortgage Group got us the best rates each and every time. They even beat the biggest banks, who claim to have the best rates. Our entire team was lovely to work with, and made each purchase a joy, which is how buying a home should be. Ryan A. was our main contact for our last two homes, and you couldn't ask for a friendlier, more responsive person. He answered all our questions and was so reassuring throughout. All three of our homes were purchased in Orange County. We claim we are never moving again (knock wood), but if we do, we know we have a wonderful mortgage team to work with. Thank you, RYDER Mortgage Group! read more

Ryder Mortgage is simply the best in the business!!! Ryan is our go-to, but everyone on his team goes above and beyond to make getting a mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage painless and easy! Some specific examples of where they excel: -They always have the best rates available due to their connections with so many different lenders -They are super FAST on their communications to you! It is always easy to get a hold of them, or you'll get a call or text back quickly -They walk you through everything. Mortgages are confusing and complex. They know the process so well and they use their knowledge to help you feel comfortable throughout. And if those are not enough, they are just awesome people to work with! Always friendly, easy to get a hold of, happy to help with all questions, and they explain everything. We won't even think about going anywhere else! We have referred Ryan to friends and family and they have all had similar experiences with him and his team. read more

We recently closed a refinance with Jodi and her team (Ashley) this month and had the best experience. Throughout the process Jodi kept us informed (even on the little things), and prepared us early to avoid any delays. Even though the loan process took longer than expected (due to delays with my current lenders), Jodi and her team never hesitated to seek status from the lender. It has NEVER been so easy! I would highly recommend working with Ryder Mortgage Group. You will not be disappointed. She is really the best! read more

Our family has used Ryder Mortgage at least 4 separate times. The first time we used them it was for a Refi, several other agents couldn't help us and took along time to figure that out! We got passed along to several agents that couldn't help. A friend recommended Jodi, I made a call to her and right away she said she could help. Since then she has been more than just an agent for our family, she's alway there when we have questions. Most recently, she expressed her concern for an escrow company we were using, she did some research and found out everything was ok. It's that extra mile makes us feel protected when we use them. Thanks for all of the help over the years. Roberts Family read more

Jodi and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We have obtained many, many loans in our life, and by far this was the easiest process we have ever been through. The Ryder Mortgage Group has been there for us from start to finish of purchasing our new home. Ryan, Jennifer and the whole team were very professional but friendly. Ryan explained everything to us step by step, what certain terms were, and what to expect next. He was there to answer a lot of questions that we had since we were first time home buyers and he responded quick and even during late times of the day, which was a huge plus. Thank you very much Ryan and the whole team, they made our whole home buying process smooth and a good experience. :) read more

Eric and the team at Ryder Mortgage were amazing to work with.  We were able to secure a refinance not only with a better rate, but also on a much faster timeline than with any other quote we had been provided. Eric was sure to discuss our loan options with us in terms we could easily understand, to be sure we were as comfortable with our refinance as possible, and was quick to answer any questions we had about the process. We certainly recommend anyone who's looking to work with the team at Ryder Mortgage! read more

Jodi has helped my wife and I out multiple times in getting a home loan that best suits our needs, motivation, and financial profile. Both times, the deals were incredibly complex and drawn out, in part due to the developer and seller, as the new home we were purchasing had not yet been completed. Before being introduced to Jodi, we went through probably 7-8 loan officers along the way, who we were not comfortable with and who could in no way could have accomplished what Jodi did. My wife and I immensely admire Jodi's deep knowledge of the mortgage lending business, as well as the real estate side --- to the point that no one else even came close on the lending side to what she was able to do, and she actually knew more than all of the real estate agents involved in the deals. Moreover, Jodi is just an outright good, honest, trustworthy person who genuinely has her clients' best interest at heart. She isn't in it just for the money; she wants to make sure borrowers are completely taken care of and get the right loan for their specific needs. And, she's a straight shooter. Jodi won't tell you what you want to hear; she'll tell you what you need to hear. What's more, Jodi has a great personality and a healthy, witty sense of humor. She is a pleasure to speak with and communicate with whether it's via telephone, email, text, etc. And she always promptly responds to you. Lastly, for someone who is wildly successfully, she is very humble, which is very refreshing. We just can't say enough good things about Jodi. My wife and I are extremely lucky to have come across Jodi and her outstanding, very professional, experienced, class act team of A-players that work for her company! read more

I was very scared of buying a home. I knew I had it good though with having a VA loan under my belt, but still very scared. Our realtor Karla Noble referred us to Ryan Abramson and the Ryder mortgage group and started the process prior to getting an offer accepted. Ryan was always available even with the most ridiculous question I had. Ryan and the team were great throughout the whole process. He communicated every time there was a change. He was also able to get us a rate that I thought was not even remotely possible right now. Ryder mortgage group takes care of their clients. Very respectful, intelligent, and diligent. I have purchased and refinanced many homes, both investment and primary residences, and I was referred to Ryder Mortgage through a friend. Quite honestly there is no reason to go anywhere else. I purchased my first home (at age 60) in 2018. I had a horrible experience with that particular mortgage company. As I was paying for mortgage insurance even though I put 40% down on my home, I was anxious to refinance. I heard about Ryder Mortgage from a dear friend whom I trust implicitly. Eric contacted me and it was like we had known each other for years. Eric is amazing as a professional and a human being. He helped me with every single detail of my refinance and gave me plenty of options to choose from. It was a dream compared to my first experience!!! I was so pleased with the personal service, that I recommended Ryder Mortgage to my 33 year old daughter. She and her husband are in the process of searching for their first home in Southern California. Eric has helped them with everything they need and provided a very valuable education about every aspect of obtaining the best loan possible. They were so impressed with Eric and are now ready to buy their first home and wouldn't consider any other Mortgage Company.
