This place is in a nice area next to Roostar Vietnamese Grill restaurant. Interior was very simple,…read morespacious, and clean. Had a few seating area with outlets which is great if you're planning to stay there to study/do work. I was looking at the menu intensely and the girl taking the order just stood there staring at me. Made me kinda feel uncomfortable and rushed. There wasn't anyone behind me btw. She was nice though, and made me a peach oolong tea (wasn't on the menu). Unfortunately, it tasted very watered down. I got it 100% sweet and it wasn't very sweet. It tasted good, just very watered down so it barely had much flavor. I also got their brown sugar milk tea with 75% sugar and light boba. It's a must every time I try a new boba spot. The presentation was nice but again, I was disappointed in the drink. The boba was chewy but not in a super soft chewy way. The drink's sweetness was good, I could've gotten 50% to be honest. The tea flavor just wasn't hitting. It also tasted a bit watered down.

It was easily the best boba shop in the area, so I was genuinely sad when that location closed. Teapresso Bar was founded in 2014 in Hawaii by Steve Nguyen, starting in downtown Honolulu and growing across the islands as a healthier alternative in the coffee and milk tea market. The Houston locations opened in 2018, and the brand emphasizes community, sustainability, and quality ingredients. Each drink is served in compostable cups and straws, and they're known for being gathering spots with board games and WiFi available. We were in East Downtown on a Saturday morning and were excited to see a Teapresso location at 2929 Navigation Blvd. They have a private parking lot shared with neighboring businesses, which makes it easy. Inside, there are a few small tables to the left if you plan to stay and enjoy your drink. [BUBBLE TEA] +Peach Cantaloupe Green Tea with half sweet, light ice, and tapioca for $6.70 - This is my go-to order here and one of the most unique bubble tea flavors I've found anywhere. The peach and cantaloupe combination is refreshing and balanced, and it's consistently good every time. - 5/5 Overall, I'm so happy to have Teapresso back in reach. It remains one of my favorite boba spots in Houston, and the Peach Cantaloupe Green Tea alone keeps me coming back.

I've ordered from here multiple times for delivery to the Medical Center, and the drinks always arrive fresh, cold, and never watered down. I've even ordered from Too Good to Go for their grab bag, and received a variety of "surprise drinks." I appreciate that you can adjust the sugar and ice levels, and the drinks are consistently not overly sweet. There's not a ton of boba competition in the West U area, but this spot is definitely top tier. Bonus: they offer rose tea, which is surprisingly hard to find outside of Chinatown. Definitely a go-to for quality boba!

Nice not to have to go Houston's Chinatown for a great boba tea. Have stopped back for multiple late night bubble tea runs. The Holy Land of Tea has so many delicious and refreshing choices. Favorites include the peach tea, ruby black tea, and queen of oolang milk tea. Their mango pomelo sago is also delicious. Check out their surprise bags on TGTG if you want a late night treat. Parking is easy. Order online or at the store. Thanks again to Tsaocaa for the great service and thanks to Jando for sharing this special med center tea house.

Parking situation is subpar in their large parking lot, one of the downsides of this plaza. It's always a pain parking to visit any restaurants in between Yale and Heights. Anyways, the interior is fairly clean and modern, the menu is small and concise and the staff of two worked hard to get drinks made quickly. I enjoyed my matcha brown sugar drink (with boba and matcha pudding). The boba had really nice texture and the matcha was also fairly heavy. I got oat milk with mine, which is nice that they're not using whole milk or milk powder. Most of the drinks are in the $6-7 range, which again is fairly standard for the nicer boba spots. It's a nice boba tea option for the Heights!

I got the brown sugar boba creme burlee milk, which was pretty tasty, it comes with boba and creme brulee, which is a nice custard. Big fan of the boba, just the right level of chewiness. Bonus is the option of oat and soy milk in addition to organic milk. I can attest to them handwhisking the matcha, and they measure out the proportions to get it right each time. Definitely worth giving them a shot and supporting local, plus for the next 1-2 months they're doing 50% off (physical coupon needed for December, just pick one up!)
