The coffee is good and they have unique syrup flavors like fruity pebble and toffee cake. Cute indoors with plants and very earthy tones. Great service. We all ordered different milks -- whole, skim, coconut, and oat -- and they were able to accommodate all of us! I really liked my iced latte, which was rich without being overly floral or sweet. The pastries were also a hit, including the lemon poppy muffin, cherry turnover, chocolate croissant, and the spinach, mushroom, and cheese danish. The outside of this coffee shop and apothecary doesn't exactly have curb appeal, but the inside is bright, clean, and stylish, combining sleek lines with softer botanical elements to create a welcoming space. The barista was... indifferent at best, borderline unfriendly at worst. We did ask a couple questions that seemed to irritate her, but we were the only people in there, so we weren't holding up a line or anything. It was a bummer to feel unwelcome, but we were getting the coffee and pastries to go regardless, so it didn't ruin our breakfast.

My personal favorites are the pistachio croissant and the London Fog Tea. They also have a really nice deal where bakery items are 50% off an hour before closing, which is perfect when I'm getting off work on Sunday nights. Berry Tart Butter Croissants Pistachio Croissants Hot Salted Caramel Latte w/Almond Milk Service: OMG, what can I say other than I wasn't ready! Brock and Jael exceeded my expectations of this cute coffee shop and its services. This was my first time ever visiting this establishment accompanied by my mom. We were greeted with the most beautiful smiles and jolly hellos anxiously prepared to take our orders. I had an idea but I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. These two amazing young people helped me decide what I would eventually order. My mom and I were treated so well that I made the decision to return with my work team and I'm truly excited to plan the trip. If you've never been to this coffee shop and you're in the area, please consider stopping by to pick up some coffee and delicious pastries. I would have rated this business 5 stars but I was disappointed with the service provided by the young ladies at the coffee area. They lacked the top notch quality customer service provided by Brandon and Jael. Unfortunately, I didn't get a smile or a hello from these ladies. I think maybe a little coaching is in order. Atmosphere: The interior and exterior of the building was nice and clean including the ladies room. The noise level was low and comfortable while folks were enjoying their food, working on their laptops, and having conversations. I was quite pleased.

We ordered the iced pistachio latte with almond milk and the sweet chocolate iced blend with almond milk and a shot of espresso. Both drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. I'm very delighted that I've found a coffee shop that has a pistachio drink that actually tastes like a pistachio! The customer service was fantastic, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, although not as spacious as many coffee shops it's still manageable, and we saw online that they offer monthly barista classes. I most definitely plan to return to this establishment!

There's limited seating inside, but I found a small table to get some work done (wifi access with purchase). It was a bit hot and humid inside, so I was a bit uncomfy. But that's Texas summer for ya!

I especially enjoyed being here sitting in the comfy chairs with my friend sipping the freshly brewed coffee and some delicious pastries. I first learned about this place was because of the OutSmart Magazine's annual recognition. People chose Cleo Coffee as the Gayest and Greatest Readers Choice Award, along with the other business Cleo Roasting Co. The best time to come by is commute hours and Sunday afternoon. I could usually find space to sit and park. I usually buy the freshest roasted beans and ask them to grind them for me. So, I can take them home to brew at my house. I'm here frequently to buy my freshly roasted coffees.
