It also came with a slice of cornbread or Texas toast. I went with the corn bread. The country fried steak was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Nice and crispy and not greasy tasting. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also very good. The green beans surprised me. They were seasoned in something couldn't tell but they were fantastic. I ordered the chicken plate. The chicken was crispy, seasoned and juicy - Perfectly fried. All of the sides were good except the cornbread. Just skip tasting the cornbread it will ruin the meal. Overall, it's Southern Soul food; however seating and dynamic menu presents the most challenge in making it an enjoyable experience.
