Taylor loop i have been conversing for since September for a first mortgage. I wrote a poor review due to the months of time and no legwork being done. He threatened a lawyer and threatened to leak my information and to take down my review. He also threatened to have someone come down and bash my door in if i did not. he said he would cover a credit report hard inquiry removal. I removed my review and no hard inquiries were removed. he also settled down and offered a $2000 credit. Now time has passed and he is telling me to seek a first mortgage elsewhere. Choose another mortgage lender. Taylor says he does this business and protects his family with the reviews but implys leaking another potential customers information? Getting verbally aggressive and rude over the phone is not something that a lender should give off. it is not professional. for those who might say this is fake and a made up story, If nothing happened, does he just give $2000 to a first time client? no one does that.
