Highly recommend! Bo did an amazing job--my car was repaired quickly and looks brand new.

Let me start off by saying when you make an appointment with a client you should make sure that you are there especially when your client is coming from another state to patronize your business . They painted a section of my car that started peeling up and a gentleman by the name of JC finally gets my call after two days and then he tells me that work that was done was not guarantee. The problem I have is when you call on the phone the message that plays is Quality Auto Body work is guaranteed that's a contradiction .JC tell me to take it to a vinyl wrap shop to see what they can do for me well if he's not offering to pay for it you can keep your suggestion to yourself .why do I have to pay again for work that your company should have done it right the first time it was not free I will not be back . read more

Subsequent corrective repairs completed by NJM PCC shop (Quality Auto Body) improperly done. Poor paint match, required procedures as set forth by Lexus and insurance company not adhered to. If you are looking for perfection, stay away, or you will most likely be asking your insurance company for a "diminished value" payment for the bad repair work. read more

We had a very positive experience working with Doug Zander. Ours was a strange situation as a valet had damaged our car,, so the valet company (3rd party) was responsible for paying for the damage to our Lexus. Doug walked us through the process, was communicative and the car looks great. He worked with the valet company to resolve our problems with car. Thanks Doug. read more

Great service and extremely helpful staff. My vehicle was handled with professionalism and I was kept abreast of the status at all times. Definitely recommend! read more

I dealt with a guy named Lenny from Quality Auto Body since Benz sent the car to their certified body shop. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The body shop is poorly managed, and their team is unprofessional. First, they claimed they couldn't get the part from Germany, and then they said they received the wrong light. It's a team of liars and corrupt individuals. read more

Stay away - Don't believe the hype - they are too busy and cut corners. Being the official repair shop for Ray Catena, means they get alot of customers. They take TOO LONG to return the car to you - period. If it's 2 wks, that means it's really 6 wks. And the is not stellar. For a luxury car autobody shop, I car does not look new. read more

GX460 2023 needed paint for scratches. Filed claim and went to Lexus dealership in Freehold NJ. Service Department recommended Quality Auto Body Rahway. Trusted them. Quality Auto Body explicitly told me that the job will be done in three weeks and recommended taillight replacement and suggested having a month for rental with Insurance company so nothing to worry about. Trusted them. Quality Auto Body filed three time their supplement claims (felt weird). Not being a major job, I expressed my concerns. Assured me not to worry and started finding fault with Insurance company as an excuse. My rental period of 30 days completed, and I am without car. Quality Auto said we can't do anything. Everday's request to expedite was in vain. Stress started. Took two more weeks to get the car with a discussion in Front of service manager Lexus that Al (Q.A.B Manager) will talk to the owner to split the expenses and repeated multiple times that "our quality work is excellent". Came home and my son noticed that the Taillight is different than the original. Shocking, right. If one is claiming multiple times about quality work then why this happened. Was it deliberate to save money and compromised quality? Was Quality auto Body so negligent not to care about the part number? Sharing the devastating experience with images of different taillights and it was too much harassment and torture for at least two weeks. read more

My car was a victim of senseless vandalism by being keyed. I took my car to Quality Auto Body and worked with Doug Zander. Customer service has become a dying art; however, Doug has brought it back to life! I was preparing myself for the worst but, he was so calm and reassuring that it was a pleasure to work with such a professional. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of auto repair. read more

Horrible attitude. They scratched my car and told me it was there before . When i ask for proof they showed me before pictures that did not show any scratch and I was told to bring the car to the shop later to buff and fix the scratches. When i took the car there an old grouchy guy showed me a completely different image from "the car" which showed completely different scratches on the same location as my car. Very smart! dumb old fart...And didn't fix it. I'm very surprised that MB would qualify a dump like this!! They really need to reevaluate this place. I'm going to take my complain to Mercedes directly read more

honestly the worst customer service I could have imagined. Lied to use about being a preferred vendor for our insurance and then gave use damaged parts and refused to fix. would rather shove an I pick through my brain then deal with them again. read more

This is an update on my Mercedes that they've had for six weeks Supposed to be ready today they were waiting for one more part which didn't arrive so it's just another excuse after six weeks why I don't have my car .anyone that goes to this place has to be crazy because they're not true to their word they don't get the work done and they lie constantly they just make up a bunch of excuses I wish everybody that even gives the place a second thought please pay attention to me and listen to what I'm saying they are a bunch of liars. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH SUCH A VALUBLE AND NEEDED ASSET. read more

I have to say the place does a great job ! Was told about this place from a friend who works their an glad we chose this place ! They are very professional an do great work ! My car came back beautifully with no issues ... the rent a car service was no hassle at all , when we actually needed a bigger car it was just a simple call an the switch was made .. car was cleaned and full of gas ! They called us the day it was done and didn't rush us to pick it up which was great ! I have no complaints about this place an would recommend this place to a friend ! read more

