Terrible service here!!! I regret bringing my car here. Don't trust them with my car and never going to come here again. They kept calling and harassing to pick up the car at 8 am in the morning. I explained to them I work during the day and can't answer calls until end of day. They were not accommodating at all and screamed at me many times. Very rude people working here and insurance claim hungry employees. They will juice every dollar from insurance company and put into their pockets. They didn't even spend a dollar cleaning the car after the compound they left from the work they did. They harassed me threatening to charge me $3000 and claimed I cashed the insurance check and that I was lying to them. When in fact Geico confirmed I never cashed the check and issued the check to them directly. They also threatened to charge with storage fee even tho the car was not ready for me to pick up. When I arrived the car was filthy with compound all over the vehicle and the damaged parts thrown in the back seat. They actually put the entire wheel well, broken lights and other garbage in my back seat. When confronting them about the compound not coming off the vehicle he said you can go home and rub Armor All and it should come off. I was really upset about his response and knew I made a big mistake coming here. Why in the world would I do that after you got paid over 12000 for a job geico claimed only cost 3000 to do. On top of all this you want me to clean up your compound. You couldn't even wash the car. After requesting them to wash the car they said come back in an hour which I did and the car looked terrible. They never washed it and instead sprayed with some oil and the car looks terrible. Also upon picking up the vehicle I notice a dent that was not there before. I didn't want to keep wasting my time with this place so I just left. Please avoid this place you will regret going here. They don't appreciate your business. They are arrogant and all they care about is quick insurance claims. It's not worth getting harassed and yelled at by ignorant people at lees auto body. Also I would like to add the car is pulling to the left obviously didn't address the gram issue. Please be careful and avoid using them for your insurance claim!!!! read more

This review is not based on the service but unfortunate lack of service. I brought my car to Lee's to have it repaired. Their estimated cost was $5,000 and they told me and my insurance the cost would only go up. This is what caused my insurance to consider the call totaled. Lee's flat out refused to fix the vehicle for any price. I brought my car to another auto-shop in Newton, NJ - they not only repaired it within 3 weeks but it cost almost a $1,000 less than Lee's initial estimate. Had I brought my car there initially, it's possible my insurance would have covered all the costs and not considered it totaled. Really disappointed about this, since Lee's does have great reviews online. read more

Just picked up my Buick Enclave from Lee's Auto Body and I cannot tell you how pleased I am! The insurance company wanted to total it but when I explained to Eddie that my father just passed away and it was his car and I just couldn't bear to get rid of it he went above and beyond to figure out a resolution which would allow me to repair and keep the car and was so accommodating while I worked through the red tape with the insurance company. This place is amazing! I I got a pen stuck in my driver seat track. This pen was really STUCK!!! I came Monday night and the gentleman came out right away and gave it a look. Due to icy roads in February, my car hit some black ice and I got into a small accident. Fortunately, there was no engine/electrical damage. I was sent to Lee's Auto body shop through my insurance (AAA), as they are an authorized repair shop. I was a bit hesitant as this was my first time going to Lee's for repairs, but within the first 5 minutes of meeting the staff and technicians, my nerves were calmed. What an OUTSTANDING and highly professional team they have! Erin (claims/appraisal agent at Lee's) thoroughly checked the vehicle, in and out, to verify damages and seek any necessary additional repairs that might not have been initially identified. She informed me of damages to the rear bumper, which I did not see. She developed a bill of material within minutes and had the entire claim approved while I was there! I've dealt with other body shops and this process has taken DAYS! I was in the shop for 10 minutes and not only was my claim approved, but they ordered the parts right in front of me. I drive an Audi RS5, so some of these parts were rather expensive and my total came out to over $9,000; but Lee's took proper care in finding the best parts and making sure no corners were cut during the entire repair process. Gary told me the repairs would take about a week and half, and he was spot on with the timing. He ,Eddie, and Erin called me every few days to give me updates on the vehicle repair and also informed me of supplemental work that was required; they had this approved through the insurance PRIOR to calling me. This was truly a pleasant experience. From the greeting at the front door, to the final signature, the process was epitome of professionalism. Lee's took it a step further by buffing/polishing out a few dings on my hood and driver side door, FOR FREE; a $200 job! The day I picked up the car, I was surprised additionally with the interior being cleaned (vacuumed, wiped, sanitized, and sprayed with aromatic freshener). I took my car here after a minor accident that damaged my lower bumper. Eddie was very kind, courteous, and informative when discussing the options to fix the bumper. He gave me an estimate that was about $500 less than a nearby shop, and told me that my car would be fixed in less than a day when the parts came in. I decided to go with them for my repair and couldn't have made a greater choice. Repairing my car took only about 8 hours and it looked perfect afterwards. For those of you who know me know i dont ever post anything. So please give this a read and share it along!!! This was my experience it could be yours.... Do not ever, i repeat EVER bring your car to Lee's Auto Body on st george in Woodbridge . Long story short, i have been a customer for 10plus yrs and have built a great relationship with the workers there especially Gary Dietlmeier(not sure if that's exactly how spelt) This time i need a simple side view mirror for my car. Paid 700 for a used one and AFTER paying was told by my main guy there (gary) that it was the wrong one for my car. I did not like it so i wanted to get correct mirror. So 2 weeks after gary could not produce the correct one and i was told that i was to get one (which is i found for about 200. It was missing a blinker mirror tho. So I received a nice voicemail from gary saying he wanted to throw my f***ing car into the ocean. I gave gary a call back and was basically told this is reality. I have caused him an inconvenience to him and wasting their time when thats what their company is there for and i was still paying him to do his job but i was pretty much doing it for him and finding my own parts when your dealing with an AUTOBODY shop . I was also told he would not help in finising the blinker bulb and i was to find it bring the car back and pay again to have them install. I was told and quote " i dont give a f**k who you are and that im freinds with your parents (who have been loyal customers for more than 10 plus yrs) and to grow the f**k up. " Never have i ever been spoken to so unprofessionally after having built a relationship there. If anyone is looking for good quality autobody work i highly recommend going somehwere else. And for those of you who go here for work or knows someone that does. Question your relationship there because mine obviously did not mean a damn thing Also whoever left their BROWN AUDI there on the day of June 26th. Went there for the first time, and it was to replace my window. Soon as i got there, the owner greeted me looked at my window and he got me an estimate all in less than 10 minutes. I didn't have a ride home and he was nice enough to drop me off. Had it fixed the very next day and he dropped my car off at my job. All that at no extra charge. My mom has been here before and had a bad experience with customer service, but I came here since it was the closest car shop to my house. For starters they are rude, pompous and arrogant and don't even let me finish a sentence when I'm trying to speak. I put all that aside since I just needed my car to work, so who cares if they're rude. After 2 weeks without my car, no updates, no calls, I come so excited in hopes everything will be brand new (considering it was an 8000$ service). They assured me everything would be fixed from the outside and inside. I come in all 4 lights are still on in my dashboard. They said insurance didn't cover that? They told me that when I came to pick it up rather than call me to give me an option to pay for it out of pocket which I would've, since I wanted my car to be safe to drive since I commute to school. They just fixed the outside and what's worse they did more damage to the inside!! I got a tire pressure sensor fault and my AC completely stopped working which has never been a problem before. I didn't even want to deal with them again so i took it to a car shop I found on YELP with great reviews, and they really were fantastic, fixed my AC problem, treated me like a real customer and it was another 800$. So I call today since all my lights were still on, and the guy I spoke to was just like call your insurance company, instead of telling me to bring back my car so they can look at it and fix their errors. Long story short they said to come back Thursday or Friday. Not once have they apologized, but it was more as if I was more of a bother. read more

