These guys are honest and helpful. Can't get any better for a collision repair shop! I bought my car from another person knowing it was in a accident w the driver side but they needed to remove and reinstall the rear bumper. Because of it, the rear bumper was loose and the previous owner shared that they had the fix done here. I showed up and asked for their help and they took lots of time helping me analyze at no charge and gave me options and tips to fix it if I wanted to do this myself vs have them do it. Top quality work and professional service!! I took my 2008 M3 to get rear end accident damage repaired. The staff was beyond courteous and knowledgeable. They came highly recommended from coworkers and friends, and now I know why. The check-in process was easy and welcoming. The only hold up was my Mercury adjuster. The repair process and paperwork were clearly explained. The staff called a rental company for me to arrange rental transportation. I only needed to confirm my insurance policy with the rental office over the phone. There was already a rental waiting in the parking lot of the body shop. (I don't know if I was just lucky or if that is a common practice for them, but it was tremendously convenient). My extended wait (again due to Mercury) was made comfortable by the kind staff. Coffee and donuts were available while I waited (again, don't know if that's a regular thing or I was just there on the right day, but it was nice). The work was completed in under a week. The quality of the work appeared flawless. I was reassured that if there were any problems or concerns, that the shop would take care of problems. The work is warrantied for life, which is nice. I even had additional work done on my trunk that I paid out of my own pocket (very reasonable btw). The completed project had my car looking like it looked when I bought it! NOTE: The insurance adjuster commented that I had driven quite a ways from my house to the body shop. As if to question why someone would do that...? The answer...because when you care about a job getting done right, you go to the right people. Quality, convenience, and cost are always a factor when deciding on where to take your business. I had some very minor damage done to my rear passenger door when I had my car detailed this morning. I called Brea Auto Body around 2:30pm to describe the damage and they said I could bring the car in to see if they could help. I showed up an hour and a half later and Jim came and looked at my car in the parking lot. He was so kind and quickly grabbed some tools and popped was was loose back into place. I was there for not even fifteen minutes and he had me on my way. I appreciated how friendly and eager to help he was, especially at the end of the work day. Been here before, brought in my Dodge Challenger a year ago to fix some preety hefty damage, they did take a incredibly long time(3 1/2) months, they did forget to properly screw in my shocks, but I decided not to write a review based on how courteous and kind they were, but I decided to write it along with another review on how disrespectful I felt because they couldn't wait 10min for us to bring in my car today which was in another accident, we called and ask if we can bring it in at 5pm, sure no problem, well we were running late,stuff happens got there 10 min late and turns out we aren't worth 10 minutes, they could of AT LEAST called and asks if we are coming or going to be late, wasted my time,I wasn't going to choose this shop based on my last experience, but I decided that I was gonna give it another shot, and of course I was wrong, I'll take my business elsewhere where, which is what I should've done from the start, ALSO update business hours, if your website and posted sign say you close at 6, then you should be closing at 6 read more

OK. Someone hit my rear side of my car at a parking lot and left. I discovered when I came out and was very disappointed. I went to Brea Auto Body, trying to get an estimate to fix the bumper without replacing the whole bumper. They are extremely nice and explained how the work would be done. Their not only service quality but the whole business were flawless and the staff was polite and helpful. You do not normally see this at body shops. TOTAL RIPOFF. I came here to look for repair on my car, and since reviews were good about their work and prices i decided to give it a try. Long story short they gave me an estimate for almost $700...ended up going somewhere else that wasn't trying to rip me off and found out the body work i needed was only a job for $150. Wonderful place, with excellent costumer service!!! I took my Honda here to get the rear bumper fixed due to an accident. Mark L went over the estimate with me and was very kind and polite. He said that he can schedule me a rental car whenever I was ready. On the day I dropped of my car, the rental was there waiting and Mark assured me he would give me a call if they found any more damages and would contact the insurance company. After about a week and a half my car was ready for pick up. My car looked like a brand new car caused they cleaned it so well! Excellent service. They navigated me through difficult negotiations with my insurance company and offered honest advice on repairing my car. I found them to be trustworthy and service-oriented. They are a little on the pricey side but I prefer good quality work over someone trying to up-sell services I don't need or a company that is only going to do the job half way. Some miscreant hit my bumper as he swept across three lanes then turned left and zoomed away. My perfect, beautiful car had boo-boo on its left rear corner. I was welcomed and commiserated with by the front office staff. Jim came out to look at my car. He took pics then got down and looked under the damage. He gave it some muscle and pushed the metal into place, reattached the bumper trim and polished out the scrapes. All of this done pronto for a very reasonable price. Amazing body repairs on my 2010 Infiniti G37. I got hit on my drivers side front number and had some previous damage on my passenger back bumper. I had to come here about several months ago because someone rear ended me at a parking lot. I was looking for a body shop that can give me a decent quote, so I went here and another location to get an estimate. Brea Auto Body quoted me almost $100.00 less than the competition. Mark Longo greeted me with a smile and told me I can choose any body shop I want as it was my right. The father of the person who rear ended me was arguing with me and Mark over pricing but Mark was on my side and said that I can go to wherever I decided to go with. The father was even suggesting to me to go with a cheaper but inferior Korean body shop and even said "Hey, since you are Korean, wouldn't you want to deal with your people?". I said "no" and told him that Korean body shops are cheap because they usually use cheap parts. I insisted that I go with Mark and Brea Auto Body as I knew that they would provide quality service and a quick turnaround time. And as predicted, I got great service from Mark and the other staff members and my car looked brand new. This is the first auto body shop I have ever needed to go to after getting into a very minor car accident. I felt so welcome the minute I walked into the business. They made sure to answer and ask if I had any questions but honestly everything they said was reassuring. My Mom did want to see my car while it was in the shop. When we got there a gentleman walked up to her and nicely told her everything that was happening and going to happen to my car. The day I finally got my car back, I had a talk about the process of fixing my bumper that got damaged in the accident. I finished up some documents and I was done promptly. Jorge, my assigned contact for the actual repairs, was awesome and did not try to push unwanted repairs or "extra's". He was able to complete the work sooner then later and my car looks good as new. I came here to get my passenger door fixed from a collision I had with a brick wall. The staff are all very pleasant and helped me out right away for an estimate. I brought the car in on a Friday and was able to drop it off to start the repair on the following Monday. George was very prompt at communication and even sent me pictures of the process along the way. Original estimate was 7 days, but we encountered some bumps along the way, so total was 9 days. But they are have a deal with a nearby rental car service, so I was able to get a rental on those days, which helped so much!
