We've wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they've been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it's certainly not one that I'll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn't a matter of policy, it's a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a "manager" stepping in and reneging at the last second.
