I had great time hanging with my brother and niece. The drinks are excellent and I had 3 blue long Island ice teas. My server Kaiz was polite, friendly and helpful ,much appreciated my dude. The food was good overall from the chicken tenders to the cajun fries. My only retort is the tacos , I wish the grill chicken would have been hot within the tacos and not Luke warm. There were also parents there with very little kids, who were under 5yrs old. Personally, I don't think a weekend after 10pm should've had kids that young there, but it is what it is. The bowling prices were reasonable, however my friend & I just opt for one game because we were just seeing where the night took us without having any real plans. When we gave the associate our names & was deciding if we wanted one game or two she had let us know we can always ask for another game, however after our game was over literally within 2mins, we noticed the screen had already changed with new names. Lol it would've been nice if they at least gave people 10 mins. We wouldn't have taken much time to decide, but it changed so quickly there was no time to decide. We also ordered drinks which were priced at around $15-$18. For this location & for it to be bowling, I found that to be kinda high. Those prices are equivalent to bar prices. If the drinks were like $12-$14 that would've made more sense to me. Overall, my friend I enjoyed our time & not necessarily because of where we were at or what we were doing, it was based on being each other's company. Fairly new bowling joint in queens with plenty of bowling lanes , State of the art screens to keep score and watch sports as well . Many different activities for bowling and group parties and events . I had a good time with my cuz bowling during the afternoon while the kids are in school and it's not that crowded or loud . I cannot believe this place is still here. It's been here since I was a kid and that's dope. I was invited to a game night with some friends. I brought cupcakes and no one complained. We ordered food n drinks. The games were fun the spot was busy but no wait to bowl and they have the smallest microparking lot ever lol. The only thing I would say is the women's bathroom needs all the doors to be fixed so they close properly and maybe better maintenance I was super disappointed that the bathroom was so horrible bc the place was nice. read more

Attended for the first time on Saturday, March 8, 2025 as a guest for a birthday party. We had 4 lanes for 2 hours. We received and extra 45 minutes because of the food delay. I absolutely loved: The music, video screens, temperature, freedom to wear my street sneakers, the hidden bathroom that had hand soap and no serious drama. I could let slide: No clear notice informing pre-paid party guests do not have to stand on the long line, staff acting like raising the guard rails is a hard task that require being asked 10 times when they only need to press a button at the front desk, the chicken wings tastes so good but super salty, and the price (free) because I didn't have to pay but would pay $30 for my experience. I give an "Oh Hell No!" to: The ladies room where the bowling lanes are is disgusting. It seriously needs to be steamed cleaned from the ceiling to the floor, there were bad stains on the walls especially were you dry your hand by the electric hand dryer, no soap, no hot water, no paper towels. The tall tables by the lanes were dirty. We were told our food would be ready in 15 minutes but it took over an hour with no explanation, we had 4 unlimited refillable drink pitchers we had to bring to the bar ourself to refill because the staff was nonresponsive while the kids went hungry waiting for the food, so technically the drinks weren't unlimited. Our 3rd game just cut off mid-game without notice because our time expired. I had a good time because I was celebrating that person's birthday. Like all the lanes were full and there were a ton of people there, so if you don't like crowds, or you are expecting a quiet relaxing experience, this isn't the place. This is a two story bowling alley where you can hang out and drink and listen to current hip hop music. They do conduct a search of your body and purse for any weapons upon entry... which is... unique for a bowling alley but that's the price we pay for safety. Part of the package was for $40pp, you got 2 hours of bowling, "shoes" (quoted because we were told shoes were optional, so none of us got them, a first in my bowling experience!), pizza and wings and unlimited soft drink beverages. I had read the Yelp reviews here and braced myself, but was pleasantly surprised because the service was great for us. Maybe because we were a party? We arrived before the host even got there, and they let us chill at the lane, no problem. We did start ordering snacks and libations, as a server came right up to us to take our orders, laneside, and continued to check in throughout the night. An awesome thing was that you could make your own separate order and pay right there for your individual transaction. Made things hella easy. The party host showed up maybe 25 mins after we did, and we didn't even start to bowl until a half hour after THAT, but no one was breathing down our necks to start, which I appreciated. Now I will say, the menu food and drink pricing WAS steep: basically Manhattan pricing, which you would not expect trekking out to a bowling alley in Ozone Park. Initially they wanted to put us on the second floor but was ok to switch us downstairs. I booked 2 hours unlimited bowling for a party of 4 which was a great value for the price. However the service was trash. Horrible. SUCKED and any other synonym for bad. It