I brought my car here 6 weeks ago, as this piece of shit place was recommended to me by Ray Cantena in Union. I am completely disgusted at the service I was given. First of all, my car has been in there for 6 weeks and they didn't even start working on it yet!!!! Everytime I would call and ask for a date of completion, the guy would say "2 more weeks". They kept my car hostage instead of telling me the truth about how long the process would be. I decided to put my foot down and go get my car from these unprofessionals and they charged me $2,000 for absolutely NOTHING! No work was done to my car whatsoever! I will be filing a complaint with Mercedes-Benz USA immediately. I am furious! read more

When I was rear-ended in March, 2022, my dealership referred me to Quality Auto Body in Rahway. From start to finish, which turned out to be 9 months, they were helpful, honest and responsive and I highly recommend their shop. They were able to see my car the day after the accident and provided an immediate estimate for repairs to get the process going with insurance. They also gave me some good advice for how to file with insurance and told me what to expect throughout the process. My case was handled by Doug Zander who was wonderful. He was very honest about the turnaround time for parts and would update me periodically. He was also extremely responsive via text whenever I had a question. And he went above and beyond in chasing my insurance company for necessary approvals to keep things moving. Although it took 9 months for the car to be fixed, the lead time for parts was not Quality Auto Body's fault and they did all they could to make the experiences as painless as possible! read more

No complaints here! They are very professional and the repairs were done in an acceptable amount of time. I was kept informed every step of the way and I am very pleased with the service. The repairs that were made to my vehicle were excellent. I would highly recommend them for their expertise. Thank you Sherri for making this a pleasant experience. Your professional, caring and upbeat attitude was very much appreciated. Thank you to all those who were involved in repairing my car. read more

My meticulously kept car was rear ended and Quality Auto Body was recommended by the dealership. Great experience from start to finish. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time. After the repair, manager performed a walkaround with me to inspect the work and it was flawless. Side note, my car constantly had this fluttery noise while driving at low speed, but I put up with it for years. Not sure what these guys did, but the noise is now gone. read more

Quality auto body is a complete fraud. They said some of the things were not working while they were actually working and gave me an estimate of $8,000 for something that I got an estimate of $1800 from another repair shop. They said I need to pay $1200 to get my car back If I dont want the work done. A complete scam. Be very careful. read more

Do not take your car here! Took almost 2 months for minor repairs (front bumper, exhaust, and some interior trim pieces) as part of an insurance claim for my 2010 Porsche Cayenne. Ray Catena told me Quality is a Porsche certified body shop. I call BS. Found the job was poorly done with paint runs on the bumper, which I had to take back TWICE to get fixed. Wrong parts ordered and many many delays. Never again will I go here. I am complaining to Porsche of North America. This is unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would. Still trying to sort out problems they refused to address, such as alignment read more

Dan and the team at Quality just completed a collision repair on my daughters car. The work was meticulous with close attention to detail. Coordination with the insurance company was seamless. Highly recommended. read more

Unfortunately as nice the staff is and major repair was done nicely, I had to install all final details by myself and cost me additional $150.00. I went back to the shop 4 times and every time there was another part missing, also I found 5 small screws in my cup holder and I still do not know what is that for. On the last note I would probably go back anyway since Rey Catena works with this shop read more

I do not understand these negative reviews whatsoever. When reviewing this shop please me mindful that the negative reviews are 1.5-2 years old. I had damage to my front bumper -- brought it in for an estimate and eventually to be repaired. The estimate process was quick and easy. Dan, who works for Quality, took care of me through the entire process and was extremely transparent, thorough, and patient. He always took my calls no matter how annoying I (may) have been. After the parts came I brought my car in and it was fixed within 3 days. Dan called me notifying me when it was done / when I could pick it up. The work was flawless -- my front bumper looked better than it had before the accident. Quality gives a guarantee on the work they performed that if anything they fixed (scratches, paint, etc) deteriorates or, for example, the paint begins to come off, they will fix it at no charge. That's called standing behind your work. It's important to know that many body shops don't use the same quality paint as the original manufacturer of your vehicle had used. When you try to sell your car (perhaps as a trade-in), there are paint "quality" scanners that give paint ratings. Quality uses the highest quality of paint and repairs cars in the proper setting (ie, painting cars may need to be done in a heated setting, etc). Some of the most popular / most reputable car dealerships in the area also use Quality Auto Body exclusively for their repairs. Even after I took my car home, I called Dan with a few questions and he still had the same patience and care as he had before I even paid. Again, I do not understand where the negative reviews come from. I had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend this body shop to anyone who wants their car fixed the right way. read more

