When I walked in today they gave me a free bag. Items were buy one get another 50% off which was pretty cool. Was able to go in and easily use my $5 off birthday rewards which I used to buy a random sonic the hedgehog magnet. It's crowded during the holidays!

This store is located on the western side of Brea Mall, very close to Nordstrom. This is a great store if you're a shopper that want to touch or see the product in person before making a purchase. They sell a lot of cool entertainment merchandise from your favorite TV shows, anime, manga, etc. I usually only come here to pick up an online order that I had opted to have shipped here. The employees that I've encountered have always been nice, friendly, and helpful.

Another great experience! Thank you Mackenzie for helping me with my online and I store purchases. It's always a wonderful experience when shopping and sharing fun and memorable moments.

Tired of American Girl dolls? Put Annabelle in your collection (and watch as everyone runs away in terror afterwards)!

Date of visit: October 28, 2018 Just like the ampm slogan: TOO MUCH GOOD STUFF! The best way I can describe BoxLunch would be this: just like Spencer's or Hot Topic, minus the naughty stuff... and a lot more Disney merchandise. We'd seen quite a bit of Disney fans showing off their limited edition purchases from this chain, so my lady and I went to check it out while at Brea Mall. BoxLunch carries just about any and all things pop culture related (besides Disney) - Marvel, Funko Pops, Dragon Ball Z, Star Wars... you name it, they probably have it! And with the prices (especially with their BOGOs under $10), you can EASILY go over your budget! For example, I picked up three Stitch patches, a Nightmare Before Christmas pen, two pins, some Japanese snacks, and a Mega Man blind box figurine for a little over $40 - I may have gone a bit overboard with my purchases. But wow, all those items on display made my head spin (in a good way)! Also, something to consider - part of your purchase price goes towards supporting food banks in the area, so while you're spending away, know that it's going towards a good cause. It's a good thing San Diego doesn't have a BoxLunch location (yet), because I can easily see myself get carried away here! Looking forward to future visits and purchases when I'm in the area visiting my lady!

This is one of my favorite shops in the Brea Mall. Anytime we're in the mall, my spouse and I almost always stop in to check out all the cool merchandise. They have stuff for many fandoms: Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Naruto, Ninja Turtles, Lord of the Rings, and more. The content of their collection changes over time, so sometimes you'll see a lot of Spider-man stuff, and sometimes not. Right now, they have a growing collection of Funko Pop and Loungefly backpacks. The staff here are usually very friendly and helpful. One additonal aspect I like about this company is that for every $10 you spend, one meal is sourced on behalf of local food banks.

I've been to a couple of different pop culture shops in my day but this particular one has made me pretty giddy just thinking about it.Let me explain. This shop carries exclusive merchandise that no one else carries because of their partnership with Disney and other companies. So if you're into Game of Thrones,Supernatural and Star Wars just to name a few, there is a bunch of cool collectibles and a whole mess of intricate pieces for your collection.I personally picked up a Boba Fett carry on and fresh looking Dj dinner plate that I won't use but will keep as a collectible. The staff is really knowledgeable about the merchandise and they get really geeked out when you talk shop about their interests. This is a shop I will be checking into every month because of the customer service and dope merchandise. One can also sign up for email alerts to keep up with new exclusives,I know I will.Peace

A fun store with unique items plus a percentage of sales go toward buying meals at food banks. I stumbled upon this store while at the Brea Mall and began browsing through the various sections devoted to Star Wars, Harry Potter, Marvel, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and numerous other cult television shows and movies. Most of the items are shirts but they have various toys and knick knacks as well. Then I spied the shelves of Studio Ghibli items and got a little geeky. They had stuff for Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service. I ended up buying a cute little basket with the black cat from Kiki. The friendly staff here were fantastic. One woman (Vanessa) spent time with me explaining their charity work and the in-store special offers. She was very personable and had a thorough knowledge of every item in the store. If you are looking for a special gift or enjoy pop culture or just feel like geeking out, stop in and have fun.

Do you have size 2 and 3X in the store?

They do have it sometimes the only thing that makes it is easy to find it is to call them if they have that way you are looking for. don't waist time going and they don't have. Also they can help you find it where is the close one for you

Toxic Service & Complete Management Failure - AVOID THIS LOCATION…read more The Zara at Brea Mall is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

The customer service is impeccable, and Izzy especially always goes above and beyond. She's incredibly personable, easy to work with, and has an amazing eye for putting looks together. She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

Keith immediately jumped in to help, bringing me multiple styles and sizes to try on. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Because of his friendly approach, I felt comfortable trying on items I normally wouldn't have considered. With Keith's help, I ended up building a beautiful summer vacation capsule wardrobe. I also found out both a teacher and healthcare professional, I qualified for an additional 15% discount, which I greatly appreciated. The best part is that this shopping trip inspired me to go home and completely clean out my closet. I donated four large bags of clothing and, with just a few carefully selected pieces from J.Crew Factory (and a few items from Nordstrom Rack and some from my closet), I was able to create 42 summer outfits from only 7 tops and 6 bottoms! Keith's customer service went far beyond helping me find a pair of pants. He made the shopping experience enjoyable, helped me discover a new favorite store, and gave me the confidence to build a wardrobe that truly works for me. This brand always gives me major '90s throwback vibes, which I appreciate. The store itself is very clean, items well stocked and well-organized, with plenty of space to browse. There were only a couple other customers inside. That said, the staff were chit-chatting and didn't seem particularly engaged to acknowledge you as you walk by which put a bit of a damper on the experience. (FYI - I like to be left alone when I'm browsing, but a courtesy hello would be nice when you come in). I wandered around for a while but didn't find anything that stood out enough to buy --- the sale wasn't a wow-factor...even with 60% off clearance. Overall, it's nice to have this store here, but my visit felt a little underwhelming. Maybe need to try again for Black Friday!