started with us having to flag a server down to come to the lane, then we placed an order. The food that we ordered was wrong when we received it but the server never came back to ask if everything was good. Which also is annoying because she got a tip for just placing the order, I wish I could take my money back because she didn't earn the 20% tip I gave her. The kids were hungry so they ate the wrong food anyway. We then wanted more drinks. We had the lane for 1.5 hours at this point and still no server. I walked to the bar to see if I could order drinks there. The bartender said we couldn't and we went to walk away and he called us back and asked what drinks we wanted. We told him and then another employee came up and said we couldn't be at the bar, I told him the bartender asked us to come back or else we wouldn't have been there. I also told him that we hadn't had a server at our lane for over an hour which was why we walked up in the first place. Another employee then says to him, you need to write him up then (the bartender for talking to us). The two servers come up and are clearly irritated that we are there talking to the bartender but obviously don't know what transpired before. We walk back to the lane and the guy tells us that the server will come to us. He asked what lane we were on. The servers never came to the table in the additional 30 minutes after. 5 minutes before our time was up the server came to clear the table and did not even acknowledge us. We would have stayed longer and paid for an additional 2 hours but due to the poor service we left and went to another bowling alley instead. I've been to this bowling alley on two separate occasions. My first visit was great. There was no crowd and everybody was socially distanced. At the time, indoor dining was prohibited, so no ordering food or beverages. The cost of games and shoe rentals were also cheaper. My second visit was the opposite (went with a friend). There was a line to get in, that wrapped around the corner (I felt like I was standing in line for the club). After paying for two games (shoe rental included) was told which lane was mine. There was a couple in the lane next to us. So much for social distancing. We kept our mask on the entire time. We ordered drinks and food - which arrived towards the end of our first game. We ordered two rounds of drinks, however, I didn't receive my second drink until after we finished the second game and the place was minutes away from closing. I ordered food; Mozzarella sticks, Chicken Tenders, and Curly Fries. The Chicken Tenders were dry and Fries overcooked. The only thing that tasted decent were the mozzarella sticks. Our second round, the game kept glitching... nothing we couldn't fix (annoying though). The highlight was the music. I believe they had a DJ that night. Honestly, the bowling itself is fine. Music is a vibe but the customer service is bad. Before I get into the negative encounters for the evening I want to say Rosaline (the Food manager) was sweet and tried to rectify the situation. Outside of Rosaline, we received terrible service. When we went to our lanes the previous group was there and apologized they said they didn't know they needed to leave right away as the server never said anything to them. They left the lane however the table was dirty and the trash cans by us were full and overflowing. We tried to get the attention of someone in a staff shirt to help us clean the area but they never came. We went downstairs to ask if we could get someone to help but it was to no avail. Luckily someone in my party had Lysol wipes so we did the best that we could. We wanted to order food but couldn't find the server that was assigned to our lane. We finally came across her and asked to order and she told us to wait. Once she came back she never introduced herself, so I don't even know her name. She had this energy of not wanting to be bothered. Once we gave her the order we asked if she could read it back just to make sure everything was correct, instead she showed us the screen with an attitude. At the time that we placed our order, there was a 20 minute wait time. We waited over an hour for our food and in that time received zero updates from our server. We went downstairs multiple times to ask for an update and that is when we were told our order wasn't ready. Our drinks came but when asked for straws the server had an attitude, we also had to wait for her to grab a Heineken which we asked for three times. We also ordered a pitcher of Pepsi which I had to go down and get myself. While all of this is going on we are being very respectful as we could see it was pretty crowded(Saturday night). My party wasn't the only one going down to pick up their food and drinks either. I understand being busy and understaffed (which we were told) but that is no reason for the lack of customer service. The restrooms were also very dirty. The place has 2 floors located in Queens about a mile from the Belt Pkwy. Security checks you upon entering. They do take ID. They have plenty of space for bowling lanes. However upstairs lanes was a little hotter then down stairs. The food was not that good. It was kind of stale as far as the bread for the sliders and the chicken wings. We were trying to get water for the longest time since we were drinking bear and soda along with specialty drinks. The music was good and the videos they showed over the lanes were cool. If you're coming just for bowling, you'll have a decent time. As for everything else like food, drinks, or anything that requires service, you'll have a horrible time. We booked our lanes for 2 hours. Our server took one hour to arrive to take our order. We tried