Throughout my entire home buying process Drew was generous with his time and expertise, literally every step of the way. His bio mentions that his approach is rooted in education, and that really came through in my experience. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and why, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. His advice was thoughtful and tailored to my situation, never generic or salesy. He knew I already had a lender but he was still willing to give him time and advice with no strings attached. He also connected me with a homeowners insurance agent who ended up getting me a much better policy than what I was originally planning to sign up for. That referral alone made a huge difference. Drew is the kind of person you want in your corner when you're navigating the home buying process. Knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping people. I truly can't recommend him highly enough.

I did not need solar loan and decided to keep my money with them. In May this year, I called them to close the account and wanted to get my money back. They told me that my balance is only 800 because they charged me fees due to the fact that they once sent me the statement to my address and got returned. I told them that I still own the house all this year. All they had to do was to call me or email me, but did not do any of that. Instead, they charged me monthly fees due to "unable to contact customers" that I had not heard of such fee until now. I requested to speak to the manager and did not get even a phone call. I got a small refund check of $105 for a fee. They said that they also mailed a check of 800 to me in May, but as of today, I still have not received it yet. I called few days ago and they said they sent it to the CA unclaimed dept. (not sure why). I had to call them several times and each time each rep promised that they would take care it, but I have not heard or received the 800. Needless to say, deposited 1K 4 years ago in a saving account with this bank and at best, I will get back $905 after many phone calls/hours spent with their agents that repeatedly said they have no ability to help except relating my messages to their back office that never call me back. Overall, I would stay away from this bank as far as you can. This is the most terrible credit union bank I have dealt with in my 50+ years.

I honestly can't recommend Kelly enough…read more I'm not easy to impress. I'm super detail-oriented, have high expectations, and don't have much patience for poor communication or mistakes. I rarely write reviews, but Kelly absolutely earned this one. I'm self-employed, and every lender I've worked with in the past made financing feel like a huge ordeal. Kelly made it look easy. She knew exactly what she needed, never made my self-employment an issue, and got me from contract to closing in exactly 15 days. I honestly didn't think that was possible. What really stood out was how responsive she was. Whether it was evenings, weekends, or dealing with our two-hour time difference, she was always there when I had a question. I never felt like I was chasing my lender, and that alone made the whole process so much less stressful. My best friend sent me to Kelly after she helped both her and her son buy homes this year. They couldn't stop talking about how great she was, and now I completely get it. I almost never give A+++'s, but Kelly earned one. If you want someone who knows exactly what they're doing and actually makes the mortgage process feel easy, she's your person. And yes...Kelly is officially my mortgage spirit animal.

I filled out what appeared to be a waitlist for the program itself, but I received an email from this Brad individual saying he was going to contact me to go over prequalifying for a mortgage. I responded back saying no thank you and that I was apparently mistaken as to what I filled out, so no need to contact me. Attached is the (completely unnecessary) response I received. I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt but today AGAIN he did not follow through or answer my call during the scheduled appointment time.
