Taylor loop i have been conversing for since September for a first mortgage. I wrote a poor review due to the months of time and no legwork being done. He threatened a lawyer and threatened to leak my information and to take down my review. He also threatened to have someone come down and bash my door in if i did not. he said he would cover a credit report hard inquiry removal. I removed my review and no hard inquiries were removed. he also settled down and offered a $2000 credit. Now time has passed and he is telling me to seek a first mortgage elsewhere. Choose another mortgage lender. Taylor says he does this business and protects his family with the reviews but implys leaking another potential customers information? Getting verbally aggressive and rude over the phone is not something that a lender should give off. it is not professional. for those who might say this is fake and a made up story, If nothing happened, does he just give $2000 to a first time client? no one does that. Update * Taylor was told his response is unprofessional and he responded as the picture follows. He was flexible on the timing for our replies to his requests for information - and/or clarification of our written communications. He acceded to our requests re: when to call us, and was savvy enough to let us know when we had email (NB: I get approx. 150 emails a day). Once we completed the initial tranche of paperwork, things were smooth - and results promised in 1-3 days often came in as approved on the same day.
