First off, I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and they were more than willing to squeeze me in before the holidays. When I arrived, I met Siwan, who immediately seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. This gave me a lot of confidence knowing my car was in good hands. Siwan's incredible work ethic and dedication to his craft really impressed me. Despite temperatures well over 100 degrees during an extreme heat warning, he worked tirelessly and was very communicative on the progress of the installation. He was very transparent about any precautionary measures that should be taken before calling the job complete and made sure I was completely happy with the car before sending me home. To make sure I had my car back for the holiday weekend, Siwan worked late and even came in on his day off (Independence Day) to finish the job. That level of customer service is incredibly rare and truly demonstrates how much he cares about his customers and quality of his work. If you're looking for a shop that combines technical expertise, honesty, outstanding communication, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction, I can't recommend Prime Care Auto enough. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. At Tito's you can drop your car off and they can shuttle you anywhere you need to be (within a 10min radius). I usually get dropped off across the road to get lunch. I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

I took my car in, gave them the error code and they called me later saying the total would be…read more$1800. Included in that $1800 was $240 for them to verify the error code. They were going to charge $500 just for the part and another $200+ to install, i went to a dealership and the total for the part and installation was $540. They said the air filters (that had been replaced four days earlier) needed to be replaced, the spark plugs all needed to be replaced, and a tail light needed to be replaced. None of those things needed to be done. The one thing I can say positively is that they were not going to charge an insane amount for the battery if I had them replace that. They were however going to charge $75 for the test and replace of it. Advance Auto Parts does that free.
