Nathan and his whole team (I personally talked to Nathan, Sophie, Ryan and Melissa), are all top notch and extremely professional. My wife and I had previously started with another mortgage lender in an attempt to purchase our first home who dropped the ball. At the extremely high recommendation of a friend I called Nathan. After speaking to Nathan for the first time I new I had made the right call. He explained the entire process and had a list of things my wife and I needed to do prior to really beginning. Once we got our end done things got started. In my mind we were by no means an client but Nathan and his team were always honest and inspired confidence. Once pre-approved Nathan even set us up with a great realtor who new the area and market very well. This is when Nathan and his team really came through. After finally looking for homes we realized that we were going to want to spend a bit more on our home than what we originally thought. Their mortgage team is one of the most knowledgeable group we came across and what was most impressive was their ability to beak it down in way that we could understand. I don't typically write reviews for services or goods I purchase but I felt the need to write up a review for my experience with getting a mortgage refi with Nathan Chabolla and his team. This is my second time dealing with the mortgage process and it blew my first experience out of the water. Nathan was extremely helpful and approachable in helping my wife and I understand the refinance process and I can felt he was genuinely looking out for our best interest. Nathan was able to get my interest rate down more than a full percent to 3.625% and did it an extremely fast manner. Every request we asked of, Nathan delivered on. I actually ENJOYED the mortgage process because Nathan and his team made it so easy. Now how many people can say that about their mortgage broker? Hmmmmm???!!! I called Nathan on a recco from my best friend and chatted with him for a while. He's a great down to earth family guy who really loves what he does. Send in some paperwork, some pay stubs and poof! Done! He made sure that we were ahead of the process so we weren't rushing or scrambling to get stuff together which made the whole thing stress free. He was great at planning ahead and letting us know what's coming up. He and his team were always on the ball and always available by email and cellphone if we had any questions or concerns. To me THAT was a huge relief knowing that they were always there to help us out. We had to get a pre approval letter together for a last minute offer at 10pm one evening, so I sent a text to Nathan to let him know. Nathan and Sophie got it to our agent in less than an hour and that's the house we ended up getting! Had they not been so available or willing to help, we'd still be looking for a house right now! My real estate agent was thoroughly impressed as well and sent him another client while we were in escrow!
