Bahan N. came in for the assist. He was able to explain what was confusing me in a way that didn't make me feel silly and saved my business. Anyhow went in went up to the counter told them what we wanted and we were asked to take a seat and join the crowd waiting Sat there for about 10 to 15 minutes until we were called. Went up to the counter after having filled out all of the paperwork in advance before going in for a title transfer for a car and the process went pretty smoothly after that Paid the bill signed some paperwork and that was that. Only have one other triple A to compare a week prior down in San Diego and that went pretty quickly as well This location here in Hemet was a bit slower and included longer wait times and had a lot more people working there as well as a lot more people waiting to be called. All in all staff is helpful and informative Remember to bring cash or personal check to purchase things and just know triple A locations in general when they're available to answer the phone are pretty helpful over the phone.

When she gave me a quote in June, it got really high, almost double since last one. When I asked her the reason for increase price, all she told me was "Insurance company jack up price", she didn't mention any "Broker Fee" It's my fault that I didn't read carefully to sign on "Docusign" . I should have requested her to provide clear invoice include Broker fee before I paid full. 6 month later, I paid same amount again. Once again, she NEVER mentioned about $1300 broker fee. A few days later, I received invoice from insurance company, it was only $3000. Therefore, I asked her what's the reason for the price gap, she told me that I supposed to receive new invoice, but she never mentioned about broker fee. So, please be careful with them. Recommend getting clear invoice before pay insurance fee.

There is one concern about that a new agent Daisy was at the Hemet location, she was working across from Alisha , since we thought any personal or private information stays in the office because we have the right as long term customers.
