Regarding the specific agent who so happened to be the branch manager Daniela Villalobos ext. 120702. Located at the Hemet location. I applied for auto insurance Monday. Put my 1st down payment and ended up finding another auto policy who was offering a lower rate. I called back the following day & every agent I spoke with advised the only person who can assist me with canceling my plan was the agent who assisted me. I called & called all day. Agents advised they submitted emails, provided her ext. No follow up or call was made back to me that day at all. The last rep i spoke to Guadalupe Davallos advised clients who sign on have 3 business days to cancel their plan for a FULL REFUND. On the second day i tried contacting my agent all morning and was advised she received my messages and she'd get back to me after her meeting at 3PM. It was 3:48PM, i called back and finally got a hold of Daniela Villalobos. She didn't even acknowledge or was empathetic about the fact I've been trying to get a hold of her. She advised any rep could have assisted me which was a lie cause everyone the previous day said other wise. She also stated that it looked like a refund was already issued .. which i was confused how because no one prior to her helped me or advised that info. On top of that couldn't even tell me how much i was getting in return. She then stated I wasn't applicable for a refund because i have already been insured for two days! Why would I be penalized when I tried to cancel my plan the very next day & she was MIA. I asked to speak to her manager. She advised she was the manager. How sad!! I asked to speak to whoever was her manager and she suggested i speak to the accounting team because "they handle that". Why would an accounting team discuss my issues i had? A refund was already made! She stated she was going to send an email of the supervisors information. She also stated she's on top of her emails & was going to forward over the email she so happened to send when i initially signed on. How is it that i only received the cancellation info. How sad is it they have you as a branch manager! The most unprofessional associate that works for Freeway ins. Doesn't follow up, provides incorrect information, never calls back or follows up on emails. I'm still hoping to speak to a manager or CEO! Everyone I spoke with gave me different information. No one was able to assist me. Now I'm penalized because the agent that helped me wasn't even available. DO NOT APPLY FOR FREEWAY INS. The most unprofessional, frustrating experience I ever had to deal with & I'm a customer Service rep my self & her work ethic is POOR! If I could revise my rating it would be -0 stars read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unfortunately this location does not operate within california state guidelines as they provided the biggest misrepresentation 3 different times within a week. Wrong payment information that was quoted directly from 3 people. There excuse was please contact the other company as we don't handle the billing etc. so interesting that they say they don't handle billing but they speak of monthly billing amounts, and give out false information from the accounts. 1.false monthly amounts 2. False billing 3. Account representatives claiming they have noted the accounts and have not done so. 4. As a broker they are to comply within state guidelines . false information given, misrepresentation all sounds like fraud to me. Waited on hold for several minutes waiting to speak to a manager had to hang up and call back twice. When I spoke with her I informed her that the agents there have given me false information she said she couldn't do anything about it. I let her know the other number that was provided I couldn't get anyone on the phone she said well that's who we call so I know someone is there. So odd that they wouldn't call themselves being the actual broker. Nothing is making sense and the customer service from the manager is awful. She kept talking over me, & cutting me off. So rude and unprofessional. After speaking with a lawyer I have found out that after what happened they are liable for a lawsuit for Misrepresentation. I still haven't been able to reach anyone and now my policy is cancelled. I have screenshots of all payments requested and all payments made. read more

I always pay my bill every month and can't have much cooperation. First it started off by my dmv paper work not being sent in on time and I had to come out of pocket for the reissue fee and then never getting my mail ... then I ask to have it changed for one time to get a hard copy of the statement now that I have it I needed it back to the old address and nope can't do it .... very awful customer service and it's just not at one location it's several idk maybe because they speak Spanish but cmon get your customer service together I will probably not keep this insurance because of the frustration read more

Freeway insurance is the worst insurance company ever. My car caught on fire out of nowhere while driving on the freeway. My car was picked up by them and items was stolen from my car. I have full coverage insurance but they refuse to repair the car because they say the engine is not covered. You try and contact them leaving message after message and no one calls you bag. I tried to file a complaint and the guy in the complaint dept tells me they have no control over the insurance companies. I also asked them to tow my car back to my house and they refused saying I had my one tow when they picked my car up. Think long and hard before you get this insurance because if you need them in an emergency you are screwed. The underwriter I was given by the was national general insurance and they are a bunch of rude, non answering the phone or returning a call, no caring people. BEWARE!!! I called Freeway Insurance for auto insurance. They gave me a great low quote. I authorized the coverage and accepted their charges of a 55.28 payment to carrier(progressive in my case) and 25 fee for documentation and 20 fee for convenience. Total came to 100.28 and was supposed to be in two separate transactions. I was charged the 55.28 twice. I called them immediately and they gave me the run around on trying to get my money back(45 minutes of being transferred to 3 different people having to plead my case every time). They admitted fault of the double charge due to improper documentation from the original broker and requested to see my bank statement which is not necessary. I sent them my bank statement anyways and they still would not refund me because it didn't show a transaction number. I called my bank to cancel the payment and got my money back. 3 days later I received a phone call saying that my payment didn't go through and they cancelled my coverage! They dropped me from insurance instantly with no warning while I was driving at LAX aitport! I told them to send me an email of what I needed to do, never got an email. My bank showed the payment of 100.28 going through on aug. 10 two days after i started my policy. Freeway insurance had my payment, got confused due to their lack of organization and cancelled my coverage(they admitted all of this over the phone). They made me a new policy which was 19 dollars higher than the previous one they cancelled. I demanded a refund and they gave me the same run around on the phone after I sent my bank statement showing the payment was authorized. I was told that I would receive a call from corporate about my refund, corporate never called me... The next day I received a call from an agent trying to write me a new policy. I told her I was trying to get a refund at this point because I was highly dissatisfied. I spent another 45 minutes on the phone to be transferred to corporate. Corporate wanted my statment from my bank which I had already given them and refused to do again because it is a never ending cycle. The guy told me he would not send an email confirming a refund. The man told me he would email me stating they cant refund me without my bank statement. This would have been great proof for my lawyer by the way. I confirmed my email with him, had him spell it back to me and still never received an email...long story short I filed a dispute against them through my bank and am waiting to do more paperwork to get refunded. Do not waste your time with these people as they will waste yours. Look up more reviews on Google about how they do the same thing when you try to make a claim. Do not trust these people with your money. If I could, I would leave a 0 star rating. read more

Freeway sent me a check which was well deserved and the check they sent bounced which lead to a penalty with my bank, but there's more when the check bounce because of the penalty cause by freeway my bank account was sent to the negatives which resulted in another penalty.
