It feels fancy enough for a celebration but comfortable enough that everyone can just relax and have fun. The coolest part was that the gauchos remembered how everyone liked their meat cooked. They would come back to our table with meat cooked exactly the way each person liked it. I thought that was really cool because it showed they were paying attention. My mom's favorite things on the salad bar were the asparagus and the eggplant. I know that sounds funny, but they were really good! My favorite was all the delicious steak with rice. The lamb chops were pretty generous in size and cooked perfectly medium rare for me. The service is great too!
