Taylor and his team were amazing. Period. For years, I was apprehensive about trying to buy a home, because my credit was not in a good place. Before I started to look at houses, I reached out to Taylor to see just how steep of a hill I was going to need to climb to become a home owner. Taylor worked his magic and walked me through the steps on how to beat clean up my credit. After a few months or work, we had everything we needed to get a loan approved at a payment that I could afford. Taylor and his team walked me step by step through the loan approval process once we found the home of our dreams. At no point did I feel pressured about the loan process and I do not feel that this process could have gone any more smoothly. If you are in the market for a lender, look no further. Taylor has been absolutely amazing! He is the only lender we've worked with who provides daily updates, which has made the entire process seamless. As repeat clients, we've compared quotes from numerous lenders each time to ensure we were getting the best possible deal, and Taylor has consistently come out on top. In fact, he has secured the best rate for us on three mortgages in a row. His responsiveness, transparency, and dedication are truly second to none. Highly recommend working with him! read more

From start to finish I had an amazing experience working with Modern Lending. The entire process can feel overwhelming but they made it feel smooth, clear, and genuinely manageable. I worked most closely with Taylor Loop, who was incredible throughout. He was always available, incredibly responsive, and took the time to explain things thoroughly, often more than once without ever making me feel rushed or like I should already know the answer. That level of patience and support made a huge difference. The entire team at Modern Lending was professional, personable, and it truly felt like they were by my side every step of the way. I always felt supported and guided through what could have otherwise been a very stressful experience because I had a lot of other life priorities being juggled at the same time. I'm really grateful I had this team behind me and would absolutely recommend Modern Lending, especially Taylor, to anyone going through the lending process. Thank you Taylor & team! Taylor loop i have been conversing for since September for a first mortgage. I wrote a poor review due to the months of time and no legwork being done. He threatened a lawyer and threatened to leak my information and to take down my review. He also threatened to have someone come down and bash my door in if i did not. he said he would cover a credit report hard inquiry removal. I removed my review and no hard inquiries were removed. he also settled down and offered a $2000 credit. Now time has passed and he is telling me to seek a first mortgage elsewhere. Choose another mortgage lender. Taylor says he does this business and protects his family with the reviews but implys leaking another potential customers information? Getting verbally aggressive and rude over the phone is not something that a lender should give off. it is not professional. for those who might say this is fake and a made up story, If nothing happened, does he just give $2000 to a first time client? no one does that. Update * Taylor was told his response is unprofessional and he responded as the picture follows. I reached out for a first mortgage. not to be called a weirdo or to get teased with business. read more
