(Seriously feeling buyers remorse and a little scammed by the HERO salespeople who actually encouraged us to put off our refinance until AFTER we finalized our HERO loan! But I digress..) I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are.