ordering at the bar but they will not let you, you have to order with the server if they ever come. Finally after we ordered, we received horrible drinks, didn't even have ice. The food arrived 5 minutes before our time was up and it was cold, as if it was just sitting there for hours. Also $11 for water! The food and drinks are definitely a 1/10. So the bowling alley has quite a reputation with the younger population. It definitely lives up to that reputation lol! It's definitely not like the bowling in Baldwin, but it's definitely a bowling alley, and gets the job done. I did feel that the interface at the lane should be way more modern, and potentially upgraded to using the OpenLane app, as a lot of the alleys do. The floors are pretty slippery, so be mindful, and the hand sanitizer dispensers don't give you more than a drop of sanitizer. For food- nothing special... or too edible. The milkshakes were literally all milk, barely any flavor of vanilla or ice cream. The spinach and artichoke dip was super oily and definitely gave my group a stomach ache, but otherwise the wings and cheese fries were semi-decent. The arcade games as you walk in are decent but nothing too exciting. Also, the bathrooms definitely need some type of upgrade with a good cleaning. 4/10 would return. read more

Went here on Feb 23,2025 with my boyfriend. The worst experience ever. Not only did we wait over an hour to get to the counter just to be serviced. But during the transaction she said the card declined and right after their machine shut down, so we had to wait a few minutes and swiped a second card. We showed the lady that the first transaction went through as we can see from the app/phone (we all get notifications when we use our debit or credit cards) She had already swiped the second card before we noticed the first charge so at this point, The lady told us that the card will automatically receive a refund the next day.(which never happened)We also spoke with a manager or supervisor that same night. We were charged twice which the price is outrageous $77.42 for 2 people to bowl is insane. So that bring us to a total of $154.84 just to bowl for less than an hour. Please be careful with swiping your cards at this establishment. We took further measures, and my boyfriend was told to come into the location resolve the issue and when he got there, he waited for over 3 hours to speak to someone. This place will not be receiving business from me cause all they do is rob you and make you wait mad long to order a $25 pitcher of soda with no refills and small water cups. This was my second visit to this bowling alley. The first time I visited, I didn't get to bowl because it was crowded or hosting a tournament. There's a cafe area for food and a bar in the back with several seats and pool tables. There's available arcade games for those who prefer that. I like the high energy music, great light effects, and interactive score monitors. There's a variety of themes that can be selected, which makes the game and scoring experience even more fun, including using a actual picture of the player in an animated clip each time you score. read more

I didn't even know that there was a new bowling alley so close to me until I discovered it on Groupon. I purchased a voucher on Groupon for two hours of play plus shoe rental but was unable to use it during our visit since it was Friday. The wait on the line was moving slowly but we finally made it to the counter. A guy at the counter asks me to write down the names of the players because apparently they enter your name into the system instead of the players doing it themselves. Our total came up to $42.00 with shoe rentals. I asked the guy how long do we get to bowl for and he replied it depends on how fast we bowl. I'm waiting for him to ask us for our sizes for the shoes but he informs us to go wait on another line to get our shoes.....I'm like huh! I've gone to several other bowling alleys and I've always gotten my shoes after payment was received. That didn't make any sense to me at all. Needless to say we enjoyed our time although it was very short since there were only two of us playing. I will be back to use my Groupon voucher or come back on the days that offer deals because in my opinion what I spent and time spent didn't add up because it was over so quickly. Overall we had a great time here at Bowl 360 and we will back real soon especially since I noticed a pool table in another room. They had great customer service and it was overall a fun time but the food kind of gave us an upset stomach? I don't know if it was just that day or what but I wouldn't recommend their platter. Also the bathrooms. Especially the women's bathroom. Purely disgusting. The bathroom stalls don't even lock so theirs no privacy. Amazing bowling alley. Delicious food. Great music. I've visited this location multiple times, majority of the times were on a Sunday using a Groupon with my family of 5. On Groupon it's $52 for 2 games and shoe rental for 6 people, with cheaper options for smaller parties. If you tried to bowl in New York or have been to another bowling alley, you know these prices are GREAT. My family and I normally do the Bowl 360 platter which consist of some of our favorite foods. The strawberry lemonade is delicious as well. The menu recently changed and it seemed as though prices were increase as well. They play hip urban pop music that normally has the whole family singing along. The atmosphere is pretty cool, black lights everywhere that has your shoes glowing. The pins glow and the 1st floor is normally dark which makes it even cooler. This establishment also have a 2nd floor which to my knowledge has the lights on.
