When we got to the window, we were handed 1 Matcha and as we waited for the second one we paid and thought it was unusual that it was $8.20 when we calculated around $12 with tax included. We asked for the receipt and opted for receipt via text, because they did not have the paper option, and when we received it it showed that we were charged for 1 Tea Latte shortie with oak at $7.35 ($6.60+$.75 for the oatmilk upcharge if we do the math) + tax to total $8.20. We asked the employees about the price difference from the menu and that we wanted two matchas. The employees had a hard time explaining the price difference and when we asked for the second one we were charged $6.60 + tax which totaled $7.20 for the second one. We stopped coming here due to their inconsistency in pricing. We used to get a cafe de olla and one of the sweet mocha ones, the prices were always inconsistent, we were hoping to have a better experience this time. They didn't even have a manager we could speak to. For sure we won't be coming here anymore, nor will we be recommending the place. EDIT: We threw away the drinks because they were horrible. They tasted like coffee sweetener with matcha, too sweet, and they just left this sticky dry mouth taste like medicine.

My husband ordered a blueberry/lavender coffee special and was not satisfied with his either, saying it was too sweet to enjoy and artificial tasting. Cute place to work or meet somebody out though.

I came in the late afternoon to this bakery/coffee house combo, and I was pleasantly surprised with the environment. Lots of natural light and easy-going atmosphere. It was a small shop, but still had good seating. I ordered a prickly pear espresso tonic and got a bag of beans as well. I had a great interaction with the barista and she recommended me some good beans to take home. The tonic itself was very refreshing, and I was happy to have it on one of the hottest days of the year up until then. Lovely vibes and the coffee is great. I think I want to come back to try their other espresso-based stuff to get a good gauge on how a flat white or cortado tastes. I'll definitely want to come back, especially to visit their larger location in Chandler.

I saw in one of the comfy chairs while I waited for my former student to arrive. At that point, we moved to a regular table and then went and ordered drinks. She ordered a coffee, and I ordered a lemonade. We both enjoyed our drinks which were ready very quickly. There were smaller and larger tables, and there were also countertops along with business cards and marketing items at the back of the room on a thin table. Lola Coffee began with humble beginnings going back to 1992 with a cart, then Lux Coffee, and eventually Lola Coffee downtown. The decor was very upbeat, yet peaceful and comfy. Definitely a place to relax, have some coffee, and hang out! My daughter (4 years old) and I went to meet a friend here for coffee, tea, and chocolate milk (for my kiddo). Given this was our first time here, I decided to not only give their drinks a try, but also try their bakery as well. My friend, who had been here before, mentioned that their breakfast burritos were amazing! I wanted to try, but unfortunately, they were sold out. Mind you, I arrived at 8am. They must be pretty good if they sell out that quick. For my drink, I had an iced pumpkin chai. It was absolutely delicious! If you like pumpkin flavor, the flavor here definitely gave me "pumpkin pie" vibes, which I LOVE! It was so good! Along with my drink, I also had a chocolate pumpkin loaf and a zucchini loaf. My daughter absolutely LOVED the pumpkin loaf (mostly for the chocolate) lol. I, too, enjoyed the pumpkin loaf as it was very moist. They also warm it just enough for the chocolate to melt when you pull it apart. Let's not forget the "fall vibes" it brings too! The zucchini bread was very good too, but you definitely have to have a liking for zucchini bread to appreciate it! This loaf was also soft and moist, which made it taste delicious! It was also made in with nuts as well, which I think was the part my daughter really didn't like about the bread. Overall, it was good! The staff were very friendly, even though they were quite busy making drinks. This place is totally worth a try!
