I did have a nice scalp message as well as, a quick wash/blow out from Tamra, taking about a 1/2hr nice & quick too! My assumption for price range (I thought) would be your typical city prices of $55-$75. But I should have asked first because the total upon checkout with a 20% tip was a whopping $146.10!! So price for blowout -no flat ironing, no curling etc. - ended up $116.88 without tip! Always ask pricing prior to booking!! Lesson learned! :/

Here is the email o sent the business after I canceled my consultation: Also. I doubt anyone cares. Bc what's more business to anyone these days. But I felt so awkward in your salon today. It was like pulling teeth to get have anyone look up from their computers and there was three people behind the desk. I honestly felt like I was bothering you all by asking any product questions. Appt questions. Staff questions. Just random questions. Literally I felt bad asking questions and it was like awkward between me and what I'm assuming was a hairdresser about looking up information on a product the salon carries. I spoke about a wanted curl cream. I wasn't offered to look into it and see if yall could get it in. The girl giggled and said must be new. No. It's years old. Maybe take a second and help out the only person actually looking at hair product. 3 people behind the desk. One active customer. Never have I ever experienced something like it. Which is why I will never ever walk in there and stick w deep cut atx. I'll include photos Of years of hair in la. Nine zero one salon. Fred segal when it existed. Chris McMillan. Seriously lift your heads up from your computers and little bit of product knowledge goes a long I've never felt like so weirded out trying to info in my life. Also. You all were just so careless idk why I'm writing this. You acted like you need absolutely no business at all. And oddly they were spending so much time on computers I actually felt rude bc I'm not a high maintenance person. And I thought they could've at least replied with... you're so annoying and we don't care. I would've at least thought like ... well. That was clear. But not even a meaningless apology that is cut and pasted to everyone. What every. No one cares about helping anyone anymore.
