We could not have had a better experience at a really tough time. Everyone was so nice! They took the time to explain everything, took care of all the insurance details and gave us back TWO fixed cars that looked fantastic! I can not recommend Brea Auto Body more! I now know where to go for all my car needs. Thank you so much to the owner Virginia, she went above and beyond! Great job done and great customer service! I love supporting our local businesses and this is definitely one I am glad I found! read more

My car had to have the rear bumper replaced. They did a great job and also matched the paint color well. John, Rochelle, Jennifer, and George all proved quite kind and helpful. They helped with getting a rental car and moving my things into it. They even treated me to a Subway lunch when I picked up the car. read more

I was in an accident with my fairly new 2016 mazda cx9. Only 5,590 miles. I hadn't been in an accident in 30 years. The insurance co. Ameriprise suggested several shops or I could choose one of my own. I Googled reviews and decided to go with Brea Auto Body. I worked directly with Jim and he was very professional, made it clear he works for me and not the ins co and I just had a good feeling my car would be taken care of. It was a smooth and easy process. I had extensive damage and I couldn't believe my eyes when they brought the car to me. It was done in a timely manner and looked brand new! I highly recommend Brea Auto Body for repair jobs big or small. Everyone , including Jim was extremely kind and professional. They answered all my questions thoroughly. Thank you Brea Auto Body! read more

- My bumper and some of the protective covering under my car was damaged in a hit and run causing it to break and hang off the car. It was so bad, it was unsafe to drive. I took my car to Brea Auto Body and they had it fixed in one day and even washed the car before I picked it up. They were able to fix it without a new bumper and it looked perfect. I couldn't believe it. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you. read more

Heart is full of gratitude. Can't thank Brea Auto Body enough for going above and beyond with the body work and paint job on our older car. And then cleaned both inside and outside and had ready for us to pick up on time. Our car hasn't looked this good in YEARS! Fantastic staff with excellent service! read more

I highly recommend Brea Auto Body! The team there was extremely friendly and took great care of me as a customer and more importantly my vehicle. I was given all details and information up front and the person who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and gave me more knowledge then I could ask for. This will be the only place I will go to for any auto body repairs! Thank you !! read more

These guys are honest and helpful. Can't get any better for a collision repair shop! I bought my car from another person knowing it was in a accident w the driver side but they needed to remove and reinstall the rear bumper. Because of it, the rear bumper was loose and the previous owner shared that they had the fix done here. I showed up and asked for their help and they took lots of time helping me analyze at no charge and gave me options and tips to fix it if I wanted to do this myself vs have them do it. They left a good first impression where I'd recommend them if ur nearby north oc. read more

OK. Someone hit my rear side of my car at a parking lot and left. I discovered when I came out and was very disappointed. I went to Brea Auto Body, trying to get an estimate to fix the bumper without replacing the whole bumper. They are extremely nice and explained how the work would be done. Their not only service quality but the whole business were flawless and the staff was polite and helpful. You do not normally see this at body shops. I would highly recommend Brea Auto Body to anyone who needs his/her car needs to be fixed. read more

TOTAL RIPOFF. I came here to look for repair on my car, and since reviews were good about their work and prices i decided to give it a try. Long story short they gave me an estimate for almost $700...ended up going somewhere else that wasn't trying to rip me off and found out the body work i needed was only a job for $150. My car looks great and i wasn't taken advantage of. I recommend that if you go here for an estimate, you know what our getting into and be ready to put them in their place to not over charge you. read more

Top quality work and professional service!! I took my 2008 M3 to get rear end accident damage repaired. The staff was beyond courteous and knowledgeable. They came highly recommended from coworkers and friends, and now I know why. The check-in process was easy and welcoming. The only hold up was my Mercury adjuster. The repair process and paperwork were clearly explained. The staff called a rental company for me to arrange rental transportation. I only needed to confirm my insurance policy with the rental office over the phone. There was already a rental waiting in the parking lot of the body shop. (I don't know if I was just lucky or if that is a common practice for them, but it was tremendously convenient). My extended wait (again due to Mercury) was made comfortable by the kind staff. Coffee and donuts were available while I waited (again, don't know if that's a regular thing or I was just there on the right day, but it was nice). The work was completed in under a week. The quality of the work appeared flawless. I was reassured that if there were any problems or concerns, that the shop would take care of problems. The work is warrantied for life, which is nice. I even had additional work done on my trunk that I paid out of my own pocket (very reasonable btw). The completed project had my car looking like it looked when I bought it! NOTE: The insurance adjuster commented that I had driven quite a ways from my house to the body shop. As if to question why someone would do that...? The answer...because when you care about a job getting done right, you go to the right people. Quality, convenience, and cost are always a factor when deciding on where to take your business. But remember: you get what you pay for and the best quality isn't always conveniently located. If you love your car like I love my "M", take it to a professional... Thx George! Thank you Brea Auto Body! read more

