    Pizza

A hidden gem of Brighton. They offer the most inviting and welcoming place that is still family friendly. Wonderful rotating brews, hint the coconut brown is amazing. And super secret is the pizza they make from scratch here is easily the best in Brighton and I put right up with the NY, PA, and NJ pizza I grew up with and frequent. Stop in and see for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Interesting spot and vibe. Was not a fan of the beer selection. Seems to have a decent local crowd following. Worth a try but not a spot we will go back too.

Food isn't available but there are plenty of close local options if you want to bring it in, if the free popcorn isn't enough.

Their German-style beers are unique and thoughtfully crafted, offering something different from the typical brewery lineup. You can tell they put a lot of care into brewing historic and traditional beer styles. My only wish is that they offered a few more non-alcoholic beverage options and some food. Having those available would make it easier to stay longer and accommodate a wider variety of guests. Even so, it's a great spot for beer lovers looking for a distinctive brewery experience.

The tables on the side of the building are not as exciting as the seating at the front of the building. Our waiter had such an energetic vibe and was very polite. We had water within a minute of sitting down. Our order was very fast. Easily within 10 minutes. Very impressive! I loved the southern fried chicken with the mashed sweet potatoes. Their cornbread was so moist and had a nice flavor. The breading on the chicken was perfectly cooked and had a nice sweet flavor. We decided on the bread pudding for dessert which was easily a shareable item. So much flavor and wasn't too overly sweet with the candied pecans and sweet drizzle topping. Flavor was very well balanced.
