I had high hopes for a new steakhouse and date night spot, but was incredibly disappointed. The place looks like a mediocre hotel bar at best. No table linens, etc. The servers need better training especially if they are required to wear masks. I had to remind food runners to place their mask over their mouth instead of having it under their chin. The apps were bland, the wine was overpriced. The tomahawk steak wasn't seasoned. Spent $500 with tip and won't ever go back. Wasn't even worth the gas money to drive there. Save your time and and money and either go to Frankie's or Kaisers. read more

Recently attended the VIP Grand Opening for Bottles & Bones and I was throughly impressed! The restaurant is located in beautiful Suwanee and there is plenty of parking as well as complimentary valet. The ambiance of the restaurant was simply beautiful. Beautiful chandeliers, low lighting, and a live band! Definitely a great place for date night. There were heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks! Hors d'oeuvres includes a charcuterie table, shrimp and grits, beef and pork tenderloin, lamb chops, meatballs, citrus shrimp, and more! We definitely left full! Such and awesome event and space. We had a horrible time at bottles regarding our food service. They served all of us except one entree. They had to be reminded of mash potatoes and french fries. We were polite asking but the waitress told the Assistant Manager (scott oakes) that we were rude. We constantly asked where our entree was and it was "it will be here in 2 minutes" Never happened. I went up to the assistant manager and he was very indignant and defensive. He told us we wouldn't be charged for the crab cakes. Really, we never got them!!!!! Then he told us we should leave or he'd call the police. Really. For $264.00 we had a terrible time for my grandson's graduation. We talked with the general manager and he said he'd buy us some drinks and appetizers. Are you kidding me. I wanted an apology from "Scott Oakes" but with his attitude toward customers I know I will never get that. Other restaurants apologize when the service is terrible and say please come back and you receive some kind of coupon. This manager said get out. Corporate pay attention to who works for you because they can ruin your bottom line. I will tell everyone not to go to Bottles and Bones. I've read other reviews and many of them say your service is terrible. We were hoping it would be fine but guess not. Please don't go to this restaurant. read more

I was really excited about a new steak place opening at the park. We went last night for my friend's birthday. I was truly appalled at how bad it was. The bar area is cute, I will say that. I ordered a Bellini and it was decent, although super overpriced, but whatever. We got there at 4:30. They don't actually open the dining room until 5, so we sat in the bar area and ordered drinks, carpaccio (which I didn't try even though I love carpaccio), and a charcuterie board. I run a business making charcuterie boards so maybe I'm just super critical but it was underwhelming to say the least. We finally got our drinks 45 minutes later at almost 5:30. We were taken to our table around 5:45. I ordered a shrimp appetizer and took one bite and put it down. Everyone else at the table said it was okay. *for the record* I worked in restaurants for years, and cooking is my passion so I'm extremely critical. I ordered the filet with crabmeat on top and it was horrible. I never send food back and I sent it back. I asked them to just bring me a plain filet with nothing on it, and I ate a few bites of it, took it home and asked my fiancé to try it and tell me if I'm crazy or not. He said it was bad too. It was cooked okay (I ordered medium rare) but the flavor was awful....super weird. I ordered mashed potatoes that were decent but it's pretty hard to mess up mashed potatoes. I ordered mushrooms that had barely any flavor. In conclusion, I hate that I hated it, but I did. Two stars because the employees were at least nice. Other than that, slow service and bad food. Super disappointed. Not sure who's running the kitchen there, but yikes. read more

