    Just before the entryway--bunnies!

Unique! I and three family members went to Sunday Brunch and enjoyed every second! The food was fabulous, the views wondrous, and the atmosphere and service most congenial. Everywhere one looks, there are plants--certainly an oxygen-rich environment! I could tell what I could eat by looking at the dishes and avoided onions (if I wasn't sure, I just didn't choose that item) but still had plenty to eat! The dessert choices were luscious--even a gluten free tartlet. So, I had eggs, a mini-waffle, ham slice, and a few other items. My family members had even more! We toured the out buildings afterwards--greenhouses and two different gift shops. Great fun!

While visiting the Auburn/Opelika area we decided to try Botanic, and it ended up being one of the best dining experiences of the trip. The restaurant itself has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. It feels cozy and relaxed but still elevated, with a garden-inspired vibe that makes the space feel unique and comfortable at the same time. The food was beautifully plated and full of flavor. One of my favorite dishes were the Brussels sprouts -- they were perfectly roasted, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor. It's one of those simple dishes that's easy to get wrong but they absolutely nailed it. The steak served over risotto was another standout. The steak was cooked nicely and the risotto was rich and creamy, making the whole dish feel comforting while still refined. We also had a fried dish served with vegetables and a smooth puree that balanced everything really well. Each plate looked thoughtful and well executed. The cocktails were also great, and the one we ordered came garnished with a flower and fresh herbs which matched the whole garden theme of the restaurant perfectly. But what really made this experience special was our server, Jordan. She was absolutely amazing -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel comfortable the entire time and really elevated the whole experience. Service like that makes a huge difference and Jordan definitely stood out. Overall the combination of great food, beautiful presentation, a welcoming atmosphere, and standout service made this a place I would absolutely come back to. If you're in the Auburn or Opelika area, Botanic is definitely worth the visit.

This amazing gem of a place is one that you must go to when in the Auburn/Opelika area! The setting is amazing and the food is just as great! We drove down for lunch with friends and in the midst of catching up I didn't get food photos. Everything was AMAZING! I had a smash burger that was the best I've ever had. My side was fries which were, just fries. The menu is vast and has something for everyone. The dessert options are phenomenal and delicious! We had a ginger bread cheesecake and lemon blueberry cheesecake for the table and both were wonderful! They also have a market that sells desserts, take and bake meals, novelty items and some of their sauces like an amazing bacon Jam!! If you're looking for a great experience, beautiful environment and amazing food, go to Botanic!!

This place is so beautiful. They have a coffee shop that serves pastries, breakfast sandwiches and crepes. They also have two other options to dine for lunch and dinner. You can also enjoy the shop in the back and the nursery. You can spend hours at this place.

Inside area when you walk in. Beautiful!!

Amazing flavors and ambience. Service was on point and very friendly. I had the ribeye and my wife had the salmon. Very beautiful plates. We will definitely be back.

If you're looking for a unique and beautiful restaurant, this is it! The lush plants and greenery throughout the space are absolutely stunning and create such a fun and memorable atmosphere. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed and make for a truly special dining experience. The food has been incredible every time I've visited, and last night was no exception. We started with the table bread and the massive charcuterie board--both delicious--and paired them with some fun cocktails that were refreshing and flavorful. For entrées, I had the pork chop, which was perfectly cooked and served with a mix of delicious vegetables. Others in our group had the snapper (also excellent) and the filet, which was incredibly tender. One of my favorite details? The serveware. Every dish comes out on the most beautiful plates and platters--it really adds to the whole experience. Service is always top tier. Every server we've had has been friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

The customer service was definitely approved this time. We were not interrupted or asked to leave. Our server Jack did an amazing job. He was able to answer questions that we asked about the menu. The cocktails were good and the food was delicious. It took about 20 minutes for us to receive our food which wasn't bad. We sat in the garden which was beautiful. The only thing I hated was the flies. Overall I enjoyed my experience this time and I will be back!!

This place is an experience! So beautiful and the food and level of service was awesome! The little details really matter to them and made us feel special on our Anniversary!!!

When in Opelika/Auburn this is a MUST DO! So. Much. Whimsy. The outside- stunning. Tons of fresh produce from local farmers. The inside you ask? Like the outside but somehow even more gorgeous. Part of the inside is like a greenhouse, but, here's the catch, you can EAT inside said greenhouse. I felt like I was dining in a magical fairy garden. I was in awe. Let's talk food. The Botanic offers 3 different dining options: the grille, the garden (lunch only), and the market (cafe). We came here to grab a quick bite from the market. I got a blueberry scone and a sugar free caramel latte. The latte was perfect! I asked if they'd warm the scone up but I don't think they did. Either way, the scone was pretty good! My friend got the cinnamon roll. My post-bite consensus made me wonder if the cinnamon roll was a day old. It was a tad bit dry but it still held some flavor. Overall, the food was good but the real show stopper is the atmosphere. They also host private events and have a large selection of plants to buy!

We ordered two Meat & 2's and both consisted of A Big Fat Fried Chicken Breast, Black-Eyed Peas and Mac n Cheese. As always the chicken was cooked perfectly. Prices have remained relatively low while other places have increased their prices drastically. Our two meals which included drinks and tax was about $21. You can still buy a whole fried wing for under $2...it is $1.95.

Fried green tomatoes- wasn't the biggest fan of pimento cheese, but if that's your thing I'm sure it would have been delicious. I had the strawberry / spinach salad. It was decent but a little too much dressing on parts and a bit dry in others. The biscuits were a star of the other meal. I believe it effected some of the flavors of foods that were boiled in it, too. Gnocchi had some of the same off flavor. In addition, some of the flavors just feel way out of whack for totally unrelated reasons. Sauce that the duck came in was thin and overwhelmed by honey. The risotto it was served with seems like it should be rich and homey. But despite a crazy amount of added dairy still tasted thin and flat. Can't tell you why. Wonky seasoning? None of the dishes reflected any familiarity with acid to lighten or balance a dish. Fried green tomatoes were pretty mid despite a quality remoulade and a bunch of pimento cheese. Ingredients seem like they're decent quality. Desserts are legitimately top notch. Everyone recommends the peanut butter pie. And it is excellent, though pretty obviously not long out of the freezer. The affogato Is legitimately fantastic. And I'm not even talking about the pageantry of dumping the espresso on the salt ice cream. First, our server introduced herself and explained the buffet menu, which I appreciate. She was very attentive, and I think she refilled my drink a total of three times during my meal. The food options at the buffet were great. The biscuit bar offering sausage gravy, tomato gravy, and shrimp étouffée as a topping was phenomenal. I sampled the étouffée and sausage gravy, and the homemade biscuits all were really good. On the second morning that I went down for breakfast, not nearly as good of an experience. The young lady who is our server, just didn't seem like she wanted to be there, polar opposite from the previous day. Our table wasn't stocked with sugar only had a pepper shaker had to ask for both. Somehow the same hot gravy that I had enjoyed the day before were luke warm some reason, maybe just caught it at a bad time. I didn't have more fruit options out on morning too, which I did appreciate as well. I think the poor service just soured the experience. The third morning I went down for breakfast, there was a long line waiting to be seated. And the person that appeared to be seating people as the hostess, was the same server from the day before. I came back about 30 minutes later, and there was still a line so I decided to skip breakfast. I will definitely give this one another shot, when we return to Auburn for leisure based on that first Days experience and re-rate if warranted.