Their customer service skills are very poor. I asked for clarification on an estimate that I received, simply because I wanted to make sure I understood everything. The response that I received from the person that I was working with was very condescending and they treated me as though I was a major inconvenience. I will not be bringing my car to be repaired at a shop that treats their customers this way. These guys are very honest. Twice, in the past year I brought my car to them for issues I had with my bumper. The first time was with an old car with a bumper that was starting to hang off. They came up with an easy fix for it, fixed it while I waited and only charged me a nominal amount. The second time, which was today, someone had clipped my front bumper on a much newer car, knocking it out of place. With minimal effort they snapped the bumper back into place and polished off the white paint that was on the bumper. It was so easy, they did not want to charge me. On December 10th my car was towed there due to an accident. On December 11th my adjuster went and approved all the work that Lee's Auto Body said needed to be done to my vehicle. They told me my vehicle would be done within 3 weeks or the latest in he first week of January. Since the first week of January I've been calling every week and they keep telling me it is going to be another week, to call back then. By now I have used up my 30 days of maximum rental car and no longer can pay for the rental. I haven't been able to work since I don't have a vehicle. Today (1/21/21) I personally went to Lee's Auto Body to check up on the work that has been done. I was told that everything was completed on my vehicle except for 1 thing that would only take a few days to complete. Upon my arrival the woman at the desk begins to tell me that there is 1 part they are waiting on that is backordered from Kia. Everything else she said on the vehicle was completed. Upon assisting the owner got involved and agreed to show me my vehicle. When I went in the back to see it, the whole vehicle looked disassembled and looks like its will take another 2 weeks to complete because nothing was done to it. It seems like they just started to work on my car this week. My hands are tied cause my rental insurance ran out and my insurance company isn't able to extend my rental. Instead of compensating me for a week of rental the owner gave me a lame excuse that I have to understand that his money is all tied up and he can't do anything about it. No matter what the owner of Lee's Auto Body will receive his money from my insurance company but I am the one who is suffering with no car, no rental and no date on when my vehicle will be done. The owner clearly said since the part is on backorder he has no idea when it will be in, it could take another month or so. Lee's Auto Body has been giving me the run around on my vehicle from the beginning. I highly recommend Lee's Auto Body to anyone who lives in the area. I was in an accident in august and sustained a fair amount of damage to the left front side of my car. I had my car towed to Lee's where Billy took over the task of fixing it. I cant say enough good things about Billy. From the very beginning he was very professional and very honest. He said it would take about three weeks to get the parts and fix the car. Well two weeks later he called to tell me the car was ready. When i got to the shop the car looked brand new. I couldnt believe my eyes. Billy gave me a very detai led breakdown of everything he had to do and the cost. A few weeks later I had a problem with the car that I assumed was part of the accident. It may or may not have been. Billy did some research and found that the part in question was a known issue and that I should take it to my dealer since I still had a warranty. Billy even printed up the instructions on replacing the part. Again going above and beyond. He even refused a tip for his time. Seriously these guys are top notch so if you have work that needs to be done on your car go to Lees. I wish i could give 10 stars. read more