So I came for an in-person Interview on Martin Luther King day to pretty much get discriminated by Gary, the person that showed interest into hiring me.. up until he randomly focused his attention to my head. To better explain, I came in to the office with a black ski mask, keeping my face visible but also covered due to COVID policies/cold weathers. So now that the attention was on my head-gear, he got curious and asked to look at my Hair. Please keep in mind, the energy during the interview was absolutely smooth and he showed intentions of wanting to hire me up until I pulled my ski mask off my head. The whole mood of the room shifted and I immediately felt awkward. like an animal of some kind. I knew then I was being discriminated for my choice of hair style. Clean Cultural BRAIDS! With a face of ignorance he told me he needed to get someone else from the company to take a good look at my hair. As I'm going through my discriminating head Scan, he then asked me if it's alright that I "take out my hair" (braids). I politely asked him "Why?" and Gary's genius answer to that was that "it'll scare the customers". At this point, I stood in shock. I don't even remember what my reply was. I just remember going home and feeling bad for him and how uneducated alot of people still are. I just want someone to answer this: How does someone hair style affect their work ethics? I personally feel like people need to change their mindsets because that's clearly stereotyping. Let's just Imagine if dreads/braids were the only convenient hairstyles you can have for long haired people...Then what !?? No jobs for them? Will we be forced to have low cuts or be bald? This isn't the military! Personally, when it comes to this place.. I wouldn't do business with them AT ALL !! I'm Just hoping for the future generation to take this advice: don't allow people to make you feel discriminated because of the hair that grows from your roots . Always remember it's about being the BEST candidate for any job ! read more

What a great positive experience. From the time I had the accident Sherrie arranged quickly for a rental, drove me to the rental facility and I got my car back in about 7 days. She was amazing!! Went for an estimate, my wife was in a minor front end accident in our new SUV . Saw alot of (questionable) good reviews on other websites. While I was waiting inside, a woman was picking up her car. She informed me that her car has been there for 2 months while they first told her it would take 2 weeks. She told me they are horrible, take your car elsewhere. When I went outside with the employee to look at my car, he asked if I have car rental reimburstment in my insurance policy, I said yes and he told me to leave the car there today but our car was still in driveable condition and I told him that. We went back in the office, and I asked for a time frame and he rudely told me it'll take at least a week for the parts alone. I took the womans advice and took my car elsewhere. read more

Excellent job start to finish by Al Caso and Jim Carpenter. Quality does great work. Car looks like it did before damage was done.

Thinking of repairing your car with this company? DON'T DO IT!! I had the worst experience with Quality Auto Body in Rahway. Yes its on 811 New Brunswick Ave. I had two cars that needed repair and they gave me the run around for 3 Months! Yes 3 Months! I would call every Friday asking for a status on my car and the secretary would take my name and number and NOBODY would return my call to give me a SIMPLE status. Very Unprofessional! My second car needed repair also so I handed in my paper work and the secretary said we will call you when the parts arrive. Handed in my insurance claim in NOV 2012. Happy New Year!!!! - 3 months go by NO phone call! Yes that special number 3 comes back to haunt me! 3 Months no phone call to at least give me a status? Again Very Unprofessional! read more

They're the definition of abysmal treatment. We sent in our car and after a month of waiting, we got it back only to find out the parts were "off - market" and needed to be replaced cause they didn't fit properly. We came in the same week and gave the car back, waited another 3 weeks to get those things fixed... Once we got it back, we saw only half the things fixed. Came back in the next day and then like always there's like a 40 minute wait because they're in a "meeting" when they're just in the break room chilling. They're tarnishing the name of Geico. If there's an option, please go somewhere else if you value your own time. Worst. Service. Ever. read more

I had my car for less than a week and I unfortunately got into an accident. When I called Mercedes they told me to call Quality for the repairs, I didnt think twice since I the dealer are the ones who refered me to Quality. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back and I kept getting the run around and they kept telling me they were waiting on parts. When I finally got my car back there was a huge stain on the bottom of the passenger door that was supposedly brand new. I will never use Quality again and I have no idea how they have all these good ratings if they couldnt even fix a mercedes C300 correctly. read more

So far no reason to give more than one star. I have been waiting for car for 3 weeks and every time i call to follow up i get a explanation why it could take one more week. There is no calling from auto body and there is not comprehensive status report. :( read more

They charged me for parts they didn't use. A running light was scratched on my car in addition to other damage. They fixed only some of the other damage and charged me for a replacement light which was never fitted. They also said they'd call me back immediately with an assessment and I never got a call, instead they called me to tell me the was ready for pickup! Terrible service, dicey practices. Would never recommend them. I think a simple quality assurance process would do these guys good. Before any cars are sent to detailing after repairs, a quality assurance person should carefully assess the car to ensure the work was done correctly AND completely. It would take 5 minutes but I think it would alleviate all these terrible reviews.... read more

Professional and attentive staff. Would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body work.

As far as work they are 10 stars hands down when it's all said and done car looks like new. As far as service they get 3 stars. People are nice but nice isn't getting job done. I got my car fixed and they forgot to check if my sensor worked come guys your not amateurs. Not only did I lose hours at work because I had to come back for them to fix it I had to wait.. Overall I can't take away there creditability because they do great work but I think they need to be more coordinated am I sure there is other shops just as good yes.. read more

Totally unprofessional . I came into the place to ask for an estimate . The guy in the back refused to get to make me a quote . It wasn't involved with an insurance company , and the other party asked for 3 quotes. So he automatically assumed that they would pick the cheaper quote . So due to assumption, he gave away a work. If this guy is willing to blow someone off like that , then I would not wanna have him taking car of my truck. I guess if you don't have a Benz, Beamer , etc then it's not worth their time . read more

I just picked up my Challenger SRT. As always Quality Auto Body did a beautiful job. I have taken my cars to them for years, everything from a Porsche Boxster to a Honda Minivan.