Wonderful place, with excellent costumer service!!! I took my Honda here to get the rear bumper fixed due to an accident. Mark L went over the estimate with me and was very kind and polite. He said that he can schedule me a rental car whenever I was ready. On the day I dropped of my car, the rental was there waiting and Mark assured me he would give me a call if they found any more damages and would contact the insurance company. After about a week and a half my car was ready for pick up. My car looked like a brand new car caused they cleaned it so well! Everything looked great and the bumper was replaced with an OEM part from Honda. I RECOMMEND!!! : ) read more

Okay. I have been to Brea Auto body with 2 different cars now and I couldn't be happier with their service. Nice and honest! If you need collision repair and/or anything cosmetic you can rely on these guys. Second time I came in which was months after the first, they still remembered me, which was pretty cool. read more

Excellent service. They navigated me through difficult negotiations with my insurance company and offered honest advice on repairing my car. I found them to be trustworthy and service-oriented. They are a little on the pricey side but I prefer good quality work over someone trying to up-sell services I don't need or a company that is only going to do the job half way. Having my car totaled was very stressful but Mark put me at easy and patiently answered all of my questions. I have since returned to have some minor dings and scratches removed from my new car and the service has been great with every visit. read more

I'll be back at Brea Auto Body if I ever need work done to my baby again. I've been to shady body shops before, and I won't be going back. Brea communicates well what needs to be done, how long it will take, and how work is coming along. If you can stand to look at your ride disassembled, their photos are a nice progress meter, too. The work was exceptional, but I also know if we need something tweaked, they'll be there. Most importantly, they take extra measures to make sure you're safe and happy. Thanks again to the team over there. -Simon read more

I've only used them to get a quote for a minor fender bender, but the experience so far has been great. Easy to make an appt and quick to get the Preliminary Estimate. The owner is fantastic and provided great customer service. Just waiting on the insurances to hash it out before I take my car to get repaired. read more

I have been here twice this year and the service here is AMAZING! They are efficient, professional and their work is fantastic. They walk through the entire process with you and tell you exactly what will be done to your car and how long it will take. Mark has worked with me both times. The entire staff is very communicative and organized. read more

I had some very minor damage done to my rear passenger door when I had my car detailed this morning. I called Brea Auto Body around 2:30pm to describe the damage and they said I could bring the car in to see if they could help. I showed up an hour and a half later and Jim came and looked at my car in the parking lot. He was so kind and quickly grabbed some tools and popped was was loose back into place. I was there for not even fifteen minutes and he had me on my way. I appreciated how friendly and eager to help he was, especially at the end of the work day. Highly recommend if you are in need of repairs. read more

I had my car repaired here after a small fender bender in a parking lot. I chose to take my car here based off of the good reviews I read on Yelp. I had a very positive experience. Everyone that works there is nice. The office is clean and comfortable to wait in. They worked with the rental car company and my insurance company to make it a very easy transaction for me. Mark Longo is very nice and professional, I liked how he took the time to explain everything to me, and update me periodically on the status/repair of my car. My car looked amazing when they were done with it. They did an impeccable job and I'll definitely continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend Brea Auto Body. read more

Awesome place to go for car service, friendly, polite and prompt. They'll explain every step of the process and talk you through the options. I was offered a car rental and more that i wouldnt have known to ask for. They have tons of experience. I also got picked up once they were done and still got tons of patience and quality info before leaving. And the work... Top notch!!! Cant tell i was even hit. read more

Would recommend 100% 1. OPTIONS They provided a couple of price points for some minor body damage incurred when a parking block hooked my chin spoiler. 2. HONEST The estimator told me exactly what would be done and what material would need to be purchased. 3. PUNCTUAL they quoted a one day repair time and they met it. 4. ACCOMODATING I wasn't available to pick up car so they sent a shuttle so that my wife would receive the car. 5. HONEST did I mention they're honest? The work performed was actually less than the quote....so they charged me less. Not many places would do this. read more

