As a first time home buyer I knew nothing and Taylor helped every step of the way explaining everything clearly and more importantly made sure I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. The loan for my family's home was complicated to say the very least. My husband and I followed Taylor to Loan Dept, we then made do the pre-approval process two of three times (which I am sure was really annoying, but we're first-timers. Going in to the start I had no idea these guys even existed. But as the loan progressed, it was quite amazing how fast they were able to move things along. They gave me daily updates so I was never in the dark, got prompt reminders reminders for documents so I don't forget. At the end of it, they were able to close right on the day they promised.
