Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations by Brave Movers! Faced with the daunting task of not only moving out but also moving in, coupled with the simultaneous closing on the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, Brave Movers transformed what could have been an overwhelming day into a showcase of efficiency and extraordinary customer care. Our schedule was incredibly tight, needing to vacate our sold condo by 9 AM. Recognizing our predicament, Daniel from Brave Movers astutely proposed to start the move an hour early, showing an exceptional level of responsiveness right from the start. The prowess of the three-person moving team was nothing less than stellar. In the brief window of just two hours, they impressively packed and loaded our belongings from the condo. Their efficiency didn't stop there; they also cleared out our storage unit, saving us multiple trips in the days to come. This was not just a move - it was a well-orchestrated operation against time. However, the day threw us a curveball. The closing of our new home was unexpectedly delayed, leaving us in limbo over the weekend. In this moment of uncertainty, Brave Movers displayed a remarkable sense of solidarity. The team stayed with us until the end of the day, despite their job being technically done. Their willingness to safely store our belongings showcased a rare blend of professionalism and empathy. In an era where genuine customer service is a rarity, Brave Movers stands out as a beacon of hope. They didn't just transport our items; they provided peace of mind and a supportive presence during a stressful transition. I wholeheartedly endorse Brave Movers for anyone facing the complexities of moving. Their ability to navigate unforeseen challenges with grace and effectiveness is truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Brave Movers - you didn't just move our belongings, you moved our hearts with your kindness and support. read more

Brave Movers basically saved my life (and my sanity) If there was an Olympic gold medal for moving, these guys would be on the podium. I found myself in a total "moving emergency" and had to book this move literally two days out. I was fully prepared for a disaster, or at least a very grumpy crew who would judge my lack of organization--but Brave Movers showed up and made me feel like I actually had my life together. Moving from the Seaport to Wellesley is usually the stuff of nightmares. Between the Seaport's "creative" parking situations and the sheer stress of hauling my entire life across town, I was a nervous wreck. But the second the crew arrived, the vibes immediately shifted. Why they are the GOATs: * The Speed: I'm convinced these guys have found a way to warp time. They were so efficient I barely had time to finish my coffee before half the apartment was on the truck. * The Care: They treated my furniture better than I do. Everything was wrapped so securely it probably could have survived a trip to Mars, let alone a drive to Wellesley. Not a single scratch, dent, or "oops" moment. * The Vibe: They were actually... nice? Like, genuinely friendly, funny, and polite. Usually, by hour three of a move, everyone is over it, but these guys stayed upbeat the whole time. It was hands-down the least stressful move I've ever done in my life. I don't know what kind of magic they're practicing over at Brave Movers, but it works. If you're panicking about a move, stop. Just call them. They made a last-minute, high-stress situation feel completely seamless. Huge props to the crew--you guys are absolute lifesavers! read more

This was our first work with Brave movers. I contacted them to help with our move in a week and they got back to me right away. Daniel, the supervisor, gave me a call and explained clearly all the process in detail. Their proposed price was really fair and pretty good compared to any other movers. Payment and all the arrangements were very straightforward and Daniel was very clear in explaining the booking/deposit pay steps. On the day of our move, Daniel and another guy came on time with all the necessary tools. They were both very nice and very professional for the job. They were very fast and also thorough and wrapped some of our bigger furniture very neatly. There was no damage to anything. The whole time we had a sense that they knew what they were doing and there was no need to really modify their plans or tell them to do something else. On our way to the new apt, we needed to stop at a furniture store to pick up a piece and they were very cooperative and were helpful with that, although it was a very cold day. Also at our arrival to the new apt, we figured out last minute that one of the elevators was not working and they had to carry our stuff for about a half/floor more than we discussed, kind of a nightmare to me. Again, they were very understanding and cooperated without any complaint, again very fast, efficient and thorough. At the end, there was no hidden fee, and everything was as we discussed. I had an excellent experience with them, they were the best. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would contact them if I have any other move. Thank you for the great work! read more

This was my first time ever having to use a professional moving company and I had an excellent experience with Brave Movers from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled all of my grandmother's belongings with great care, making sure everything was wrapped, protected, and transported safely. They treated my grandmother's home and possessions with respect throughout the entire process. Nothing was damaged or broken. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving company. I will absolutely use them again in a heartbeat read more

I have to say , at first I was skeptical about these guys as they only had one review. But after talking to them I gave them a shot & it was completely worth it . Their communication is first rate , they not only showed up , they showed up on time . They were especially careful with all our belongings, wrapped all the furniture, and they move quickly. You can pay a ton more for another mover and get the same or less. I can say with 100% certainty I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company. 5 stars read more

We hired for 3 movers/1 truck. They were FABULOUS. arrived, talked about what was what, and they just worked, paying attention to what they were doing, great communication between them. And super polite and kind. They also went the extra mile for us. I ordered for a one bedroom but had a ton of stuff - they somehow fit it all in, and nothing was damaged. They worked so well together. When it was time, they were also very pleasant to talk with. I truly am beyond pleased with this crew. Debi B read more

They were terrific! Brave Movers helped us move six hours from Boston to upstate NY in May 2022. The team, consisting of 4 guys, made very short work of it all! They were extremely careful with our belongings, wrapped up bookshelves so they didn't experience any wear and tear in the move, were quick, on time, and efficient. They were very professional. Highly recommend! read more

very fast, courteous, and went above and beyond expectations by helping assemble difficult furniture. They wrapped furniture for storage and unwrapped it on site, in the same condition. They helped move all my boxes, tiny cardboard ones for small appliances all the way to big heavy platic bins. Final price was under what I expected to pay! read more
