This place really had an old style look to it like you were really inside of an Old English Pub which was really cool, the beers were really good, there isn't much for food but we had a soft pretzel with dipping cheese and that was amazing. The employees were very friendly and the service was fast we didn't have to wait long for anything and the bathroom was VERY clean, this place was really cool.

Love the chill vibe here. Outside is a great seating area with fire tables and fire pits. They have a limited appetizer type menu that is ok. I always have friendly service though it can be kind of slow. They have a unique craft beer selection. The servers know the beers well and can give good recommendations. Once while there they had a wedding reception upstairs which was pretty cool.

Brewery Becker has one of the most gorgeous Biergartens we've ever visited. The greenery and flowers, the table tops with fire strips, fire pits, and dog friendly. With good beer and good company, you couldn't ask for a nicer place to hang out. I had the Tripel, and Ken had the North Coaster IPA, which ended up being our favorite.

Favorite brewery in Brighton! The Hefeweizen beer is my go to beer here. Also, do your a favor and try the warm pretzel and add a side of beer cheese (little up charge but totally worth it!). It's absolutely delicious! Plus, the side of beer cheese is shareable with two people. They have an outdoor patio available if you want to sit outside, which makes for great ambiance. Service is top notch, always checking if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Outdoor patio at night- they had a couple of fire pits going.

We stopped in here a couple weekends ago when we were staying in Ypsi. We were looking up pet friendly breweries and decided to drive a little further out to try it and I'm glad we did! The outdoor patio is so beautiful and has lots of flowers, bushes, trees, etc. They have several fire pits, large tables for big groups, and smaller tables for couples or a small group of friends. We ordered quite a lot of different beers to try since we were only in town from Indy for the weekend and they were all very good! My fiancé ran across the street to pick up a pizza from Bourbons since they do not serve food, so it was nice to be able to bring in something yourself. We stayed on the patio for about 4 hours enjoying the weather and beers with our dogs and had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Finally made it!. Cool bar in downtown Brighton. Cozy atmosphere with great service. We enjoyed the Hefeweizen & dunkle...& some football. Looking forward to returning .

Enjoyed our evening on their patio with some quality beer. Their beer garden is fantastic and the service was great. We had a large table away from everyone, which worked perfect for us with little kids. The beer list had something for everyone and they had a few options for food. They let you bring food in from other restaurants which a few of us did. We ordered their pretzel as an appetizer and then ordered entrees from a restaurant nearby. The pretzel was massive and delicious. One of the guys at our table ordered their sausage plate and it looked great as well. This is definitely a cool spot to enjoy some beer on the patio.

Stopped for a beer in Brighton and have to say this is now my favorite brewery in the US! Atmosphere is amazing, beers fantastic, great wait staff. Worth a stop!

My favorite place that I visited in Brighton. Brewery Backer is a pretty large German-style brewery right in the heart of Brighton. The building has 3 levels plus a cute, socially distanced biergarten. Every beer I had was delicious and reasonably priced at $5.50 for a pint. The food is German-style. I highly recommend that you create your own meat & cheese board and get some pretzels with beer cheese to go with it. Everyone that works there is friendly and well-informed of the brewery's food, drink, and history. One server, Anthony, was out of this world awesome. I came back more than once because of him.

Lots of parking on the street and in surrounding lots. Located in the Brighton Downtown area near the millpond. The building is interesting looking on the inside with several floors that you can see from the main floor. Great open area that can be rented out for parties. We were there for a graduation party, so I'm not sure what the costs are to rent here. The food was OK, it was barbecue sliders, sausages, chicken wings, mac & cheese, beans and a kale salad. The salad was warm, which I don't think it was meant to be. The rest the food was on the dry side, but I don't think people come here for the food. They had a lot of great drinks in the beer options and people seem really really happy with those choices. I would recommend this place for the location, the interior ambience, and IPA beers.

Awesome environment. Very hip, very cool vibe. The outdoor patio - Biergarten- is a great place to enjoy the variety of beers. We loved all the beers we tried and the sausage app was AWESOME. Would love to see the menu expanded. A great respite in a cool little town.

Beer sucks. It is brewed in a "traditional" and cheap way. There is also not enough food. They only have apps as of last time I was there.

Good assortment of beer but bad service.... If you don't sit at the bar you are lucky to get a second look from the bar tender....

Aside form the pizza, I got an old fashion from the bar which was well made and tasty in its own right at a very reasonable price of $8 which borders on a steal in my book. Relative to the restaurant it is quite large with ample seating and a slew of TV's strategically scattered about to allow you to watch the big game which we did on this occasion watching UConn score an amazing comeback win against Duke in an Elite 8 game. NICE! The game and the food alone made for a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for sure. Staff is super friendly with great follow up and was another big plus for us. Overall a great place to grab a bite to eat, in particular their pizza, especially if there is a big game on TV. We will definately be coming here again iin the not to distant future.

I dont recommend the southwest queso burger. It was ok. Not bad, just overpowering with queso and hard to discern other flavors. The smoked turkey was great. Prices were a bit high. $15-20 for a burger with one side. Beer selection was great! Also prices were around 7.50/pour- On the higher end of reasonable pricing. I'd come back, but plan on spending a bit extra for food or wait for happy hour or specials.

The tables on the side of the building are not as exciting as the seating at the front of the building. Our waiter had such an energetic vibe and was very polite. We had water within a minute of sitting down. Our order was very fast. Easily within 10 minutes. Very impressive! I loved the southern fried chicken with the mashed sweet potatoes. Their cornbread was so moist and had a nice flavor. The breading on the chicken was perfectly cooked and had a nice sweet flavor. We decided on the bread pudding for dessert which was easily a shareable item. So much flavor and wasn't too overly sweet with the candied pecans and sweet drizzle topping. Flavor was very well balanced.

The menu offers a lot of delicious options, and both my husband and our friend loved the Buttermilk Fried Chicken. I ordered the Salmon, which was okay. The Spanish Coffee was one of the best I've had. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was how my food allergies were handled. I had included my dietary restrictions in our reservation and also called the restaurant the night before to make sure they could accommodate me. I was reassured after they checked with the kitchen that most items on the menu could be modified to work within my restrictions. Based on that conversation, I felt comfortable keeping our reservation. Since we were dining with others for a birthday celebration, I had hoped the information from my reservation and phone call would have been communicated to our server so I wouldn't need to go through all of my restrictions again at the table. Instead, I had to explain everything during dinner. Because the restaurant is extremely loud and the tables are packed closely together, our server had to stand across the table from me, which meant having to discuss my allergies loudly in front of our entire party and the surrounding tables. It was an uncomfortable and awkward situation. What was most frustrating, however, was then being told that my options were essentially limited to a protein and green beans. This was a far cry from what I had been told the night before that the kitchen could modify most items on the menu to accommodate me. I completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate every allergy or dietary restriction, and I don't expect them to. My concern is that I specifically called ahead for this reason and relied on the information I was given. Had I been told beforehand that my options would be so limited, we simply would have chosen another restaurant where I could enjoy a nice meal along with everyone else for my husband's birthday. For anyone dining with significant food allergies or restrictions, I would recommend getting very specific information about what can actually be accommodated before making a reservation.
