I called ahead to see if I could do a large order with only 24 hours notice. The owner said he could handle it. Pizza had to be brought in stages due the number of pizzas, but he delivered them all and on-time. I've lived all over the country including New York. This very well could be my new favorite pizza place of all time, and I make a point to find the best pizza places in any city I travel to. The sourdough crust was amazing. The toppings on both were very generous, beautiful, and of high quality. The crust was also magnificent! It's made out of sourdough, which is quite impressive and adds subtle but unique flavor. The crust was thin and perfectly crispy with the right amount of chew. My only critique was the sauce on the Hawaiian pizza was slightly too sweet for my taste but nothing too egregious. Oh my what a fantastic find. This place is deceptively located in an industrial section of Plano. Not your typical strip mall. I found that this establishment has 2 parts. Part 1 is the bakery. This is the base of the business and their sourdough products are magnificent. I bought 2 loaves - Italian and rye round ($5 ea) of the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. Part 2 is a small pizza kitchen. Take out only. We had 2 large "16 pizzas pepperoni and cheese. The sourdough crusts are fantastic. I think I paid $30 for both, which these days is a steal for quality and taste. Check the web site as they are more bread bakery than pizza kitchen. They open late and stay open very late. If you go make sure you buy both products. You will not be disappointed. My new #1 pizzas and bread store. read more

I love pizza and Texas is a hard place to get good pizza but this was ok. I had it delivered to the hotel I was there out of town. I ordered a small pepperoni and mushrooms with a bottle of water. When the driver came and handed me my order I thought the box was huge. The bag that had my water in it had a huge note written on it apologizing that they ran out of the regular water they serve so the turned my pizza into a large with not 1 but 2 bottles of water.
