I contacted Jodi Ryder, I told her my girlfriend situation, within one day she gave us options regarding a second loan on my girlfriend house. Jodi was honest and she explain the process. Than, Ashely Gollick took over the process, and she walked me thru the process of what we needed to submit. At that time, my girlfriend credit was jumping from 690 to 715. After getting the second loan, paying all debts her credit scored jumped to 755 within one month (June 2024). Ashley set up everything to make the process smooth, painless, and always ready to answer questions. Loan closed May 28, 2024 and my girls had her loan money in the bank within 3 days. (See credit score screenshot) Jodi and Ashley have always told me that they do their best to close loans in one month, and they have been correct. Jodi and Ashley helped me back in 2012 to reduced my VA loan from a 5 or 6 % to 3.5% and everything was completed in one month. 2014, Jodi and Ashley helped me refinance cash out on my house and lower my interest rate to 3.25% and processed completed in one month. Additionally, back in 2022 my girlfriend lower her interest and did a cash out refinance on her house and she has a 2.5%, all in one month. Jodi and Ashley, and the entire team go beyond their work, honest personnel, and ready to answer any questions. My girlfriend has been very pleased with their work, and helping her relieve stress from making financial decisions. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars to Ryder Mortgage Group. They have done excellent job and as always, alway helping people. I recommend Ryder Mortgage Group in murrieta. (858) 735-8503. Throughout my entire home buying process Drew was generous with his time and expertise, literally every step of the way. His bio mentions that his approach is rooted in education, and that really came through in my experience. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and why, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. His advice was thoughtful and tailored to my situation, never generic or salesy. He knew I already had a lender but he was still willing to give him time and advice with no strings attached. He also connected me with a homeowners insurance agent who ended up getting me a much better policy than what I was originally planning to sign up for. That referral alone made a huge difference. Drew is the kind of person you want in your corner when you're navigating the home buying process. Knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping people.     I came across Mr Self while browsing online listings for lots in Lake Elsinore. I told him I was…read morelooking for a buyer's agent. He agreed to meet me in his office to share some local listings of lots for sale in the area. I explained that I had been looking in the area for some time, that I was in a time crunch to purchase before year end. When I arrived I also met his business partner / landlord Tim Flemming, who introduced himself as the Mr Fix it of the local real estate community. They proceeded to show me several of their off market private listings, none had prices, square footage, or any site maps, title details or zoning. They did drive me by just one unsuitable lot that was actually listed for sale. I returned again and followed Mr Self around on another tour of Mr Flemming's pocket off market listings, one of which did actually catch my interest, despite no details beng made available. Despite promises of prompt emails and follow up calls with details for that particular property, it's zoning, it's square footage and asking price, along with the addresses for several other lots that I had seen online, which were actually listed for sale, I heard nothing more for two days. When I finally did connect with Mr Self I reminded him of my previously acknowledged time constraint. I shared that I was hoping to be shown properties that I could actually purchase. He still had no basic information regarding their pocket listings to share. At which point Mr Self told me he did not want to work with me, that we were not a good fit. Disappointing really since I wasn't interested in a relationship with the guy, I was merely looking for an honest buyer's representative real estate professional, one without an agenda. Clearly my expectations of basic follow up and customer service were not going to be met. Nor was I ever going to get to view listings outside of their own pocket deals, none of which were supported by even basic data. Mr Self suggested I hire them post sale for $250 an hour, to access their building department relationships, they wanted me to retain them as my project's permit expeditor. In conclusion I will say Mr Self was polite, convivial and knowledgeable about the area, but seemed bound to Mr Flemming and unable to operate independently, or to provide basic actionable data in a timely manner. I regret the waste of time.