This place has great food and service. We dined in on a Friday night and had an amazing meal. The brussel sprouts and lobster mac and cheese side items are TO DIE FOR! My husband got a steak but I was in the mood for fish. I got the flounder with crab on top at the recommendation of the waiter and it was fantastic. Extensive wine list with nice selections. Cocktails were a little pricey IMO but well made. I had been to the bar area of this establishment before and thought the appetizers we got were just OK. Well there are some great and some not so great things about this place. First they are a steak restaurant with no bread service. Even if you're willing to pay for it, they don't offer bread and butter. I don't remember the last time I went to a steak restaurant That did not offer bread and butter. The menu says "crispy Brussels sprouts", we ordered it and the sprouts were browned, but we're completely soggy. There was not one slightly crispy bit. It was very disappointing. We paid three dollars extra to get béarnaise sauce, and it was a yellow sauce with lemon, but there was no tarragon in it. There was something green that I believe was parsley. I don't know what chef does not know that béarnaise comes with tarragon and not parsley. The $80 steak was cooked well, but yet it was tough. The wedge salad was great, the drinks were great, the sweet potatoes were exceptional. The restaurant was beautiful and the location is great. The chef needs education. If the chef was better it would be a fabulous restaurant. read more

Finally a best in class steakhouse opened in the Suwanee area of Gwinnett!! Not a big review guy but after visiting several times wanted to give a well deserved nod!! Talk about consistency.. each visit was amazing. Happy professional staff that actually knows what they are doing. Refreshing!!! Not like my last visits to the usual Gwinnett spots that everyone knows. Lets be clear this is not Longhorn or Outback but my opinion is their steaks are very fairly priced for their quality. Went on a weeknight to celebrate friends 40th birthday in May of 2022. First time there and ambience was great and the host was very friendly. Our waitress seemed friendly at first but towards the end, did not care to be attentive. We ordered a platter of meat and seafoods. Oyster was good but not the greatest, lobster tail was great. We ordered tomahawk and other cuts to try and meat was great, lacked a bit if seasoning but meat quality was great. (Had to ask them to serve it cut which normally is cut served). As for dessert, they show you the dessert platter but our waitress zoomed by so quickly with it, had to ask another waiter to explain. We picked cheesecake and it was so syrupy. For it being a steakhouse service was not the greatest and dessert was lacking comparatively with steakhouses I have been to. Overall a good steakhouse w great ambiance. read more

I have to give this place a four. If I was rating just on the service I would give it a five. Bryce was our server and he was phenomenal. Helpful, attentive, and addressed us by names the entire time. He made great recommendations from the start and finished off our meal with a great dessert (to go because we were too full). The meal was very good. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly and very tender. I had a side of potatoes and they didn't disappoint. My husband had the stuffed founder and being from the south he is very picky. He was not disappointed at all. He thoroughly enjoyed his fish and it had a great flavor without the fishiness. The reason why I didn't give a five was because of the price. While elegant, and quite delicious, it was a bit pricy for what you get. I will be back but this would be a special occasion go to place. It was quickly and graciously served to us by Paul last night, w delicious grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. Buyer beware. The food is forgettable and not worth the price tag. Service is slow and you will be up-charged for everything without being warned on the menu or by the server. Our server misled us into think that sauces were included however steak sauce and garlic butter is an up charge of $4.00 per person. Also if you have a birthday the small key lime dessert will set you back $12, and it is not tasty. At a restaurant we're all the entrees are at least $60, I expected better. We were sat at 7:30 and left at 11. That's 3.5 hours for dinner and drinks. The drinks were average for the price point. There were long periods where our server was not attentive and no where to be found. We were a party of 8 ($1200) and it was clear that they were just trying to run up our tab because they were getting 20% gratuity regardless. We were not shown the same attentiveness as other tables. We were not shown the slices of meat and dessert platters. Our server tossed our check on our table and ran away. The check was not spilt at all even though we waited 20min for her to bring it because she was standing around talking. Overall it was a high price tag for a mediocre experience. I don't mind paying for great food and a good experience but this was neither. I would not recommend or come back. read more

Mixed feelings. The vibes were off from the moment we stepped in here. As soon as I got through the door I was politely asked to take my hat off (which I have no problem with) , but seeing an older fellow wearing a visor on the way to our table did not make me the happiest. I felt very singled out. Seems that we must have came a bit too early because it was very quiet. The calamari was actually pretty good as an appetizer, but the steak was well under cooked and the crab cakes were absolutely dry. Very underwhelming experience here especially for the price.
