Brought it in and they did all the tests and everything seemed to be running okay, changed spark plugs because they needed it but still wasn't the problem. Bill had me try a few small tricks to try and clean out the engine (can't quite remember what things exactly this was November-December), but those didn't quite work so I decided to take it to the dealership but they wouldn't give me any straight answers except wanting to take out my engine and charge me heavily. Came back to Canyon View and Bill had me try this additive to the engine oil that no one I know had heard of and could only buy online. The day after I did that plus an oil change and the light turned off and hasn't come back since. Truly such a good place to go. I'm a girl and know little about cars and they didn't make me feel shitty about it and explained things very well. Even asked me to call and let them know how things were going even if the light did go off. Really good people. Highly recommend.

They offered to price tires for me & I said no. They left me alignment pricing of $439 where I had been sitting while I was in the bathroom. I just scheduled an appointment with Firestone for tomorrow for tires & alignment; the alignment there costs $230 for LIFETIME. No one ever called, text, or emailed me to reschedule. I called back the morning of my appointment and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and he tried to put me on hold again. I understand you can be busy, but I just needed to know what was going on with my appointment. He stated that he had a customer and was busy, and my appointment was probably canceled, but that was enough for me. The first incident was last year for my oil change and tire rotation they did my oil change and called to ask me if I want new air filters, but when I went to get my car they said they could not unlock my tires for the rotation. I asked why they didn't ask me about that on the call to up-sale me and I could have told them it was in with the spare tire. So yeah unfortunately I am done with this shop, sorry.

The pre- wash associates in the front barely touch the vehicle with their sprayers, and the car comes out half washed with untouched bug and bird mess. Today, like other days, the vacuums are barely effective, the air hose didn't move any water from the car's exterior grooves, and there wasn't a single bottle of window cleaner anywhere. We had made the poor decision to try the 3mo. unlimited membership. Looks like I need unlimited just to get the car washed once well. We will be canceling and going elsewhere.