Been here before, brought in my Dodge Challenger a year ago to fix some preety hefty damage, they did take a incredibly long time(3 1/2) months, they did forget to properly screw in my shocks, but I decided not to write a review based on how courteous and kind they were, but I decided to write it along with another review on how disrespectful I felt because they couldn't wait 10min for us to bring in my car today which was in another accident, we called and ask if we can bring it in at 5pm, sure no problem, well we were running late, stuff happens got there 10 min late and turns out we aren't worth 10 minutes, they could of AT LEAST called and asks if we are coming or going to be late, wasted my time,I wasn't going to choose this shop based on my last experience, but I decided that I was gonna give it another shot, and of course I was wrong, I'll take my business elsewhere where, which is what I should've done from the start, ALSO update business hours, if your website and posted sign say you close at 6, then you should be closing at 6 read more

I have never trusted anyone in the auto repair industry...that's UNTIL I brought my car to Brea Auto Body!! I have taken my car there for repairs twice and I will continue to take my car there as long as they are in business! If I ever move to another state and my car needs repairs, I will drive or have my car shipped here for the repairs. Lets start with Mark Longo. I have never trusted anyone with my car like I have trusted Mark. His knowledge and professionalism is world-class. He kept me abreast of the repairs throughout the whole process from start to finish. If you are used to taking your car somewhere and being pressured into service, I can assure you it is not like that here. You'll never feel pressured, you'll never feel stressed, and you'll never feel as though you are being taken advantage of. That leads me to the office staff...hands down some of the nicest most capable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. John gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off and was an absolute pleasure to talk with. Wendy was bright, cheerful, and professional each time she called with an update, and the owner was more than generous when I picked up my car. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of taking your car anywhere else... Brea Auto Body is the ONLY place to take your car if it needs repair work done. Period. Thanks for the great service guys and gals! Reviews are so important when looking for service. I had to put mine in! Had the same experience as Mira F. Everyone was genuinly nice. Even offered me a slice of pizza while I waited for my estimate. Had to have my bumper fixed. Mark went over everything with me. He scheduled my rental car. Rental wasn't ready. But, that was fine. I was in no hurry. He kept me informed on the status of the repair. My car was clean and the bumper looked Great!! I would definitely recommend them. read more

I had to come here about several months ago because someone rear ended me at a parking lot. I was looking for a body shop that can give me a decent quote, so I went here and another location to get an estimate. Brea Auto Body quoted me almost $100.00 less than the competition. Mark Longo greeted me with a smile and told me I can choose any body shop I want as it was my right. The father of the person who rear ended me was arguing with me and Mark over pricing but Mark was on my side and said that I can go to wherever I decided to go with. The father was even suggesting to me to go with a cheaper but inferior Korean body shop and even said "Hey, since you are Korean, wouldn't you want to deal with your people?". I said "no" and told him that Korean body shops are cheap because they usually use cheap parts. I insisted that I go with Mark and Brea Auto Body as I knew that they would provide quality service and a quick turnaround time. And as predicted, I got great service from Mark and the other staff members and my car looked brand new. Not only did he fix the rear bumper but he also fixed some issues on my front bumper from an accident I had with my garage door awhile back. Mark and Brea Auto Body is the place to go to get all your body shop work done! read more

Some miscreant hit my bumper as he swept across three lanes then turned left and zoomed away. My perfect, beautiful car had boo-boo on its left rear corner. I was welcomed and commiserated with by the front office staff. Jim came out to look at my car. He took pics then got down and looked under the damage. He gave it some muscle and pushed the metal into place, reattached the bumper trim and polished out the scrapes. All of this done pronto for a very reasonable price. This is the first auto body shop I have ever needed to go to after getting into a very minor car accident. I felt so welcome the minute I walked into the business. They made sure to answer and ask if I had any questions but honestly everything they said was reassuring. My Mom did want to see my car while it was in the shop. When we got there a gentleman walked up to her and nicely told her everything that was happening and going to happen to my car. The day I finally got my car back, I had a talk about the process of fixing my bumper that got damaged in the accident. I finished up some documents and I was done promptly. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for great work in a timely matter and looking to deal with a staff that is amazing. Went to Brea Auto Body for some repair work after being backed into. Rachelle (Office Manager) was awesome and communicated all items I needed to get the work started/completed. I came here to get my passenger door fixed from a collision I had with a brick wall. The staff are all very pleasant and helped me out right away for an estimate. I brought the car in on a Friday and was able to drop it off to start the repair on the following Monday. George was very prompt at communication and even sent me pictures of the process along the way. Original estimate was 7 days, but we encountered some bumps along the way, so total was 9 days. But they are have a deal with a nearby rental car service, so I was able to get a rental on those days, which helped so much!
