July 28th 2021 my Kia Soul was rear-ended pretty bad. Trunk was ruined, had a bike rack that was destroyed, back bumper bent inwards, license plate bent... you get the picture. I went here because they take my insurance and they treated me very well! The woman at the front desk was so friendly, she even personally drove me to enterprise rental car so I could have a rental! She answered the phone every time I called and was wonderful at explaining the process and how long it would take. It took a full two weeks to repair my car but they did a great job. Not a dent to be seen! My license plate looks brand new - not sure if they fixed the old one or somehow got me new plates - but it looks great! (Of course I had to erase my tag number in the photo) Paid my deductible and was good to go. Got my deductible back very quickly from the person who hit me (their insurance company) so I am happy! Side note: the enterprise rental car was terrible. It smelled like cigarettes!! Not Boulevard's fault, though. I tried to get another rental car but they kept saying there were none available... So just be wary of the enterprise rent-a-car in Jessup! read more

Called about bringing my car in. They said they don't work with insurance. What's the point of this place?

Just picked up my car which was a vette stingray and boy did they do an amazing job! A few days ago, a lady hit my car while I was going to work. She ended up scratching the back of the car in addition to the back rim. These guys replaced everything with new parts and quality material. They also did it in a reasonable price and weren't trying to rip me off like most other auto collision centers. I've worked with cars before, so I know my fair share. I can tell that Bob is a no non-sense kind of guy and will tell it to you straight. So if you need a guy to go to to fix your car, he's your man! Also, customer service was great! The secretary Stacy was a doll. She was very welcoming from the get-go and kept me updated with my car every step of the way. I could not have asked for any better. There was also a worker named, Bear. Super funny and cool dude. He told me about his previous jobs, one being for this Korean guy he worked for 27+ years! From all his experience, I could tell he was well rounded and I could trust him with my car. Long story short, I'd highly recommend them and I'm going to these guys from now on. They'll definitely see me again when I need to get the front of my bumper fixed! read more

My car was hit by someone who ran a stop sign. Significant damage to driver side front quarter panel, suspension, and engine compartment. I chose to have it towed to Boulevard Collision. Best experience with a body shop I've had in over 43 years of driving. Bobby, the owner, gave me excellent advice with respect to navigating insurance matters, and took a personal interest in the quality of repairs to my car. He also kept me extremely well informed about the status of repairs on my vehicle. Sort of made me feel like mine was the only car that Boulevard was repairing, very much NOT the case. In fact, the day that I picked my car up, Bobby called me to advise me that my car had a bad battery!! Not within the scope of his job at all. He then purchased a battery on my behalf and replaced the bad battery before I picked the car up saving me the hassle of doing so!! My car looked like it was just driven off the showroom floor. The quality of Boulevard Collision's body work was amazing!! So, if you're looking for this kind of quality body work for your car, and personal customer service beyond compare, based on my extremely positive experience, I strongly recommend that you have your car repaired at Boulevard Collision!! The service was incredible. They worked with the insurance company and the car rental company with seamless efficiency. All I had to do was drop my truck off and everything was taken care of I was informed of all the repairs and that the insurance company was handling everything. The rental car pick up and drop off was made at their location and it made it perfect for me. they even stayed a little late for me so I could get to them from Columbia after 5 PM so I could stay at work until the end of the day. Boulevard collision did an excellent job on my vehicle after an accident. They were courteous and helpful. They contacted me regularly including by text message. The job was done well and my car was clean when I picked it up. When I had a few questions, the gentleman behind the counter showed me pictures they had taken during the repair process so I could see what was wrong prior to repair. We took my wife's Cadillac ATS here after she got rear ended on 295 and they did an amazing job, we couldnt even tell it was in an accident afterwards and they guarantee their work for as long as we own the car so if something does come up with the work they did, theyll take care of it. I also brought my Mustang to them to reapply some vinyl stripes on the car, Bobby was actually able to PAINT on new stripes for me for about as much as I would have paid to have the old vinyl ones taken off and new vinyl ones put on. And they look beautiful! I am definitely going to come to Boulevard for all future work on our cars! read more

My Yukon XL was side swiped by an MTA bus in Dec 2015. The truck was pretty much totaled but all the damage was not first found by my insurance company. Once the damage had begun repair Boulevard had found some things the insurance company had missed, therefore the repairs were approved to continue. It was a long process but we knew that from the beginning. There were many parts to be ordered and much labor to put in for repair, sanding, paint, ect. We were very happy with the outcome. The truck looked new again and drove like it was never in an accident. It is now July, 2016 and my truck is back again. We would have never thought twice about where to take it. I'm sure it is in good hands and will look great again in the end. read more
