    Wow! Exceptional customer service from Jayden, our sales rep, and BOTH Gary's (sales managers). We drove 64 miles, on a weekday, with traffic to come to this dealership. Jayden followed up regarding the specific vehicle I was interested in. The overall process of course takes a long time, but they made it as easy as possible. Highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for my next vehicle.

I had my first oil change and tire rotation service done at 3,240 miles while at 30% oil life from the vehicle maintenance monitor. I arrived 35 minutes prior to my appointment and waited about 10 minutes before getting checked in. The service was completed in roughly 90 minutes, which was amazing. Lilly was my service advisor; she did an excellent job updating me during the inspection and called once service was finished. She also explained my tire tread and brake pad wear after the inspection. Overall, the purchase and service department were pleasant and professional.

A mechanic named Brandon (employee number is 626) reported failure of the rack and pinion (part of the steering system) and that it needed to be replaced, which they said would cost me over $4,000. The person I spoke to (Michael, Service Advisor) said that they were willing to "give me a deal" for about $3,800 instead. I decided to take my car to an independent mechanic instead for a second opinion, but Honda still required a payment of $225 for the diagnostic fee. I took my car to an independent mechanic (who I know through a family friend, so I know this person is trustworthy) and the diagnostic came back completely fine. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car's rack and pinion and that it was driving fine. I was so confused as to why Honda told me something was wrong if nothing was actually wrong, so I called customer service, filed a complaint, and requested a reimbursement of the $225 diagnostic fee, because it was not correct. Honda refused to reimburse me the $225, and when I asked for clarification of what issue they actually found during the diagnostic, they proceeded to contradict themselves trying to explain. They said that "the issue was't coming from the rack and pinion itself, but somewhere else in the system" and "the diagnostic came back clear, but the mechanic heard sounds coming from the rack and pinion". Vague statements like these don't carry any real validity, and it makes me wonder why on earth they told me that 1) my rack and pinion was on the brink of failure and 2) my car was not safe to drive. They deliberately tried to scare me into paying $4,000 for nothing, which is pretty slimy. I would encourage anyone and everyone to seek car services elsewhere, I personally will never be returning.

But Patricia, AJ, and Andy were so professional and kind without being pushy. The sticker price was aggressive as well, so although they couldn't budge too much on the price I was very pleased with the deal I got ;) Coupled with a 4yr/48k mile service contract, me and my wife feel that we received a great deal. I have purchased a Benz 4 times and a Porsche 3 times in my lifetime. For BMW, it was my 2nd time. He patiently explained all the features of the vehicle and walked me through the process step by step before I left the dealership. Even though it was 10-11 pm, he had excellent knowledge, was super lovely, and was not a pushy salesman. I came to this store once, and I closed the deal right away, unlike other BMW salespeople who don't know what they are doing. He will definitely earn my 2nd business soon. I hate buying cars, feeling like vultures ( the salesmen) swarm on you when you enter the car lot , do tricky things to keep you there for hours , then having to do the whole haggling thing while they try to upsell you on all these things . We went here on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago , checked out some Toyota sequoia's , no one swarmed on us, we found a very helpful salesman Anthony that didn't pressure anything , helped us find what we were looking for and did a test drive with us -with my whole family of 5 in the car . We got a great trade in rate for our car ,from the manager Donnie , who was so pleasant , no tricks , very transparent , looked at our car in a timely manner because I needed to get going . My husband closed the deal that night with Donnie , financing with Macy who was so helpful, and then the cherry on top is that Anthony came to our home to finish the paperwork and bring the car . Concierge service !!!!! We didn't have to stay at the lot for hours ! This blew our mind. To top off this amazing experience , Anthony called us a few days later just to see how we were liking the car and if everything was going well so far. Hands down , BEST car buying experience of our lives ! And we've bought a lot of cars over the years . This will be the place we go to for any future needs . Highly recommend this place! However, after we signed for our used 2015 Audi Q3, things quickly went downhill--and now we're stuck dealing with a very problematic vehicle. From what I understand, it's the dealership's responsibility to keep a vehicle's registration current. Despite this, we ended up having to pay over two years' worth of late registration fees on top of our own registration costs because the dealership failed to keep it up to date. After signing, we were informed that the vehicle had been in a "moderate" accident that required the rear bumper to be replaced--something that should have been disclosed upfront. We were also told that Audi of Long Beach had repaired a malfunctioning backup camera. However, when I contacted Audi of Long Beach directly, they stated that West Coast Toyota declined to authorize a full safety inspection, despite us being told otherwise before signing. Audi only performed a visual inspection at no cost to the dealership. They even offered to provide service records, which confirmed they did not repair the backup camera--instead, they only fixed a latch. Within the first year of owning the vehicle, we ended up paying approximately $3,000 in repairs--many of which could have been identified if a proper safety inspection had been completed. To make matters worse, we never received follow-up calls from the service department or the GM, despite multiple attempts to reach them. Would I return to purchase another non-certified vehicle from this dealership? Absolutely not. If you're considering buying a used car from this location, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and having the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.

Ed Cifuentes service advisor was very helpful and got me all situated with my issues and made sure he got the work done in a timely manner, he gave me the best deal he possibly could. He was totally honest with me about everything and was great at communicating. Communication is so important to me and I'm so thankful Ed kept me updated and in the loop. Another outstanding employee that never seems to drop the ball is RANDY. I have continued to come in and get my car the basic services like oil changes only because of the incredible service Randy provides. Randy is very informative and always ready to help when you pull up, I appreciate that man for his hard work and consistency. Last Hooray will be for the parts department, those guys are cool in my book. They are always available to help and happy to. I needed new batteries on my key fobs and they were more than happy to not only replace them for me but also took the extra steps to show me how it's done in cause I ever needed to know for the future. Brought it in two weeks ago to have it serviced. The first call they made to me was that nothing was covered under our limited warranty. I had to call them back and tell them that we have a full extended warranty that they sold us. Second call made to me was that they found $5200 worth of "wear and tear" on a vehicle that they sold us allegedly "certified pre owned". The service associate that we were dealing with, David was great. Even he felt like that was an absurd amount and he reached out to Chrysler to try to get some sort of Goodwill payment covered for us. Now we go to pick up the vehicle. My husband walks in and asks to see the detailed report that was done by their text before they were able to mark the car as certified preowned. Unsurprisingly, we get a runaround. We get a vague report that looks more like a full service oil changed than an actual engine report. The sales manager was so cowardly, staring at the floor, while speaking to my husband that it was very obvious that he knew exactly how shady their business practices are. We pay an absurd amount and then we go to get in the car and low and behold! The check engine light is still on! After the sales manager insured my husband, his inspection guys don't miss anything at all, they performed the service and forgot to clear the codes. This place is an absolute joke. The only good thing they have going on about their entire establishment is their employee David Henry.

It's been extremely frustrating and unproductive. I purchased a used Tesla from this dealership, and the vehicle qualifies for the Used Clean Vehicle (EV) Tax Credit--and I qualify as well. I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.
