I'm in the military and needed my 2016 Tundra cleaned inside and out to ship overseas. I called multiple shops, but none of them had any availability. My wife found DR Detail on Yelp and they had great reviews, so I hit them up. I told him I had to turn it in by 2:30pm the next day. I was also staying at a hotel, but he said that was no problem for them as they have their own water storage tank for their pressure washer on their mobile van. I asked them for an interior deep clean along with an exterior wash, which was templated online to take about 3 and a half hours. They came this morning at 9:30am and finished by 11:30. Their prices were also the best out of anyone I talked to. I have a yellow Labrador, and his fur was weaved into the floor mats and in all the nooks and crannies. They were able to remove all traces that my dog was ever in my truck. It's pretty amazing to say the least. If you're in the military and need your vehicle white glove inspection ready, they are the guys to make that happen.

I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. Moving forward, I'll actually start writing positive reviews for places I like, and Heavenly Bodyworks will be the first because they have single-handedly renewed my faith in how businesses should be run, both in professionalism and service. Long story short, I thought I could fix cracks and scratches on a first-gen Porsche Boxster from watching YouTube videos and completely flopped. In my panic, I drove my car to Heavenly Bodyworks based off of previous reviews I've read here on Yelp and was absolutely thrilled at the job they've done (see before and after pics). My car looked brand-new and my only regret is that I didn't go sooner. Junior, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and beyond fair - an absolute gem and rarity in an industry notorious for sketchy business practices. I've been back several times since then for smaller jobs (car handle that didn't open from the inside, blown headlight) and each time has been a pleasant experience. I really hope I don't have to come back any time soon (because that means I messed up my baby somehow) but at this point, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I was charged approximately $700 in "administrative fees," in addition to what I consider an untenable daily storage charge. Prospective customers would be well advised to understand these fees in detail before allowing their vehicle to be brought here. Far more troubling, however, was my experience dealing with Tyler McNee. In my interactions with him, I found him extraordinarily unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. Basic courtesy and professional customer service seemed entirely absent. What should have been a straightforward business interaction instead became unnecessarily unpleasant and adversarial. I rarely write reviews this negative, but the combination of the fees and the remarkably poor treatment warrants one. There are plenty of stressful circumstances surrounding an accident or vehicle repair already. A customer should not also have to contend with disrespectful and hostile communication from the people being paid to handle the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would avoid this business at all costs. Whatever convenience it may offer is simply not worth the fees, aggravation or level of communication I encountered.
