this place should be called COST U MORE! They are brokers they are a third party that charges you unnecessary fees to make u think they are getting u cheap insurance when really they are making up for it by charging you the "initial sign up cost" is what they call it but what it actually is, is the money that goes straight to the broker. So once u see the monthly cost then a month later they charge u up to $100 or more and use some excuse saying it's some kind of "fee" they do with everyone. When you decide to cancel with them and go with someone else they DO NOT compromise your wishes to cancel as asked. Cost u less and the insurance I had are already going to have a major law suite on their hands. For fraud. They are frauds and scammers. After my last review for this company, Max the office manager was kind enough to call me and apologize for the poor experience I had encountered. He wanted to know what had happened and I explained the ordeal. He seemed truly apologetic about the situation and wanted to make sure to let me know that x employee was no longer with the company. He assured me that they are all about costumer service and providing only the best. At the end of our conversation, he apologized once more and said he did not want to leave me with a bad impression of his company and offered to reimburse the last installment fee paid to them. Looking for an insurance place, I stumbled in to Cost U Less in Temecula. I came to the DMV one day and was in need of a new rate because I had been told I was paying too much! I walked in and first person to greet me was a young lady named Ariel. From the moment I walked in to the time I left she was very helpful. I've had my car insurance with this agency for almost 10 years and was dealing with Kenny who was just great but when he left I got Pedro Mendoza to deal with instead. My first two experiences with him were not great but simply pleasant. The last time I called him was to remove a car from my policy and he said he would do it, he sent the paperwork, took my payment for the new policy with just the one vehicle only to find out a few weeks later that he did NOT cancel the policy so I was double charged for the month.
