Cheap food and (note that cheap is a negative connotation)... This is what I would call a decent standby. If your favorite place is not available then eat here. The staff is friendly and the front of the house is very clean. The food is just accetable. I tried a few dishes like the Eggs Benedict and eggs & pancakes. The grits were great. The coffee was hot. A true gem absolutely LOVE this place. There is almost always a line of people waiting for a table but the wait is never long. The server arrived promptly at your table to offer drinks. took me sometime to wrote this review. i wanted to visit multiple times before giving an honest review! first off.1 moved here 2 yrs ago first place i visited as a breakfast spot and it was terrible! food quality and cook was off! no matter everyone has a nad day ...so i decided after a year off to return and try this place again...food was great no problems..so i retured every othee day....then thats when the problems started! one day you get good food the others days they change their food up so you can not expect the same quality or quantities! then all a sudden everything is down hill..cold grits under cooked food ...cold bread...look like when you order eggs over they try to guve you a porched eggs ni egg white only the yellow yoke or they are saving egg. yolks from the egg whites order and trying to double up on 1 egg .crazy....talked with the management and is being told qw will take care of it! never address the issues just nothing same shit...now i go elsewhere everyday ...no problems no under cooked food no cheating in food quantities etc...please eat and be aware...they mess up and look at you as if your nutz! please is done on purpose! they try cheat you ..playing stupud old school games....if you like playing games go here if not go elsewhere....breakfast station in brooksville is much better place or nanny rest...if in spring hill...they will do a great job ! this is an gonest review...if needed i have documents picture of the bullshit i gave it 2 stars because the waitress does a great job! read more

I was in town visiting family and they highly recommended Breakfast Station, specifically this location. I'm really glad I took their advice and this was the best meal I had in a restaurant while in town. I walk in and am greeted by the friendly staff, I felt like a regular customer although I had never been in before. The drinks and food came out quick and the service was friendly and attentive, a waitress who just refilled her own tables coffee offered a refill for me because she was right there with the coffee, what teamwork! I had the "hobo' which is a corned beef hash breakfast with home fries, eggs, and toast. The portion was generous especially considering the price and the food was delicious. I wish I could of eaten here one more time before I headed back home, even more I wish I didn't live a couple thousand miles away. Great place for breakfast ans lunch. Not one of my favorite places to eat but it is relatively clean. It's always busy and there's always a wait. You usually get your order pretty fast, though. All things being equal I'd rather eat somewhere else but my family likes this place so we go here when we eat breakfast or lunch out. The club sandwich is made with lunch meat that looks like it came out of the generic packaged meat section at a grocery store as does the cheese. When I've actually ordered breakfast I've never been that impressed. And for the quality of food you get the prices are a bit high. We stopped in here on our way back from weeki wacheee for some breakfast. I ordered the junction and my girlfriend ordered the stuffed French toast. Neither of us we're very impressed by the food we ate. The chicken on the junction wasn't season and was over cooked. The fruit side it came with tasted like all the fruit had been sitting together in a bucket for a few days in the fridge. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you have a choice to go somewhere else. I love love love the Breakfast Station. I order the french toast, maple sausage, & scrambled eggs every single time. I like my eggs scrambled soft & THIS Breakfast Station & the one in Port Richey on US 19 ALWAYS make them perfect! Not runny or rubbery. The bread is light, fluffy & full of flavor. The maple sausage is so good you'll want more. And they use FRESH fruit. My husband has order different lunches & has never had a complaint. The service is always great, the atmosphere is great, & the food is beyond great! Everyone is so friendly & really goes out of their way to provide a great dining experience. This is the only place I'll eat breakfast at in Spring Hill because they know how to get it right every single time. I do NOT recommend the Breakfast Station on Little Rd across from the court house. The service there is so incredibly terrible I never got beyond being seated before I had to walk out 3 times for lack of service. read more

Don't order the patty sausage unless you like a rubbery texture. Nice size link sausage but has a gamey taste if you ask me. Order the bacon. Ham isn't all that. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade I know it's hard to prepare consistently good food for over 500 customers in a day. There is nothing fancy or unique about their menu, so if that's what your looking for go somewhere else. But if your looking for a nice inexpensive breakfast place that does the little things right (service with a smile, eggs made correctly the way ask, omelets on point, and coffee that's never old) than this your place. She kept coming by our table for an order, but as I had never dined here, I didn't know what I wanted to eat. At 2:40 she came back to the table and stood there waiting for an order saying "we close at 3 and I need to get your order in because they are ready to close everything down". Wow, thanks for making us feel welcome! Anyways, food came and potatoes were just warm and "over medium" eggs were over cooked and rubbery...blah! Corned beef hash was good. Very close to where I live used to go there when I first moved here 5 years ago but they are a small chain actually and don't take Credit Cards now that's OK if you pass on the savings to the customer. But they don't it's a pricey breakfast gonna cost you 10 plus bucks and there is usually a line backed up for reasons I don't fully understand food is C+ and there are better joints on Shady Hills Rd (Mariner turns into Shady Hills just south of County Line) read more

Decided to try this place based on the great Yelp reviews. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly and efficient. The food was just okay though. I ordered a garden omelette with a fruit cup. The fruit was from a jar. It's summertime in Florida. Where's some fresh fruit? The omelette tasted fine but the mushrooms inside it were from a can. Fresh mushrooms would have changed the flavor from just okay to very good. They have several locations and the service really is excellent so if you're away from home and need to eat, this would be a fine choice. But if you like all fresh ingredients in your food, especially when you're spending money to dine out, I'd find another spot. read more

We have been here before & it was good. We came here this morning for breakfast & shortly after we ordered a German cockroach crawled up the bench my fiancé was sitting at, up the wall & behind a picture over his head. The gentleman sitting behind him also saw this, unfortunately they were already eating. Just as my fiancé was walking back over with the server to explain things, the roach crawled out from the picture, catching the attention of the server & several other customers. I checked out yelp for what ppl liked, ordered it, and within 10/15 minutes we got our food, and within another 15/20 minutes we were out. Good food, good service.
